SpringHill Suites by Marriott New York Midtown Manhattan

Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Shower had good hot water and pressure, but sink drain was a little wonky. Room was small with little clothing storage, but hey, this is midtown NY! The light switches were set up weirdly; they drove us nuts trying to figure out the lighting at first. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were mush. Breakfast was good. We were on the 4th floor, and on Saturday night we could here a disco or club playing music. It wasn't enough to keep us awake, but people not accustomed to urban noise may be disturbed by it. This Springhill Suites is our go-to place when we visit the city, and we will return to it because it is safe, clean, and impeccably located.

Bathroom door didn't closed shut bringing water over the floor and bathroom had smell to it but the view was beautiful and right by the subways

Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom didn't come with a lot of amenities. No free water provided.

Hotel was clean and well kept, but the beds were substandard. The mattress was so worn that there was a very noticeable dent in it. I had to fill in the dent with a pillow so I didn’t feel like I was going to slide off in my sleep. Wish I read more reviews because another traveler also complained about room 707 where we stayed, so maybe it was that specific room. Breakfast had fewer options than other Marriott properties but enough to get through the morning. Rooms were decently spacious for Manhattan and the elevators were fast, which is very much appreciated.

The location was perfect! Highly recommend for anyone who wants to be near the attractions but on a quiet street (as quiet as NYC can be).

Stayed for 3 nights. Very convenient location. We could walk to multiple locations. Saved us some subway rides (subway stations we went to were mostly very smelly).

Excellent service, shower, fridge & microwave, and great location. Very helpful to have a breakfast included. Both the original coffee maker and the one they replaced it with failed to work. The room was too warm for comfortable sleeping; though I set the thermometer at 67, the room never got cooler than 75.
