Great location, and great lux hotel with helpful staff. Even extended my stay here

The Kixby offered great value for a hotel conveniently located near Penn Station and the High Line. The hotel staff was very pleasant and efficient. I would definitely stay there again

The room is new and big enough, bed is comfortable, two problems; A/C very loud and lack of fresh air

Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Property is in a great location. Rooms are well maintained and comfortable. Overall great value.

Rooftop was awesome! We enjoyed receiving the water bottles to use throughout our stay too, beverage options were great!

Only one thing,as a frequent visitor to NYC my stay in Kixby was not so restful at night because the air conditioning unit was beside my bed and air was blowing down on me I practically have to cover my face with pillows to sleep. But the mattress and covers were soft and warm enough which allowed me to have some sleep other than that, I loved how housekeeping responded quickly when I asked for something. Shower was invigorating. Towels were changed daily and bed made. Thanks. Love NYC always

Lovely hotel and reasonably priced. Very clean, great service, spacious room and good location, right near a station. Very coffee station available too!

Welcoming helpful people at front desk. Large well air conditioned room. Decoration was somewhat sparse but no big deal because bed was comfortable and room clean and so big for NY. Good value in NY. Easy walk from Penn Station.

Great location and clean.

Jean Paul, Raefael, Lexie were absolutely amazing! The care and customer service went above and beyond! The hotel is hip and CLEAN! Housekeeping was amazing and my room was always kept clean. Love love loved the roof top bar! Great way to unwind and get a beautiful view of the Empire State Building! I would stay here again!

Held a private event with music blaring and bass till 11:30pm. Room right above it. Their team legitimately didn’t care because they booked for a private event. People book hotels to sleep - I had to be up and working an event at 6:30 the next day. To allow music till that time is greedy- get a decent music ending time in order and respect your guests.

Very clean and comfortable with a luxurious feel. Great location, especially for the price! I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to others.

Room was small by normal standards but within what would be expected for NYC. It was clean with modern decor and a nice shower. Despite overall room size, there was ample closet space for storage which was a plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved my stay at the Kixby. The lux king room was spacious enough for two guests, much roomier than many NYC hotels. The complimentary water bottle upon check in was a great touch and free coffee/tea/water throughout your stay was awesome as well. The hotel is conveniently located near trains, eateries, shopping, and more. The hotel only has two guest elevators so elevator wait times could exceed more than a couple of minutes during high guest traffic hours. Other than that, I thorough enjoyed my stay and plan to stay here again for future stays in the city!
