Very clean and modern facilities, there was a good vibe in the lobby and the staff were super nice and welcoming . Located in midtown so it’s very convenient to go everywhere you need to. The location is not what it used to be, briant park is messy and dirty. It was under construction. The wifi in the hotel is not stable. The breakfast is not very fresh.

Thank you. Great job!

The staff was excellent! The location was the best!! It was a very clean hotel with comfortable beds. Coffee machine in the room was a nice bonus. The robot butler was a big hit with our granddaughter! So close to the park with something happening almost every night. Times Square is literally a two minute walk. When the sofa bed was extended it made getting out of the main bed difficult.

Great staff. House keeping and front of house staff were amazing. Tv in the bar area.
-
Comfy bed -had to pay extra for a room which didn’t face the brick wall at the back! Staff in bar & restaurant were friendly. Although we reported 3 times that our tv wasn’t working it didn’t get fixed til the last day. And our request for a cable for the magic mirror never arrived. Shampoo etc really poor quality. Had to pay for water. Niggles but annoying for the price you pay.

The stuff are very helpfull. The location is excellent and the rooms look very good. Thw breakfast options are limited

The best thing about the hotel is its location. It is walking distance to most everything you would need or want to see. That being said, the hotel itself is very clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. I strongly recommend Luma and I’m really happy I stayed here with my family.

The stuff was very professional, and always open to help. I have nothing that would do differently than the way they take care of their customers.

Amazing stay! New and well maintained. Friendly welcome, prompt service. Restaurant food was good.

The staff is amazing. The location is perfect. The carpet in the room is so bad. I should have asked for another room.

The location was great! Only a few minutes from time square and didn't take long to get to the subway. The staff was also really helpful when we had questions. The only thing we didn't like were the floors in the rooms. It was a textured hard floor and it was a little rough after waking all day.

My family and I stayed in a room on the 27th floor, in a quiet wing of the hotel, and we slept wonderfully every night. The cleanliness of the bathrooms, bed linen, and towels was always excellent. When I return to New York, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. A heartfelt thank you to the entire LUMA staff — see you soon!!! Nothing

We stayed in a 2 King bed room, and it was spacious enough for a dresser and small desk. Bathroom was very spacious and shower was a big size. Room was very clean with updated decor. Staff was amazing, everyone was very kind and greeted everyone as they came in and always offered any type of assistance, directions, rides.

The front desk staff we worked with were exceptional and the man in charge of breakfast in the morning is a delight. When we were there it felt like the staff genuinely cared that we love the city. We felt comfortable asking them questions and really appreciated their help. Our trip got off to a rough start due to issues with our flight. I called and notified the hotel. At three in the morning, I got a call that they had canceled our reservation. So I was woken in the middle of the night after dealing with flight delays all day to reinstate the reservation. That was unnecessarily stressful. But once we got to the hotel everything was put to rights right away and we began an amazing (yet delayed) family trip!

Location is perfect! No microwave provided in the room.

I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great time staying at Luma hotel with my family of 4. Room was clean and comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location and vibes. Will 100% be back!

While housekeeping was definitely the low bar, the concierge/front door staff was amazing. Two gentlemen were particularly helpful, from getting ice for my swollen knee to navigating with perfect instructions how to get around New York City. Many thanks!

We had a great stay.
