We had a great stay. Excellent location, comfortable and clean rooms. Will stay again.

Quaint and staff very friendly

The staff were very friendly, and helpful. The building is nice, and clean. There is a water station that has sparkling water, regular water, along with coffee and tea for free. The cleaning crew cleaned everyday and did a wonderful job. Overall we enjoyed our time at The Kixby, and would book again!

Cleaning, convenient (we really like the 24/7 water station with different options, all day coffee supply), and perfect location. Staff are very nice too!

Great hotel, I would stay here again. Great staff, very clean. Cool rooftop with a bar. Only recommendation to the hotel would be to have a microwave, I know that’s not always standard at nicer hotels but it was the only amenity I felt was missing.

Great central location. Room was clean and had all the things we needed. Walkable to Penn Station.

Great place in a great location. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful for our needs. Gym was lackluster (typical in NYC) but Lifetime Fitness is down the street.

Front desk staff and housekeeping was great. The room did have an smoky smell but not enough to be to much. The bed was so comfy. Aircon noisy. The room with coffee much and cold water was fantastic. It had fresh fruit and biscuits also.We would stay again.Perfect location.

Smaller, but functional gym. Very nice coffee bar, gourmet water and snack station. Room and bathrooms are small but very well organized. Overall an excellent Boutique property

Loved the place and the staff. Location was great! Rooftop bar and hotel bar weren’t open during the stated hours which was very disappointing.

This hotel was an excellent combination of comfort and convenience. It was super hot in NYC when I was there and the room was very well cooled. It was also surprisingly quiet even though I was only on the third floor. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable and I slept great. Staff the front desk and the bar were friendly and attentive. Rooftop bar looked cute but was too hot to visit this time. I will definitely be back!

Perfect room amenities, perfect location to go to koreatown and the empire state building. 34 Herald st is right next door and makes going to the five boroughs extremely easy. Right next door is 3 fantastic restaurants and the the staff was very helpful in planning flight departures. Only thing that seem dated was the gym room but to be honest the real gym is all the walking you do yo go to each new york bourough 50k steps in 3 days is enough of a workout for me. Other then that everything was perfect.

The staff went above and beyond to answer questions and were so helpful. A pleasure to be around!

Room was quiet (no street noise)

The Kixby was absolutely the best! It was our first time in New York and I’m so glad we decided to stay at the Kixby! The staff was friendly and responsive when we needed anything. The fact that they had coffee available and water stations in the hotel was amazing. The Black Tap next door was delicious! It’s central to a lot of things to do when visiting New York. I’d recommend this hotel to anybody and everybody!
