The Gregorian New York City

No tea or coffee facilities in the room but there were a coffee shop attached to the hotel. Staff were really nice and helpful.

The Gregorian was an awesome hotel. Our room was clean and I’m so happy the air conditioning was working. The staff was very helpful and kind. The only thing, ask for a room way above floor 5. We were on the 3rd floor and our windows were facing the street, you could hear everything outside. Woke me up a couple of times. But highly recommend this hotel.

Everything Pricey in the time we wnet

The location was amazing we felt very welcome and everything we wanted was walking distance. The bed was comfortable snd I liked the view from our room. The carpet could have been cleaner but after we mentioned it, they took right care of it.

The location was perfect, everything was close by and the hotel was incredible.

This is a very nice, old school hotel. It's charming, well located with lots of great food choices close by. I love these older, well maintained properties that use the high quality linens, pillows, towels, bathrobe. Not fancy, but classy. I will come back here next time I'm in town.

Unfortunately, several aspects of the stay were disappointing. The rooms felt dated and in need of renovation. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the entire room felt damp, and the floor was noticeably moist throughout our stay. The room had poor sound insulation. The beds were quite small, and instead of proper duvet covers, the bedding consisted of a duvet placed between two sheets, which we found uncomfortable. We had booked breakfast and specifically confirmed in advance that gluten-free options would be available. However, breakfast was served at a café across the street where the only gluten-free option was a fruit salad. As a result, we only had coffee there and ended up eating breakfast elsewhere each morning.

The staff is always welcoming, the hotel is always clean. It is a great location, very walkable. I have stayed at The Gregorian many times and it is always a pleasant stay!

The location. The breakfast: it was just a coupon that doesn't match the price increase for "breakfast included". There was supposed to be included a voucher for 20 dollar a day for food that wasn't given even after I asked the receptionist.

Excellent location, good sized room for NY. A little rundown. Things like the sofa really needed a steam clean or to be replaced.

Great location, spacious room for NYC, with a comfortable bed. No bin in the bathroom, thin draughty windows, staff a bit stingy with the complementary water.

Loved the location, due to it being a busy week in New York, you could walk everywhere, including to Penn Station. In Korea town so it has excellent food options. Staff was great and gave me an early check in upon request, even though I arrived three hours earlier before check in time. The room and bathroom were very clean, even though the bathroom is a bit small. Also I liked the ironing table and iron in the room. Very functional and practical room. There was a major construction right next to the hotel ongoing, and also throughout the night, due to which I could not sleep well the two nights I was there.

Excellent location! Room and bathroom were quite dusty, bedsheets were crisp and clean though.
