Overall was nice. Will come back again!

Look nothing like the photos. Rooms so tiny that you can't even stand there! So ditey and horrible. The elevator didn't work and we needed to go up and down 8 floors. When you try to talk to the staff no one was willing to help!

The location was great. Staff friendly. Room was small but ok for short stay

Everything was fantastic

The staff were exceptional. Everyone I spoke to, whether it was on the phone or in person, were extremely kind and helpful. There was ALWAYS someone at the desk any time I came in or out of the hotel. They were happy to help in any way that they could. Also, I’d love to touch on the housekeeping staff. My room was always presentable (even though I’m a little messy with my luggage). I never had to worry about having toilet paper, shower products, or a clean bed. There hardly work doesn’t go unnoticed! Nothing! Everything was great.

The staff compensated for the lack of space and few amenities. Very friendly and helpful!

The location is spectacular, beside the Empire State Building! Very close to the subway, bus station, restaurants... The room is quite small.

Empire State Building 10 min Time Square - 15 min Madison square Garden 15 min St Patrick Cathedral- 18 min I’m telling , all was near by and if you needed transportation, the subway was 5 min away or busses. I took the subway $3.00 The room was very clean and the staff all were very polite and helpful. Also, you have a Starbucks next to the hotel and another one on the corner. There’s also a CVS close by I wish the name of the hotel was more visible, is easy to miss. Also is right on the corner of 5th and 35th street which are very busy streets and drivers love to hunk

Lovely staff, great bathroom, very clean - note there is little place to unpack suitcase or hang clothes. Would return.

I believe for the price I am very disappointed I never going back too this hotel Not

Location was perfect! Room is well designed, yes small but not too small by NYC standards. There is a small desk in front of the window (a nice view!), wall mounted pegs for hanging clothes, smartly designed bathroom. Only thing was my key card got demagnetized twice the first night. Annoying! but the helpful staff came up with a fix: they tested it every time I came in (24 hour front desk) to ensure it worked. Problem solved.

The price was good for NY. The lobby, hallways, and room were extremely tight. For one person it was good. Very small areas to check in and stay. Would not accommodate much luggage or more than 1 person well.

The room was very clean, the towels were amazing and the bed was very comfortable. My only issues were their very, very slow single elevator and the ridiculously small bathroom mirror. Also, the first room they put me in did not have a working AC so I had to move to a new room. You may also want to avoid staying on the 2nd floor as you hear all of the street noise as the windows are not very soundproof (but it is NY!!). The staff was helpful. I think this is a good choice in a good location (Starbucks is right next to the hotel!).

Central location, convenient. Staff friendly and helpful.

Good location, helpful staff, smooth process. Room was small but fine. Lights flickered, could hear the hallway noise and the street very loud, bathroom had a sliding door and left a large gap. Building generally needs some updating, but otherwise fine experience

Good location

Tiny room. Great central location for the cost. Room was a little cramped.

The aircon was fantastic! Having a refrigerator was very welcome as well. No microwave unfortunately but I knew that going in. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The shower curtain didn't reach the floor so the bathroom floor absolutely flooded every time we showered. We got very good at taking quick showers. Separately, be aware the beds are very soft (not good for back sleepers or those with physical ailments). The room was 'alright' but not super clean nor renewed or stylish. The window didn't keep the sound out very well and, as there were construction works starting at 8:00am sharp most mornings, this wasn't the best.

The location of this hotel is excellent. We could walk to Empire State Building, Time Square and the theaters to see our evening Broadway shows. The room we on 9th floor was very small. Just enough room to walk around the bed with no dresser, closet or drawers to put anything away. We hung a few things up on the hooks. The rest had to stay in our luggage or stacked on the night stands. At check in, our room was 83 degrees. Staff noticed as well and turned our AC unit back on. It cooled to about 75 degrees before we left for the evening. When we returned the AC was back off and it was 79 degrees. We figured out how to turn it back on but it shut off every 20-30 minutes (error msg). We got up multiple times in the night to turn it back on but were hot and uncomfortable. The sirens going by were also very loud and woke us up. In the morning, we notified the front desk about the AC problem. They agreed to look into. When were returned around 4 p.m. (5-6 hrs later), the new front desk staff had no updates on our room or issue. Our room was 83 deg again. We then asked to change rooms. They did find us another room on the 6th floor but we now had to move all of our clothes to the new room before heading off for our evening plans. We packed quickly and moved. The AC in the new room was working well, it was much cooler and created white noise so the street noise was much better too. The new room was also a bit bigger but still no storage. Very disappointed with not follow up on issue.
