Very small but clean and comfortable rooms. Located in busy area but street itself is nice and quiet. Coffee shop in lobby is great!

I loved the look and feel! The offerings and breakfast and the onsite restaurant is convenient. Beautiful well appointed rooms with a warm welcome from the staff. I wish the in-room coffee offering was a Keurig or something of the sort along with real half n half. Non dairy creamer is not my thing.

The room was straightforward and good for a short stay. It could be a bit cleaner as the fabric headboards were clearly a bit old and dusty. However, I felt comfortable staying for two nights.

Our room was located on a high floor with a balcony with an excellent view of the city. It was spacious and very clean. The location of the hotel is excellent on a quiet street within a short walk to Bryant Park, theater district, times square (if you like that-we don't go there) The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issues were the sheets that were not the greatest quality and slipped off the mattress during sleep and ice was only located on the ground floor.

However, the amazing staff and the beautiful view of the Empire State Building made the overall experience a solid 4/5. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made our stay much more enjoyable. Thank you for a great stay!

The hotel was clean, very small. Nothing extraordinary to say about it. Sadly the area is really yucky. It’s on a terrible street with a very large homeless presence compared to many other hotels I’ve stayed at.

Who provided false specifications of the room at 430 sqft and the property didn’t have a room in the entire building that size. No one took accountability and left me stranded in the tinies room with my family.

Everything was great, the room being clean and stuff. The only callout I have is that the shower is difficult to turn on and the shower head does not have good pressure but if the property just changed the shower heads and changed how the shower turns on then they are 1000% perfect

I had a great experience here, staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean, shops were close by. There’s a good bakery on the corner I was at every morning for two nights. Definitely would book again!! Thanks
