Great location. Very nice room. Housekeeping excellent. Nice pool.

Hotel location is fantastic.straight across from subway. Very comfortable beds rooms and unsuited very good layout. Street nosie minimal. Pool an asset nice vibe at rooftop bar As an international traveller they take a sizeable deposit hold on your credit card against damages which I don't know if that's the norm in USA.. but quite a shock when you have pre paid and checking in... this could just be that I wasn't aware hotels did this

Room was nice and the pool area was beautiful The fact that I arrived at 2:40 check-in time at 3:00pm. I have to wait an hour and 15 minutes to check in because my room wasn’t ready I checked in at 4:15. The staff needs to be better communicated with each other, especially in the pool area, since they received different information from different staff members.

Our stay was wonderful during the heat of the July 4th holiday. The pool was packed and it’s family friendly so plan to be splashed on and ask for a lid for your drink so pool water doesn’t get in it. The servers are walking and working non-stop but still may need to be flagged down. Food is average but nice for poolside eats. The pool towels could be a little more abundant as they were only giving out 1 per person. I like at least 2 so I can lay on one and dry off with the other. The room was clean and ac worked great, also the fan is a pleasant add on that most rooms don’t have. Shower toiletries are nice and the in room towels are bigger than most other hotels I’ve been to. We’ve stayed here before this and we’ll stay here again.

Incredible stay here. Staff were friendly and attentive. Pool was a huge bonus, location was flawless and the rooms were concise, clean and tidy and great value for money. I will 100% be back next year. Brilliant stay. Thanks guys. Nothing. Not a complaint in sight. A bit more sun maybe

It's very accessible especially if your are commuting and walking around the city. It's quiet even though its near to time square we didn't hear anything outside the hotel like what other reviews that its loud environment due to its location. It is not soundproof we can hear other people outside of the rooms. The small room were not enough to open suit cases etc. for 2 people. Well given it's in the area of time square typical new york rooms.

My absolute favourite hotel in NYC...right bang in the middle of the action. Staff so friendly and the pool and tiki bar made it feel like you were in the Islands somewhere.

The staff was very friendly! The room was Immaculate. The hotel overall was very nice. However I was very disappointed upon check in .. I found out that the pool was closing early as well as the restaurant due to a private event! I was planning my evening to relax at the pool and eat at the restaurant.. that was one of the the main reasons I book that particular hotel for the pool experience.. I was only there one night.. so was unable to enjoy the next evening..

It’s in Time Square Smoking fee charged even though nobody smoked in the room and the food at the Land Shark Bar & Grill and Margaritaville restaurant made us sick

The location was very convenient to various places of interest: Empire State Building, restaurants, shopping, Transit system to access WTC Museum and harbor tours.
