Reviews

Hotel very convenient nea subway and short walk to Amtrak at Penn Station. Staff very nice and helpful. Was great to have a microwave and a refrigerator in the room.
-
I would recommend to book this hotel to everyone whoever needs an easy access to all the places. The hotel price gets very high if booked at the last minute but its still considerable if booked earlier. They have their own restaurant for breakfast (as la carte) . The rooms open up to the view of Empire State Building. The wifi provider has good data speed . Rooms are clean and well structured.

Perfect location. Excellent with our kids.

If you’re looking for a nice hotel, with a friendly staff and it centrally located, this is the place for you. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to subways, and a few blocks away from Korea town, with some of the best food I experienced during my stay. Best of all, there are beautiful views of the Empire State building and you are steps away from the famous Macy’s! I’ve stayed at this property the last 3 visits and I will continue to do so.

Pleased beyond expectations. The only thing that I wished for was BETTER LIGHTING in the room. Will definitely stay there again

Spacious king size room for nyc. Room was very clean!

The mid: I paid extra for a view on 22nd fl but the view was nothing to write home about or even photograph. The room is very dark; I wish it had even 1 bright light that could fill up the room with light. Amenities provided are good, but they don't give any other bare amenities like q-tips The bad: Shower booth smelled terrible, water pressure was weak The terrible: Expect to spend up to 10 minutes waiting for an elevator to go up to your room, expect to stop on many floors, expect to see many elevators apparently idle while 15 people wait for the 1 small elevator that is moving. You will spend more time doing elevator-related activities than you expect. Overall my stay was fine, but I stay in midtown hotels every year and in hindsight I feel like I paid a bit too much for this one.
