The hotel is amazing with the most warmest staff we have encountered throughout our travel. They have attention for detail and remembered us from the moment we stepped in the hotel. Most of the faces were also familiar from our previous visit 2 years ago. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Everything about our stay at the is hotel for 5 star +. Super clean. Huge rooms. 2 bathrooms. Wonderful accommodating staff. I loved it!!! Will definitely book again! My son and daughter in law (who live in Manhattan) came to visit us and they loved it so much they said they would book a night there to do a little staycation!!! It truly was beautiful and very comfortable!!!!

Our room was spacious. The club lounge, in my humble opinion, is a star. It’s so nice after a day packed full of activities to come to the lounge to “wine-down” or “champagne-down” I also enjoyed meeting like minded guests at the lounge to have a great conversation All-in-all, an excellent hotel and calming experience, a bit of a hideout from the overstimulating nature of NYC
