Great location will stay again. The staff was very friendly and helpful in accommodating our needs. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable, however, our king size room was very small (Not enough walkable space). Like the soft robe in the room and free bottles of water. The breakfast was okay.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Andre and Luis in particular. When we checked out, we realized no cabs could come to the hotel because that morning the city had shut down the street in front of the hotel for repairs. So we rolled and carried our luggage down the long block to find a ride. To our surprise Luis the concierge had followed us and was out in the middle of sixth Avenue grabbing a cab for us, stopping traffic so the cab could pull over two lanes and pick us up. Then Luis loaded our luggage into the cab. What more could you ask!
