Staff very helpful. Air conditioning was good and the room was clean. I don't eat much for breakfast but coffee was good and it looked like there was enough variety.

The hotel was very nice and the staffs were friendly, helpful and phenomenal. The room was very clean and quiet. They did have break room in the back, they provided teas, hot chocolate, coffee, etc…for all day long. I love how it was close to Korean town and Penn Station. I highly recommend this hotel. I would stay here again in the next trip.

Great location within steps to a metro stop and Herald’s Square. The only issue was the AC that rattled off and on all night, but we didn’t tell them so that’s on us.

The location was great! Walking distance to shops, parks, restaurants and Penn Station! The rooms were a bit small.

Loved the free cookies at reception, microwave to use and hot drinks/water whenever you needed them! Asked for a couple of blankets , extra pillows and got them alongside checking in around 9.45am absolutely perfect! Nothing I didn’t like if I was being picky, the breakfast wasn’t up to my taste but again we found something we would eat! We loved the waffle station but would like some fresh cut up fruit but again this is preference not on the hotel. The older gentleman serving the breakfast area was brilliant great recommendations to him.
