Good

The breakfast is good and the breakfast staff does an amazing job of making sure all items are well stocked and guest tables cleaned and made available quickly. Hats off to them! My only peeve is that I can never land the same good deal I get on Expedia through the Hyatt App, for this hotel. I miss out on earning Hyatt points but Expedia ends up getting a much better price.

Great location and friendly staff. However, the housekeeping never cleaned our room, they just emptied the trash in the very small trash cans and put clean towels in the room. We had to bring down additional trash to keep our room clean. Used towels were also not picked up. We were at the sight for almost a week, so this should have been done.

Older property, need to specify floor and view preference, included meals so early and the New York City time frame that we never even got to use it

Good and clean hotel at a very convenient location. The staff is very friendly and helped us figure out parking for our oversized vehicle. Their terrace space is very nice and comfortable with couches to sit and even some games; the view from the terrace is beautiful as well.

It was perfect for my stay with my granddaughter breakfast was huge the staff was so nice and it was a great location easy walkable everywhere

Location was excellent, fabulous breakfast, nice room with very comfy king sized bed, everything was perfect for us.

Everything was great including a delicious breakfast. The elevator broke but they fixed it as quickly as possible and were kind and helpful!

The location worked very well for me, and the process to check in was easy. The elevator was dirty and seemingly just falling apart inside. It was clean. When I walked into the room, everything was out of its place. The toilet seat, trash bin inside the toilet seat on the toilet, and the bottles (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) were not in the shower; the cushions from the sofa were all up, the ottoman on them, and the trash bins on the desk chair. The paint and the wallpaper were coming off, and there was mold.

The parking was a walk to the hotel, so drop your bags at the hotel before parking your car. There was no in and out access to your vehicle. The breakfast was average at best. The room was clean and accommodated our family of five.
