Great location
-
We liked our stay but it’s not a 9 (wonderful) rating at all. Things we disliked for example were quality of sheets, pillows and towels.
-
Very nice hotel, great location.
-
Small boutique hotel, clean rooms. Central to a lot of things and right next to a subway station.
-
Great location! The room felt a tad shabby, carpet is pulling and bunching up on the 12th floor. Overall, it’s a nice, clean boutique hotel.
-
Great location and steps away from the subway.
-
Great hotel, very helpful staff. Close to the centre of NY
-
Good central location, very welcoming staff. good sized room , fridge street noise till around 11.00pm , but it is central New York , and no kettle or coffee machine in the room.
-
Location Everything, not worth the price, bathroom not functional, room too small, it feels like you’re in a hospital.
-
Size of the room and location of property. Coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Not really a big deal as based on previous reviews we took a travel kettle.

Had a bathroom leakage and they moved us to another room. Not a very good experience in the middle of our vacation. Turns out the room we paid for is actually the one we moved to. At first they gave us a much smaller room with a tiny bathroom. When we told them that the room we selected via booking.com eas the bigger one- I know because I carefully looked at room photos while I selected the room- especially the bathroom. And when we told them about the situation they said they were not responsible for the photos used in booking.com and both rooms were considered “King” and same price. Not a right marketing and pricing strategy. On the other hand, we are still waiting for compensation for moving to another room. They said they contacted booking.com and they will refund some of our payments.

Great location ! Subway right on the door! The building is lovely and you really feel like you are in a proper NYC building from a movie Nothing
-
Good midtown location. Pleasant staff. You have to cross the road with a voucher for your breakfast. Very noisy AC. No in room coffee.
-
The room is spacious and very clean. We would recommend this to anyone visiting NYC. The sofa bed was not comfortable for my daughter as the bar was very prominent. A couple of the staff members seemed snooty. The others were friendly. Who knows.
-
All the staff were super friendly and very informative. Hotel was central to everything. The New York Knicks were playing so a little noisy at night but not the hotels fault.
-
I do like the architecture of the building I didn’t like the location and the lack of attention to the guest. I feel like I had to talk to them before they said anything to me.
-
Great location and staff, clean and tidy property. Nothing.
-
Nice, no frills but well maintained. Rooms are old school size, as in normal for hotels built before the millennium as opposed to modern Euro style rooms which barely fit the bed in. Really good staff.

Perfect location!
