Location is good, really close to Penn Station and popular tourist areas of New York. Lots of noise not just from the street but also from the hallways. Doors were slamming all night.

The staff was incredibly outgoing and so happy to help. We arrived early and they made sure we were comfortable and able to start our adventures as soon as possible. The facility is extremely nice and well maintained and kept spotless. We can't say enough good things.

She provided outstanding customer service and made our stay even better." The TV in the neighboring room was played at a high volume and could be heard clearly from our room. Also, since we were staying on the third floor, street noise was noticeable during the night, which made it a little difficult to sleep.

The location is great. They have nice refreshing drinking water in the lobby. No coffee maker in the room. When frontdesk staff called me a taxi to the airport he said the final price would be $145 for my family in the busy time. The driver actually charged me $178.

Expensive for the properties and amenities. Room is small and dingy. They charge you for every little extra thing it’s ridiculous

I find the location very convenient, about 15 minutes' walk from Penn Station. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and the room was clean and quiet and the bathroom well laid out. Checking in was quick and Gahid, who checked me in, was welcoming.
