Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/Times Square

Staff was very friendly.

Rooms clean. Elevators relatively fast for such a large hotel. They have storage luggage if you need to leave things after checkout before departure. Lots of sitting space on the ground floor Small food market on ground floor is practical. Location is excellent.

The room was clean. The beds were clean and comfortable. The sliding barn door to the bathroom was super heavy and hard to open and close. I could only fly with a personal item so I left my toiletries at home. The toiletries offered by the hotel did not meet basic expectations. The shampoo and conditioner were horrible and left my hair extremely dry. There was no face soap, makeup remover, or lotion that you could expect from a Marriott. It was a fine experience but I haven't found the one hotel that I will come back to you time and time again.

Stayed here for our first trip to NYC. Perfect location, close to Times Square but not too busy or loud. Easy to get back to our room for an afternoon rest each day before evening activities. Room was clean, staff was very pleasant and helpful. Minimal wait for elevators even though one was out of service. Near bus stops and subway. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff extremely rude and unhelpful. Maintenance on hotel was outdated and poor.

Easy to get on if you’re staying on a high floor but difficult if you’re on a lower floor.

Location and some of the staff Room was by electrical closet and area / very loud. Elevators are slow and stairs dark. Room is sorta old not even a hairdryer or lotion or anything nice. Just very basic

N/A Customer service was extremely poor. Took them over 5hrs and 4 phone calls full of back and forth just to get a play pen up in the room. Bedside outlets did not work. And the lady at the front desk Karen is extremely rude.

The toilet has to be the loudest flushing toilet I’ve ever heard!!! My daughter asked me not to flush at night if I didn’t have to!! And I was also able to hear the next room’s toilet flush!! The staff was mostly helpful-however on checkout day we were one minute after 12 getting to the room to get our luggage. I stopped at the desk to ask if we could have a couple minutes-she said that was fine but didn’t mention we’d need a new card. So I went all the way up to the room to find out we couldn’t get in at all & I had to go back down—just a little frustrating.

Clean. Walking distance to many different attractions and restaurants. Mattress could be more comfortable.
