So convenient to times square, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds!

Convenient location, rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful, the free breakfast was good.

The staff was great, especially Brian. Breakfast was good.

Clean room

There is no mirror in the room; there is only the bathroom mirror. The rooftop terrace is also not worth counting on; it is small and offers no view.

Like everything about it, will be back soon.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast great! Good coffee available 24/7. Very clean, comfortable andcwelcoming even as we sat in lobby waiting for airport transportation.

This Hampton was a perfect choice for us. The day shift counter people were aemenmazing Brian from Oregan is a plus to Hampton and New York City,Ourn only complaint was when we were stuck in the elavator and the front desk wouldn't take our calls. The young lady would answer at the desk, but said the were busy aand would you hold. After doing that about 3 times I went to the red button with the bell. That got things going. He came New Yorks finest and yes they were the finest. Talked to her just as calm in case someone was about to have a fit, but we didn't. Got those doors open and one jumped down on one knee and had us step up on it and the others pulled us up. They were the sweetest gentlemen. Ask us if we were ok and if we needed anything else health wise. We will never forget their kindness And because of them and Brian we will be back there again..

We stayed at the hotel for five days visiting all the sights in NYC. Hotel smelled clean as soon as we walked in the entrance. The room was clean and the staff was very accommodating when we had a request. Breakfast selection was awesome and delicious for a hotel spread. The hotel has 31 floors which meant there were a lot of people being served but the lines moved quickly and the staff replenished everything continually so you don't have to worry about rushing down to eat thinking all will be gone. Air conditioning in room worked well as we were there during the extreme heat warning right before July 4th. We would definitely stay there again. The location is central to a lot of the tourist attractions, and if you don't mind walking, this is a great location.

The hotel was maintained well. Breakfast was nice and I enjoyed the convenience of the location. I would stay there again.
