Margaritaville Resort Times Square

Staff extremely friendly. Only negative I can say is the rooms weren’t very cool. Of course, it was a heat wave. No room service while we were there. But it was fun to have a pool to cool off with and waiters who knew which drink to bring you before you even ordered.

The pool was a perfect addition for the kids and super close to Times Square.

Breakfast was average and so was the pool bar area. Food could be better. I given 20 little packets of creamer for 1 coffee, seemed a little odd. Views are great for people watching. I’d stay again as the price was reasonable for the area.

Property was very well kept. Staff was super helpful and check in was great. Located in the midst of Times Square.

Great experience. I just didn't care for extra fees like operations fee at restaurants and resort fees. Otherwise great experience.

Front Desk staff was Amazing. The restaurant left a lot to be desired, went down for breakfast our last morning there. The property is located right next to a “dispensary” so any time you stepped outside you were greeted by a very “distinctive” odor. Never were able to access the rooftop pool, tried several times. Keys never worked to get up there. Just gave up on that, so thought the “resort fee” was as a bit excessive. The location was great, hotel was clean and quiet.

Rooms were clean and quiet, but small. The bar opens late and closes early, so much for 5 o’clock somewhere! The food was expensive and low quality. They seem to be out of a lot of things as well. Overall, the location was great.

Great location right in time square! Clean room, nice and cool, great views, nice and updated, and loved room service. Loved it here!

Excellent location for theatre and for subway lines. Tight space in rooms, but thoughtfully designed. There could sometimes be a wait for elevators, but not a major problem.

Nothing Terribly small room. No hot water at the afternoon. The other hours the temperature of the water was either cold or too hot.

If you want to be in Times Square, it’s the perfect location, but you surrounded by animals and people of low class the minute you step outside. My wife was almost assaulted the minute we walked outside to go to dinner. Again, I cannot emphasize on the animals that are literally right outside the time Square. I suggest you find on location uptown on the east side where is much safer and if you wanna go in and out from Times Square, you’re using an Uber

Fantastic location, extremely clean and well maintained, great staff, only comment would be to expand the choice on the breakfast menu..

Went with 5 and 8 year old during summer. Having outdoor pool was so helpful to cool off in the afternooon and our girls LOVED it. Location also fantastic. Easy subway ride to most places. Went to multiple Broadway shows during evening (just walked over to TKTS booth during the day for discount tickets for the day of). Had a great time!
