Clean room very convenient location

The entrance is highly deodorized with a heavy cologne smell making it hard to breathe and caused headaches. Maids were so so loud in the morning and did not reset & clean room when we left late one morning in ng even though we called to front desk to let them know we left the room and would like our garbage and new towels as it has been 2 days.

Staff had good customer service

The high floor was great, having coffee available was nice. our room wasn't cleaned one day, the shower allowed water to spatter all over the bathroom floor plus it was difficult for us to figure out how to turn on one shower head.

Restaurant on site. Very small room with king bed. Very quiet to be in Times Square. Only complaint was size of room.

The staff was welcoming and timely at check in. Our room was clean and had all the basics we needed (toiletries, mini fridge, microwave, safe). Worth the money spent due to location to everything we needed. Definitely would stay here again!

Staff was friendly. First room smelled like rotten fish and requested to be moved. Second room didn't have hit water the first night, smelled musty and mattress was in pretty bad shape.

However, upon checkin in, we got to our room on the 33rd Floor-as booked. The room had NOT been cleaned or serviced since the previous guests left! The Staff at the front desk then organised another room for us on the 30th Floor. We unpacked, went to have a shower - NO HOT WATER! We had to pack up our belongs again, the front desk staff were amazing in organising another room for us. Third time is a charm I guess! However, there appears to be an inherent problem with the hotel and their hot water system. When we attempted to have showers, the water would be initially hot for 3 minutes prior to immediately going to complete cold! Once we let the water run for approximately 7 minutes, hot water would return- but not for long! Ice machines on two of the allocated floors did not work. Overall, poor cleaning of the rooms. Paying over $500.00 per night... I would never recommend this hotel.

Good hotel in a good location right next to time square. Stuff nice and friendly and very clean.

Room was clean and functional. Small, but that's NYC. My only real issue was fighting with the thermostat. It was set at 75, and I can't sleep if the room is 75. I could temporarily adjust, but it always went back to 75.

Rooms were clean and pretty big for a new york hotel. staff was nice. had extra safety at night at the front and in the elevators.

Exceptional

The staff member was polite, but starting a friendly conversation and then turning it into a sales pitch for a future booking felt misleading and wasted our time. This should not be done to guests.
