Clean room, great bathroom and amazing location

Loved this place would definitely stay again, proximity to where we wanted to be and very convenient. Small room but literally all you need for NYC stay.

Great location - super comfy bed - small room but to be expected. Minutes from everywhere. Friendly staff. Bottles of water and snacks provided which was a lovely surprise! Also mini bottles of water when you arrived or left each day. It was crazy hot, so that was an excellent perk! There was a window in a small corner of the room above the air conditioning unit but it didn’t offer a view of anything except a little sky. We weren’t in the room all that much so it was fine. The air conditioning unit itself was a bit hit or miss the first day. Slight burning smell which concerned us but it leveled out after that. The elevator was a bit clunky and slow, but worked. If you are going to be out and about most of the time, this is the e perfect place to stay, especially for the convenience of the location and comfortable bed.

It was in the best location. Being near K-town was great with all the restaurants and stores nearby. There was a subway entrance close to the property so it made it simple to go anywhere else in the city. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and made the check-in and check-out process easy. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were also very clean and just enough for what you need while in NYC. Next time I need to stay in NYC, I will check here first.

horrible stay. Came in at 5 pm and room wasn’t ready. Put me not a room in the hottest summer with broken air conditioner. Eventually they switched my room. Ruined an entire evening. No apologies, no trying to make it right. Will never stay here again at any price

The hotel staff were kind and welcoming and supportive, but the quality and condition of the rooms did not meet our expectations. The rooms appear spacious online, but are extremely small to the point of where you can barely get around the bed and there is no place to open your luggage comfortably. We stayed three days and there were problems with water pressure and loss of water everyday we stayed there. We informed the front desk and they acted like it was not a big issue and blamed it on plumbing work being done in the area. I had an issue with the hotel not informing their guests of this issue as soon as they knew about it. In addition, the second day we were there a large live centipede came crawling out of our bed! Of course this freaked us out and and took pictures and showed staff. After that incident they said they would inspect the room thoroughly, but did not offer an alternative room. That last night we could not sleep for fear that another live insect would appear and we decided to leave the next morning. We asked them to cancel the additional two nights and refund us the two additional nights we would not be staying there. I emailed the manager who was not on site and got no response at all. I called daily and was in contact with Expedia could not get in contact with the manager either for multiple days, in the end the refused to give a refund.

The staff was very nice and helped us when we needed. Our bathroom sink was cracked and the air conditioner was wet. During the night drops of water fell on my luggage

Clean room, Helpful front desk team. Good bathroom with excellent water pressure in the shower. Only downside was the road noise from 5th Avenue.

The location was good. It was a little hard to find. The rooms were excellent it was newly remodeled. The hallway was remodeled also. Our room was on the street side so you will hear street noise. I slept like a rock. So it did not bother us. We were a half block from the Empire State Building. The ladies did an excellent job cleaning the rooms. John the check in guy was the best! Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Narrow rooms, only one elevator and break down few times which make it difficult for higher floors!

Great staff, excellent location for tourists. Rooms were decent and NYC city hotel standard.

It was a very centric location with plenty of public transportation around it. The staff was very lovely and made sure to attend to our needs. The signage on the outside could’ve been a little clearer since it’s a narrow building/entrance. Pricing was a little much, but it is NYC at the end of the day.

We loved our beautiful, stylish little room with a view of the Empire State Building. The bathroom was also exceptionally clean and stylish. Since all we did was sleep there, we didn't mind a small room at all. Incredible location next to multiple subway stops and right in the middle of everything. We had no issues with noise at all. Nothing!
