We had several gnats in our room and the cleanliness of the bathroom was not the best in the shower. Hair strand was in the bed sheets and the upholstery of the bedroom.
-
Rooms are very small, very clean.
-
The room amenities are lacking. We upgraded to a balcony suite and there wasn't even hand soap. One towel,

Love it for business TripIt with a little fun attached

Close distance to alot of things, the room was spacious but the size of the balcony is what did it for us so we'll definitely be staying again if that room is available!

Front desk staff were very welcoming and respectful. They always asked how our stay was going. The 2 young ladies assisting with coffee kept me from having to go to a Starbucks! Most of all, the housekeeping staff was outstanding! Our room was always clean with fresh sheets. Last but not least, we are appreciative they were able to accommodate with a late checkout. We were able to eat breakfast before our mid afternoon flight. Definitely would staff here again when we come back!

We stayed at the Draper for three nights in the middle of the week. I chose it for the price and location. I brought my two teenage children with me for sightseeing, dining, and shopping in Manhattan. The hotel was clean and we received room cleaning every day. We had a double queen room for three people. The beds are small and there are no closet or drawers. We are light packers and only had one bag each, so we put them on the luggage stands and lived out of those. We also used the hooks and hangers for clothes, bags, umbrellas, etc. The bathroom provides the basic shampoo, soap, tissues, etc. so you don't need to bring a lot. The bar and cafe are very nice but there are plenty of other places to eat and drink within walking distance. I did not have a problem with noise or the air conditioning (which worked fine and we could adjust ourselves). Furthermore, the doors have multiple security locks. We had hot water every day. I think it was a good hotel if you're spending most of your time out having a good time in the city and just need a comfortable place to sleep and get ready.

Its a small hotel in new york. It was quite and overall clean. I can't complain at all.
-
It was a nice place but very small room and the city view wasn't the best
-
Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great location. Restaurant interesting menu - delicious food. Would stay there again when in NYC.
-
Great property in a great location walking distance from Grand Central, MSG, Macys etc. Rooms and bathrooms are small, but everything was clean and comfortable and front desk staff were very nice.
-
We’ve really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have a smart tv that we could watch Netflix and the room was super clean and tidy.
-
The balcony city view was amazing
-
The staff was super welcoming and willing to accommodate with a late checkout request. Our flight through the airlines changed, so we ended up n to needing it. We had a beautiful view of the Chrysler building and TransAmerica building! The only complaint was small black spots in the shower, which in my opinion were signs of mildew building up.

The room was great, the staff was helpful, and it was a great location to explore Koreatown & its many wonderful restaurants. Also close to the newly opened Shaver Hall food hall, which has fun restaurants & is a great place to watch the World Cup.
-
The Draper was a wonderful hotel, great rooms! The location was perfect. I would stay there again!
-
The room and the hotel in general were spotless. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location and would stay there in future stays.
-
Great location, stores and subway within walking distance. Clean room, very small, no where to put suitcases when you open them up. If you are traveling with a family or 4 it will be a tight squeeze
-
Only real downside was the "city views" which was basically looking at another building 20 feet away, so paying extra for that was disappointing.
-
Wonderful staff and lovely rooms.
