it was my daughters birthday and the housekeeper when out of their way to decorate the room for her! it was a pleasant surprise to us once we got back! such a kind and sweet gesture!

Easy access to attractions and Subway

Only downside is Elevators get packed, but hotel has a good location. Rooms are kind of small, perfect for maybe 1-2 people, but not enough space if traveling with kids.

Fantastic location to penn station and time Square, 5min walk to both. Hotel is very clean beds are extremely comfortable and staff great!!

The shower had no water pressure and would almost stop running water completely at times. Also very hard to get a temperature you like. The area outside the hotel had seating where people not starting at the hotel would be sitting all the time making it hard to ever and exit the hotel. The elevators are soooooo slow. I wouldn’t stay here again, there are so many other great hotels in the same price range in this area.

Great location! Walkable to Times Square, Central Park, and Madison Square Garden where we attended a concert. Will definitely stay here next time I go to NYC. Super close to the train station.

Holiday Inn Time Square is located in a great location to see all the attractions that Manhattan has to offer. The property was nice and staff were very friendly. The only downfall is that there are only 2 elevators which can take a very long to get up or down to your room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Staff always attempted to complete your request and answer with a smile. And considering this was a busy hotel, the staff keeps the lobby and hallway clean.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The room was small yet very clean. The staff was friendly especially the security guard Dee! You were so helpful, thank you. Only thing I would say is the elevator wait time is a bit inconvenient. Overall I recommend this hotel, good price and excellent location, very close to Times Square.

Loved staying here! So close to Time Square and surrounding train stations. Local food places were fantastic. The rooms were clean and the staff was excellent. Totally worth it!

Room was clean and comfortable. Had a bad experience with one elevator not working so long line ups. Extremely expensive to park car and fact that car was not accessible for period of stay was not disclosed up front. Amazing location in terms of proximity to all tourists sites.

Cons:Guest cannot sit outside due to a lot of stand vania
