Amazing AC in the rooms and amazing staff. specifically Emmanuel helped me with all of my luggage when I couldn’t push the dolly by myself. Would definitely return.

There was no warm water on the first day. This was only fixed after we complained. We got stuck in the elevator. It took them about 45 min to get us out ('oh, this happens sometimes. You handled it better than other customers').

Hotel room was clean. However, plastic cutlery, paper cups and plates for breakfast were not what I expected! Not a great choice for breakfast but I did see other hotel guests going out and taking their own breakfast items in. They did cater for GF and I managed to get toast and scrambled eggs which was good.

Location near Penn Station, 34th Street Subway, Empire State Building, Time Square was ideal. I was given a front facing room which was great. I love having a coffee machine in the room. Clean and comfortable. All hotels in NYC are overpriced and this is no exception. Perhaps because the World Cup was on I don’t know. I don’t like the fact they take your credit card details for a deposit, this to me is open to fraud. Nevertheless, nice stay anyway.

מצד שני זה רחוב רועש ומסריח מאוד. בפעם הבאה עדיף לקחת 3-4 רחובות צפונה. צוות- מאוד שירותי. מנסים לפתור את הבעיות של המבנה המיושן ולהיות קשובים לבקשות. ארוחת בוקר מאו מאוד דלה. פשוט לא היה לנו מה לאכול- כל יום קנינו אוכל טרי לארוחת בוקר וקפה טרי. פירוט המוגש: ביצה- לרוב מקושקשת, נקניקייה מסוג 1 או המבורגר(!), תפוח אדמה מסוג אחד או לרוב באן להמבורגר. דייסת קואקר יוגורט מסוג 1. פשוט. מלא בסוכר נוסף. וופל בלגי להכנה עצמית - טור ענק. פילדלפיה, חמאה, ממרחים מתוקים. לחם 1 מהסוג הפשוט לטוסטים, אין לחם מלא. 2 סוגי מאפים מתוקים. בננה, תפוז, תפוח. אין מכונת קפה, שותים את הקפה המוכן ממיכל ענק שעומד שם כל הבוקר. אין ירק אחד אפילו. אין גבינות, אין נקניקים, אין מבחר. לשיקולכם. אנחנו לא מצאנו מה לאכול. הכל מוגש בכלים חד פעמיים- נייר ופלסטיק. אפס מודעות לנזק האקולוגי. לא ברור אם זה הסטנדרט של רשת מלונות הילטון. אבדוק מול שירות הלקוחות של הרשת. החדרים- ישנים מאוד עם מלא נזקים כמו שריטות, שברים, מיטות עם קפיצי ברזל ששורקים בכל תנועה. הכל ישן. המלון לא מבודד אקוסטית. כל מילה שאומרים בחדר - שומעים במסדרון. ביום הדעתנות ביקשנו להחליף חדר כי המסיבה בבניין הסמוך בשעות הלילה נשמעה טוב טוב בחדר שלנו כשרצינו לנוח. הזוי. כלים סניטריים שבורים בחלקם. המלון הכי פשוט שיצא לנו להיות בו. כתוב בגוגל שזה 4 כוכבים- ממש לא.

Air conditioner was hard to control, it was either freezing or blowing hot air. Otherwise, everything was great. Breakfast was fantastic (as have been all of our Hampton breakfast experiences). Staff was very polite and friendly. Room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. Hampton never disappoints! We would not hesitate to stay again.

Location is great. It is not huge but the breakfast option is very convenient. The staff were very polite and helpful. Room was a bit crammed - I guess this is the norm in NY. A bit noisy round the back with the air con units.

Friendly staff, amenities, breakfast options, comfortable room. Window view was terrible, kitchen (breakfast) staff not the friendliest seemed to be judgemental looking at your food portions. The elevators are terrible, they take forever to get you where you need to be.

Staff were exceptional- very happy and helpful! At breakfast they even found me an omelette without pork! This hotel was surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of a city! Close to a subway stop handy to get around the city! Beds were comfortable after busy days in the city!

do not stay here they charge you every time you leave to park over rated rooms are very SMALL shower very SMALL not worth what you pay !!

Location was great! We just walked to most of the attractions we wanted to go to. We didn't really had the chance to eat breakfast because we had to head out early for the day. Maybe just the top sheet covering the duvet/comforter, it made us itch at first.

Hampton Inn is a consistently great experience, wherever you go. I’ve stayed a few times at this Hampton Inn in Manhattan. It’s clean, pleasant and in a fabulous location, convenient to all the attractions of midtown. Breakfast is always perfect! Nothing

the room was clean, and cleaned regularly. the complimentary breakfast was yummy and had many options. the air conditioning was very strong and relieving after long hot days in the sun. location was perfect for my trips needs and was close to many places and right next to a subway entrance. the staff were very nice and welcoming.
