Everything was good & very good for the luggage storage
-
Slightly better than sleeping outside

Small lil bag cave, I was a fan

I flew in to see a concert at the Palladium in Times Square. The staff was great and it was a clean and close place to sleep the night.
-
Great option if you want to stay within walking distance of times square

Great location, clean, and cozy. The only issue is that the room did not get nearly as cold as it should. Yes, it was the dead of summer, but had the AC cranked up as far as it could go and the place was uncomfortably hot for many, many hours, and even when it did plateau, it still was not as cold as we would’ve liked it. This is a small price to pay though for an otherwise perfect hotel stay as cheap as it is.

Great location!

Room was perfect and very comfortable for sleeping. So conveniently located in the heart of Manhattan. The staff was fantastic...very courteous and accommodating. I stayed with two of my boys and would definitely book again!

The only thing was good there was a store around

Solid value.

The room was a lot more spacious than anticipated, and comfortable pillows

La situation géographique est parfaite pour joindre Time square et la station de Amtrak, mais le coût est trop élevé le genre d’hébergement

clean room, well air conditioned, perfect location

This propery was so cute and well maintained. Very close to Madison Square Garden and other areas of interest.

Rooms were clean & staff was extremely nice and helpful. We were able to leave our bags before check in and after check out. I left them and was confident they would be safe. Bathroom was a good size for two people and the beds were comfy. No noise! AC is a portable window unit so it’s a little loud but nothing I would complain about. I would recommend staying here! Location is great and not too far from subway stations.

this hotel has stairs to get in in an elevator that is so small I was not able to fit my suitcases in there, I booked this hotel because it was in the garment district and I had a lot of suitcases and was here for work so the staff had to slip my suitcases up the stairs five times a day, and I had to store all of my suitcases in their tiny back bathroom, I never would have the hotel if I had known this. The staff especially David made the best of the situation and we’re very helpful. Five stars for the staff. I probably won’t book this hotel again because it was super inconvenient but if you don’t have big suitcases it’s good for location.

Clean room, odd layout with bunk beds.
-
Rooms was small but it was off the street and really quiet. Plus closed to everything.

The rooms are small and the bed was rock hard. The AC is a small 'window unit' that's pretty loud (although does cool the room... as it is so small). The "lobby" isn't a lobby; it's a hallway with a check-in desk and the world's smallest lift.

The room was really clean and it’s a great location! It’s small and basic but it works if you’re just looking for an affordable place to sleep that’s clean and pretty decent while you’re out in the city. Felt like a nice dorm room with a bathroom. I wish they left the air conditioner unit on though, so when I checked in at 10 PM the room wasn’t so hot. But I guess that’s a benefit of being a small room… It cooled off pretty quickly.
