The hotel is located close to the Empire State Building, making it an excellent location for tourists. Within a 5-minute walk, there are several subway stations, as well as numerous attractions that can easily be reached on foot, including the New York Public Library, Grand Central Terminal, Bryant Park, and the Empire State Building. The breakfast served in the hotel café was very good. Daily housekeeping was of a high standard. Although the room was not particularly large, it was clean and comfortable. The view from the window overlooking the main street was beautiful. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We would gladly choose this hotel again during our next visit to New York. Additional fee for luggage storage - in my opinion, luggage storage should be provided free of charge on both the day of arrival and the day of departure. Due to the hotel’s central location in Manhattan, street noise can be heard particularly at night and in the early morning, even on the 13th floor, including garbage trucks, emergency vehicles with sirens, and other street activity. This may be a minor inconvenience for some guests, but it did not bother us, as after a full day of sightseeing, you can sleep well almost anywhere.

The location couldn't be better. Staff was friendly and beds were comfy. Easy access to subway stations to get you anywhere in town. We went for a show at MSG and it was perfect to walk to.

Wonderful location. Great staff.

The place is clean. The staff are all okay. But it is good for only one night stay. It is not for a vacation There is no free breakfast, not even a coffee pot in the room no microwave. You have to go out of the hotel for everything you want. The only thing they provide is the room and toiletries.

Very good location. You can walk to central park via time square.

This property is a gem. The location is literally a one minute walk from Macy’s Herald Square, a five minute walk to Bryant Park and ten minutes from Times Square. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. The front desk staff is welcoming and helpful. We have stayed here several times and it can’t be beat. There are tons of restaurants within a ten minute walk including the entire vibe of Koreatown that is four blocks south.

The guy who checked me in was so friendly and professional. The entire hotel is very clean, and my room on the 16th floor was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a convenient hotel in Manhattan.

This is a clean hotel. There appears to be 5 rooms per floor and renovated within the past 10 years. The wall art makes the room feel bespoke to NYC. The bathroom size is similar to a 1 bedroom apartment in a normal city (there are other ny hotels much smaller) with shower. The room has a new ac unit that is very quiet and works well. The bedding and pillows are clean. To keep economical no fridge or microwave in the room - and only a stool for sitting at a pull-out desk. WiFi is reasonably fast, no complaints. I got a back side room to be more quiet. The sound isolation between rooms not the best.

Small small rooms, very tight spaces with little to move about. Had a leak from the bathroom unit above and staff didn’t seem interested or cared. Never apologized about it, indicated we’d get a bigger room but just the same stack and even noisier

It's a convenient location close to Penn Station. The hotel charges $5 per bag if you want to leave the bags at the hotel to explore the city either before check in time or after check out time. I find this practice of charging paying guests for keeping the bags for a couple of hours quite distasteful. This policy is also not clearly indicated on the website or the Expedia listing page. Other than that, the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Paying $5 dollars to store luggage. This has never happened at other hotels.
