My wife loved that there was a Dyson hair dryer stashed in the under-bed drawer. That's a nice touch. Great hotel for the price and we will definitely stay there again.

The room was what I'd hoped for - modernly stylish, updated, and high quality furnishings and details (e.g. the cool coat rack) and delightful touches such as boutique toiletries, slippers, water bottles, electrically controlled blinds... and even a sound machine (these all conveyed 'thoughtfulness' which is what I truly appreciate). Very clean and comfortable. The two King beds is what sold me; my family members are tall so we do not fit into 'double' beds, and even the typical Queen beds are too short and crowded for us. Thank you for offering double Kings - that's so rare, and appreciated! Also, we ate dinner in the lovely hotel restaurant, which was delicious, well-timed, and pleasantly served. Overall, as an experience analyst who takes note of experience design, I was absolutely delighted and would highly recommend Luma to others. The only thing that wasn't fabulous was the view from the room, which was into an interior courtyard, but I knew that up front and it's common in Manhattan, so in all fairness it's not a negative. The overall experience was so positive, I'm a bit flabbergasted that I honestly have nothing bad to report. Well done, hotel management and staff.

The hotel is well located close to Bryant park and Times Square. Room had a nice view. Loved the toiletries and a Dyson for a hairdryer was fantastic! Bed is not comfortable at all.

Great hotel, amazing location (5 minutes walk from Times square). The deposit has not yet been refunded (more than a month after we left the hotel), although we were promised it would be refunded within 7 business days after checkout.

The best spot in the city. Great location. Close to the Times Square and subway station. Very calm for such central location. Regular electric kettle in the room would be helpful.

This was our second stay at the LUMA Hotel and we were not disappointed, the rooms are very clean and very well equipped, the staff were once again very friendly and welcoming, breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was great and nice and handy. We love the location right next to Bryant Park which we love and a couple of alternative subway stations making it really easy to get around the city. The only thing we can think of is the pillows are really soft so some firmer pillows would be a great option.

Had an amazing time! So close to everything and yes tucked away far enough that you could escape the hustle. Love its proximity to Bryant Park as well. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well equipped.

Great rooms. Perfect spot. Wonderful staff. The bar area was bad service. But was not in the past. So I would always give it another chance.
