Convenient location. Penn Station is a short walk, Port Authority a little farther. Stayed 2 nights. Housekeeping didn't fix up the room after first day, Room was small, amenities basic, but the price was good for NYC. Good enough.

Great location False fire alarm went on twice on the same night, from 2am to 4am. Staff has no follow-up when they said they would.

This is not a Hilton. It is Hilton Garden. Dont expect the same services as a real Hilton

There was a fire alarm incident that went on for 3 hours in the middle of the night. The front desk was unresponsive and because I thought it was a fire related incident I walked down 29 stories only to be told it was an error and th system was not working properly.

Convenient location, subway station literally in front of hotel so easy to get around town, parking can be an issue when you first arrive as there was only one temporary spot available for unloading, also, they only have one large luggage cart for the whole hotel which was weird but they have a few smaller ones. Parking ramp they use is nearby and easy to find/use. Worth the stay if visiting NYC
