Overall, the staff was great and really made an effort to help. With better air conditioning and breakfast, this would have been a much better stay.

The pillows were very dirty in the room and the room was very dusty and stuffy. There were little bugs flying around as well. The ac was also very musty and there was an old moldy odor in the room.

The hotel was a great place to come back to after a long day of exploring. Our stay was comfortable, and we appreciated how the staff were always willing to help whenever we had a question or needed something. Their positive attitude and kindness made the experience feel more personal rather than just staying at a hotel. What stood out the most was the service. The staff genuinely seemed to care about making sure guests were having a good stay. That kind of hospitality can really make a trip more enjoyable, and we definitely noticed it. For other travelers planning a trip, I would recommend considering Courtyard by Marriott. We had a pleasant experience, felt welcomed throughout our stay, and were happy with our choice. We left with good memories and would gladly stay here again on a future trip. Thank you to the entire staff for helping make our stay such a great experience!

I don’t like it

The hotel's location is perfect. The main attractions are easily and quickly accessible on foot or by metro. There are many lines nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Of the three elevators, sometimes only one was working, and even that one was extremely slow. We often chose to take the stairs instead. The breakfast was simply awful and is by far the hotel's biggest weakness. There was very little choice, and almost everything on offer was unhealthy, ultra-processed food. On some days, the only options were a few sweet pastries and nothing else. There were never any vegetables, and fruit was limited to the occasional banana. Avoid to pay for it and eat out instead.

The only problem we had was the very slow elevators and no free breakfast.

The location was great & the staff were great The property had a smell & my hotel room smelled sour.. I think it was the shower curtain. Also the A/C do not work. I had it on 60 & it was hot

The staff are very friendly and accommodating! The location is definitely excellent! Will highly recommend this location and how the staff have excellent customer service!!

The staff were helpful. I've noticed a trend with Marriot's where they upgrade the lobby but the rooms are awful. All the furniture was damaged. The city view did not exist, rather a building view. I was given an accessible room, didn't book one and the whole bathroom was soaking wet after each shower.

Date place and small rooms. Also smells especially outside the halls! More lighting needed. Definitely not worth the price but it’s NY.

The area The ac was terrible..barely got cold and we had it on the lowest setting and it was barely comfortable. The toilet was filthy. The window was broken..wouldn't close after it was opened
