The one night stay was great wish it had been longer. Location was amazingly close to Grand Central and everything else. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was “ roomy” for a king size bed and exceptionally clean. Great shower and comfy mattress. Highly recommend. One downside was the entrance is poorly marked. No signage walked right past it.

Excellent location. The hotel staff were very helpful. Breakfast was okay. The only downside was the A/C. The A/C itself worked fine, but it only operates in auto mode — there’s no way to keep it running continuously. It shuts off once the room cools down. This means the room heats up in between cycles, which made it hard to sleep comfortably through the night.

My stay was awesome. The room was clean, the location is ideal as many things are just 2 to 3 blocks away.

Possibly one of the best staffs I’ve ever encountered in a hotel setting and that saying a lot amazing location in the center of it all with many options for food theater, and to be in the heart of the city there’s nothing like it. Thank you so much for treating my daughter and I like family will come here again

This was my first time staying in this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel is very convenient to everything on my itinerary.

Great midtown location. Small rooms but expected for NYC. Nice renovated bathrooms. Nice bed.

Staff were very helpful and friendly from check in to checking out! Even when we came back in the middle of the night the front desk was eager to great us! Great walking distance to other attractions too!

Staff goes out of their way to assist you. We got there very early and immediately offered to store our bags and promised to have our room ready ahead of time, and they did. Great location, clean and a full on breakfast option, not your stingy muffin in a bag. Would totally stay there again.

Room was small, but that’s to be expected from NY and isn’t any different from other hotels. But that’s the point you’re not meant to be in your room in this city. Get out and explore. Shower was clean, toilet was clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows were a bit less than supportive. Only downside was the AC; set to 72f it would blast right down on your while in bed, even with the fan set to low. The hotel should find a way to direct the AC straight out or slightly upwards vs down on the bed.

Very good location. Clean room and friendly staff. The breakfast was decent. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel for 2 nights.

The room was handicapped accessible, with roll-in shower but the room was small even for able bodied people. The bed was in a corner against the window with no space for an able person to even squeeze in. (I assume to make more room in the entryway for a wheelchair) If 2 people were sleeping in the bed, the one in the corner would have to scoot in/out the end of the bed if the other side was occupied. This could be an issue for an elderly couple. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and maintained. I didn’t try the morning breakfast. There are a variety of restaurants on the block or a short walk away as the location is very good. Finding Haagen-Dazs near the corner of 37th and 6th was irresistible and they are open till midnight (so I’ve been told). I would stay here again if I needed to be in this part of the city again, but this accessible room layout is not very good. I didn’t look at other rooms while I visited, so I don’t know of other HC rooms at this hotel were the same.
