Reviews
-
The Draper was a wonderful hotel, great rooms! The location was perfect. I would stay there again!
-
The room and the hotel in general were spotless. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location and would stay there in future stays.
-
Great location, stores and subway within walking distance. Clean room, very small, no where to put suitcases when you open them up. If you are traveling with a family or 4 it will be a tight squeeze
-
Only real downside was the "city views" which was basically looking at another building 20 feet away, so paying extra for that was disappointing.
-
Wonderful staff and lovely rooms.
-
The walls are very thin so you can hear everything. The sundry shop in the lobby is only open in the morning so you cannot purchase water, coffee, sodas, etc… any time the remainder of the day. Great location.
-
Clean room, nice and modern/updated, good design and helpful staff. Room was very small, barely any space beyond the bed. As expected for NYC. Did appreciate they are smart with the space - ironing board under bed, hangers above fridge, hooks on walls etc, but if you have big bags you’ll be hard pressed to find somewhere to put them!
-
The room was comfortable and clean. The sink area was quite small so hard to use my toiletries, there was no closet to hang my clothes, though there were hooks and there was no iron in the room.
-
I had to ask to clean the room

Really noce hotel…. GREAT LOCATION! Friendly staff!!!
-
Could be a challenge with tons of luggage or if you need to spread out, but the quiet street and easy access to everything was ideal
-
Very nice environment

Location Small rooms
-
service and location. no gym and small room.
-
The room was nice but tiny (don’t even think of doing any exercise) and the lighting isn’t good. The black out curtain is effective but there is no drape and you can easily see into other rooms and apartments so expose yourself or grope around in the dark. Not good choices.
-
A very cozy and comfortable room! All amenities are included. Wi-Fi didn't connect
-
The staff is freindly and the hotel is immaculate, there is a lot of care that goes into maintaining the rooms and common areas. Plus the location is perfect for midtown.

We enjoyed the terrific, central location, affordable room rate, and helpful staff with convenient lobby bar. As an aside, I had the best mocktail I’ve ever had at this hotel bar, and the fries weren’t bad, either! Daily housekeeping apparently is not the expectation but you can call for extra towels, toiletries, etc. Also, it was difficult to connect to the wi-fi; instructions from front desk staff unfortunately did not help. Overall, we would definitely stay again the next time we’re in New York!
