Incredible, brilliant staff, incredible location, food spot on, room concise but clean and tidy, pool and bars were exceptional. All amenities near by and wild value for money. Will 100% be back. Shout out to Devon and Andrew and others. Verging on perfect. See you next year. James Rooms quite small and fuctiinal, clean, and fresh/modern but no issues. Lifts very long winded but really clutching at straws now. Its exceptional. Thank you.

Great hotel, room is bigger than seems to be on the photos. Super clean, friendly staff. Pool is small but deep to have a good swim. Location is great but for same reasons a bit hectic. The restaurants which are not part of the hotel, but located in. Staff not very friendly, I ordered seafood meal, required a special tool to eat, which was lost, the guy looked for it for 20 minutes, my food was cold, never found. They didn't even apologize or offered me a free drink. I went to see the manager — same, a bit rude, no result, had to go eat outside.

This Margaritaville resort was a breath of fresh air in the heart of Times Square. The rooms were small but newly renovated and spotless. The floor to ceiling windows gave way to beautiful views and the on site amenities were great. The pool, bar, coffee shop, restaurant and central location were great. Parking was just a block away and very affordable. We will definitely be returning!

The hotel was easy to get in and out of if you are concerned about accessibility. It was clean and the housekeeping staff was always so nice and helpful. The room was small (as you expect in NYC), but the space was used perfectly. It was nicely decorated, smelled good. Had great windows and a wonderful bathroom and shower. We works for sure stay here again!

Exceptional

The roof top pool was very overrated , I tried several times to try and have a bit of a swim you couldn't even get on the sun terrace. The breakfast was ok , majority of the staff were quite nice to us .

In a very nice location!!! Every yes easily accessible!!! Subways very close & shopping & food places all in walkable distance!!! Great area & restaurants & places to drink right on the property!!!

We had a great stay! Checking in was quick and easy, and Carlo at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. His excellent customer service really made a difference. The location is ideal if you’re in New York to see Broadway shows or enjoy the bright lights, vibrant energy, and nightlife of Times Square. Everything is conveniently located nearby, making it easy to explore the city. The waitresses at the restaurant were warm and pleasant, adding to the overall positive experience. The food is your typical American fare, so if you’re expecting fine dining, this may not be the place for that—but it’s still convenient and satisfying for a casual meal. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the convenient location and the wonderful service from the staff The room is on the smaller side, but it was clean and well maintained, with housekeeping keeping the room tidy every day. The pool is also quite small, but honestly, it wasn’t an issue for us. There is so much to see and do in NYC that the pool is really just a nice bonus.

It was lovely to stay in an unusual hotel(resort?) for our first night in NY as we had a few to come on our trip across the US. It is fun having Caribbean themed rooms and vibe. 31st floor bar was great, as was the pool. Super convenient location for Times Square, 5th Avenue, mid-town and Hudson Yards/high line. Metro exit opposite the hotel. I wouldn't want to stay longer than a night. Getting to reception with luggage is a bun fight - you have to use one of the two lifts to the 7th floor which isn't well signed. Room is minute with 4 sharing, if you were two people, don't get a twin and there is no floor space. Expensive for what it was.

It was like being a Carribean resort, then we stepped out into Times Square! Best of both worlds!!

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room is a little small but in a great location with amazing views. The bar did not have entertainment on the weekend as website stated. Escalator was broken two of the days we were there. Breakfast is a little pricey. The
