Executive Hotel Le Soleil New York

We were pleased with our stay. Room is clean and comfortable. We did experience some noise as we were near the elevator but overall quiet overnight. Sheltered from street noise. Would have liked a little more water pressure in the shower. We would plan to stay again.

We drove here and parking was great- we added it to our stay here at the hotel. The only catch is you can’t take your car out until checkout. That being said when you check out you just tell the staff and they will add a sticker to your ticket if you paid for parking during your stay. 10/10 I would come again.

The check in was easy and prompt with no waiting, even on a busy weekend. All staff were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Not one thing was dirty! Great location! Had two pre teens and we were very comfortable in the queen with a pullout

Multiple charges were made without authorization, they were confirmed by the bank These charges continued authorization were made from July 29 to July 2 when the reservation was already paid and a deposit was made with the credit card of 200 $ I still don't have an answer

Great location, great rooms, great price and great staff. Shower heads need to be fixed and above rather than on a rail below head height.

Nice property in a good location. Friendly staff. Very slow elevator. Odd lighting switch issues. Some paint chips in suite sofa areas. Friendly concierge. Nice free luggage storage after checkout. Very thin walls. No parking at property itself. Rated it 4 stars based on it's value... If it was sllightly cheaper and would rate it 5 stars.

This hotel is in a great location - very convenient to access the subway and easy walking distance to Times Square. My room was clean with a nice bathroom. I really appreciated the complimentary 2 bottles of water provided in my room, which I used when i walked around the city. Overall, I would stay there again

I never write a review but this is one of the best hotel. First time in New York and they made it such a great experience. The whole staff was super nice and helpful: perfect location near shop, food, train station, and Koreatown. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit. The room was super clean.

Perfect location, wonderful staff

Very nice hotel, large quiet rooms, very clean, great for a family of 4. Breakfast was very good, a kettle was available when requested. Great location near the subway and not far from Penn Station. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel! Super nice staff! So close to Macy’s, MSG

It was a good location not too far from penn station with lots of options for food and dinner close by. The windows cannot be opened so it’s a bit stuffy because your pretty much only with aircon the entire time. I have summer allergies so could have been nicer to have a bit of ventilation. Room was also quite small though the bathroom was quite big in proportion to the room.

Location: Based on what we wanted to do, the location was perfect. We could walk to Time Square for shows, Central Park, Museums, Empire State Building and subways are everywhere. Room: We had a very spacious room, great bathroom, in room fridge and coffee maker! Hard pressed to find any issues. The hair dryer had only 2 settings, the low fan was low heat. MINOR issue.

Also rooms are extremely small. No place to move in the room or even to open the suitcase. Shower needed maintenance as drainage cover was completely taken out from its place. They use paper cups instead of ceramic mugs, which I find to be not appropriate in a 4 stars hotel.
