Staff was friendly and helpful and very patient and professional. Breakfast selection was also great. Thanks so much Room was small and wonder if use of space in rooms could have been a little better.

The hotel did the most dishonest and shameful thing possible, that is overselling their rooms. When all guests actually showed up, they told me and 2 other guests that they don’t have a room for us. Never thought this could happen to a Marriott hotel!

Everything worked very well during my stay, and the service was satisfactory. However, the room was extremely small and not suitable for comfortably accommodating the guests. There was only one double bed, even though I had requested a room with two beds. In addition, the view from the room was quite disappointing, as it faced another hotel and a wall, which negatively impacted the overall experience. These points were disappointing and fell below my expectations.

Rooms and staff was Amazing. When traveling to New York again that will be where I stay. Love the fresh hot cookies and the breakfast was the best I have had at any hotel stay!

Old and needs updating. There was a big gap in our door where you can peep the hallway. The bathroom had a hole near the floor that was halfway patched up. The shower doors were off the track in the bottom so we had to be real careful opening and closing. The bed was way too firm. We paid way way too much for this hotel. The location was perfect. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good.

We checked out on night before the end of our reservation; they refused to refund or to give us a promotion for the next visit.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was always delicious, and there was always a good variety of choices. And of course the cookies and the ice water and punch by the entrance were perfect touches. The rooms were small, as expected. However, they probably could have used the space more efficiently. There was nowhere to put suitcases, other than on the bed, and no place to put toiletries. There was one little shelf above the toilet, and it wasn't level so everything kept falling from it.

I liked the location and the staff were great. It really needs a remodel! And the room was really small and didn’t look real clean because it needs all new bathroom.
