Ottima posizione, a 15 minuti da time square, empire, e tante altre attrazioni. Colazione non grandissima ma piena di scelta, salata, dolce, frutta panini e dolcetti imballati comodi da portare via. Pulizia e servizio ottimi

I liked the location and the staff were great. It really needs a remodel! And the room was really small and didn’t look real clean because it needs all new bathroom.

There is no parking and it's ridiculous the charge for the room

This place was great! There are free cookies at the front desk and mango lemonade in the lobby. The breakfast was EXCELLENT every day. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is right in the middle of Manhattan, perfect for walking everywhere!

Great location, rooms are not big but enough for some rest in NYC. Very clean. Front desk staff is helpful and professional. Delicious breakfast and constant access to coffee/tea/juice during the day. I would definitely come back.

Room was not fresh getting bad smell and A/C vent is broken.

Malakai on front desk was brilliant also the other young man really nice people all the staff excelled from front of desk to breakfast staff and cleaning also maintenance was on the ball when we had a air-conditioning issue 10 mins they where with us brilliant stay from the 3 Welsh lads Loved every moment ❤️

I hate my recent stay with them. Terrible experience. We are in 3 rooms for 2 Nights. A/C doesn’t works at all, complained 100s of times.

It is close to the center of everything, can walk all over the city then hop on the subway and just travel, hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Time Square. What surprised me it’s that they serve warm breakfast daily with eggs and some sausage or bacon, other than the hot food, it’s mostly continental, would love to visit again.
