No Mini Fridge in the room

The breakfast looks not good enough. It should add more choice.

Breakfast should be labeled with specific designations such as 'vegetarian' or 'vegan' on items like bread, muffins, and other baked goods to clearly indicate their dietary suitability.

Breakfast was great but it gets busy around 8:30-9am.

family friendly, breakfast could be crowded but generally acceptable for a hotel considering its location.

Good location

Room was clean. Location of the hotel was awesome. It was so easy to visit many places around Times Square from the hotel by walk.

Everything was great. I will keep visiting NYC more frequently and I want to stay here every time. The only thing I will change is to have a bigger laundry with more washers and dryers.

All good! Friendly staff, secure, clean!

The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and a welcome place to relax after busy days sightseeing. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was spotless. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with directions and recommendations. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was convenient before heading out each morning. Overall, this hotel offered great value, an excellent location, and outstanding service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York City.

The staff was amazing!
-
The only thing that I didn't like was there where no refrigerator in the room. This was concerning because we take insulin. We stored it in the ice cooler doing our stay.

The staff at Hampton inn central were wonderful, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Quiet, comfortable rooms. We will definitely stay there on our next Broadway show trip. We didn’t realize one of our shows was just steps away from our hotel. Shout out to the gentleman doing security. He was a gem!

called to cancel reservations because flight could not land in NYC because of inclimate weather. was told that refund would be processed. received the refund today--$49! will not hesitate to downgrade this hotel in the future when given the chance.

The location was great as we needed to be near Penn Station and the theatre district. We did not spend that much time in the room- but it was clean, there was a refrigerator, and we had a decent view of the city. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. The body wash did run out and there were not many amenities- but we really did not need this as we had our own. The downside about the hotel was the elevator. I guess this was noted in previous reviews and I did not see this prior, but it was an issue. They tried to make things less annoying by giving out toys or candy for the kids but it did take up to 5 minutes for the elevator. It sounds like a small problem but if you are in a rush or completely exhausted- you would have no idea whether there would be a broken elevator or whether the elevator was going to come in one minute or ten. There were at times lines to the elevator and a lot of people staying on lower floors couldn’t even fit into the elevators as the elevator stopped at so many floors that by the time it made it to floor 8 there was no more space. All in all the front desk was super helpful- check in was flawless, they cleaned the room when asked, and when we wanted to reheat leftovers they accommodated us with plates. For the location and price- it was worth the annoyance of the elevator.

Everything was perfect the only thing that was missing was plain omelette at the breakfast for people who don’t eat meat or pork.
