Hilton Garden Inn New York/West 35th Street

I am really surprised with all the good reviews for this property. The location was not good part too many homeless a around the propertu, no room service, small rooms.

Just blocks from MSG and Empire State Building. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Rooms and hotel were very clean!! Will be staying there next time we visit NYC!

I really loved the staff! So helpful at every turn! While the hallways were a little narrow, the rooms had enough space for me and my daughters. Everything was very clean and well maintained. This hotel was in the perfect location for us! Would stay here again for sure!

Very clean staff all nice and good air conditioning

Great location near to Penn station, Madison Sq Garden,Empire state building and easy walking distance to Time Square, Broadway .rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is NOT included , continental is offered at a charge .

Average hotel a little aged but great location

The two breakfast staff members were a bit overwhelmed. They did not ask for the room number when we approached, instead, they asked us to pay. The person before me paid and wondered why, since he booked “breakfast included." There wasn't much to choose from. It was mainly pre-made food heated up for guests. Aside from the breakfast, we had a wonderful stay.

They provided a complementary upgrade to the top floor, where we had un obstructed views of New York City. It was beautiful.

The beds were really comfortable and the location was great. The staff were very nice as well. The room was small and breakfast wasn’t included and was very expensive. The safe was up very high and difficult to reach.

I have stayed at several hotels within the vicinity of 35th street and for the value the Hilton Garden Inn West by far exceeded my expectations. The main area of the room (2110) needs additional lighting options.

The location was great for getting around the city. Comfortable room, clean and nice, helpful staff Wish they had simple offerings daily like coffee and tea in the morning. This was offered only 1 out of the 4 mornings I was there.

This property was in a great place with lots of things to do around it and subway was right outside I didn’t like that the bar was shut
