Easy to travel from this location lots to do!

Room is way to small. We had to wait 15 minutes for eggs and bacon.

The staff stood out! From the time I walked in the gentlemen at the desk were engaging and helpful, funny and friendly. The man at the breakfast area patiently waited for folks to finish what they were doing before stepping in. Everything was filled and clean! On a ride up in the elevator a women from housekeeping got on and while waiting to get to her floor she was wiping fingerprints off the control panel. I was quite impressed, it was not like she got on to clean it she did it because like the rest of the staff I was in contact with they seemed to care about the property. The room was a perfect size for my short stay and very close to where I was going. I will stay there again anytime I come to NYC! Thank you!

Clean and inviting room with generous space for a single Queen room in NYC. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was well done and fresh. A great way to start the day in the city!

Very clean and quiet. Our room had a view of the Empire State Building. Breakfast was typical of a mid-tier hotel. There were no other amenities such as a bar or gym. Great location for visiting Broadway, Times Square etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, and he personally took care of resolving it. He also stayed in touch with us to follow up on the situation, demonstrating great professionalism, diligence, and a genuine willingness to help. Thanks to his exceptional service, our stay was much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

All was good except the washroom sink was outside the washroom.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The neighborhood was close to many of the places we visited.

The one night stay was great wish it had been longer. Location was amazingly close to Grand Central and everything else. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was “ roomy” for a king size bed and exceptionally clean. Great shower and comfy mattress. Highly recommend. One downside was the entrance is poorly marked. No signage walked right past it.

Excellent location. The hotel staff were very helpful. Breakfast was okay. The only downside was the A/C. The A/C itself worked fine, but it only operates in auto mode — there’s no way to keep it running continuously. It shuts off once the room cools down. This means the room heats up in between cycles, which made it hard to sleep comfortably through the night.

My stay was awesome. The room was clean, the location is ideal as many things are just 2 to 3 blocks away.

Possibly one of the best staffs I’ve ever encountered in a hotel setting and that saying a lot amazing location in the center of it all with many options for food theater, and to be in the heart of the city there’s nothing like it. Thank you so much for treating my daughter and I like family will come here again

This was my first time staying in this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel is very convenient to everything on my itinerary.

Great midtown location. Small rooms but expected for NYC. Nice renovated bathrooms. Nice bed.

Staff were very helpful and friendly from check in to checking out! Even when we came back in the middle of the night the front desk was eager to great us! Great walking distance to other attractions too!

Staff goes out of their way to assist you. We got there very early and immediately offered to store our bags and promised to have our room ready ahead of time, and they did. Great location, clean and a full on breakfast option, not your stingy muffin in a bag. Would totally stay there again.
