Beautiful skybar, super helpful and kind staff, great food. Everything was lovely!

Beautiful property within a great location. The room was small but perfect for 1 person and the view of the empire state building was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and out was super easy.

The rooms were very spacious. The staff is amazing, very attentive.

The location The price is very high for tge hotel with very bed noise insulation. At night, everything was heard : footsteps and voices in the corridor, the door slamming. I had very bad sleep last because of that. Butvtye price was 2000 usd for 3 nights...

Very small room, even by New York standards. Terrible pillows, even after I asked for more firm ones......so limp. However, service was excellent, we received little unexpected treats nearly every day and our room was refreshed daily. We enjoyed the patio outdoor couches under awning to people watch and read in a nice space, different from our tiny room and outside but protected from rain.

The heat would not come on

HVAC is obviously aged with very loud noise waking me up during the night every hour or so. The so called nearby gym (there is no on site gym) is actually 12 minutes away which is not fun in rainy or snowy or cold days. The front desk was trying to fool me to a smaller room than the one I had booked and paid for a higher price. One positive point is the female server at the breakfast restaurant is quite attentive and eager to do her job well.

The hotel was fair. The room was incredibly small and tight. Barely room for a suitcase or to walk around the bed. I washed not a fan.

Restaurant would be nice

Diana at the front desk was incredible! Friendly, helpful, got us an early check in as we arrived at 1pm. Hotel was clean, and updated. Perfect location for all the things we had planned. Diana gave us some great recommednations on food and tourist spots to see. However, we were told that something special was gong to be sent up to our room for our occasion and nothing ever showed up for us. We weren't expecting anything regardless, but when it was mentioned and then never showed up it was kind of disappointing. The rooms are small, so be aware of luggage and space wise. Beds were comfortable and felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. We had asked for more towels and pillows late on Friday night, even tipped the gentleman who brought it up but he sounded annoyed on the phone as he was the only one that was able to bring them up. We didnt experience any of the amenities as we spent most of the time out of the hotel, but I would stay again with wanting to go to the rooftop as well as dinner in the hotel.

I stayed for 4 nights and it was hot in NY and although I complained about the in room A/C not working. Staff were dismissive and unhelpful. I asked for discount and they offered me a drink! Horrible experience will never stay there action. :(
