The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the toilet constantly ran and the TV didn't work at all. There was hardly ever anyone at the front desk..
-
From the front desk to the kitchen all the staff was very friendly and helpful!!! 100% recommendation to this place.

The people that works there are amazing, everyone so helpful! Definitely will pick this hotel again!

Breakfast staff made it feel special and the food was delicious.

The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Not only were they helpful during breakfast, but the front desk team also went above and beyond to assist us. They were always friendly and accommodating, and they kindly helped us store our luggage, which made our trip much more convenient.

AC was excellent. Room was small but had everything we wanted. Refrigerator froze liquids. (Adjustable?). Elevators slowed substantially with volume at the end of free breakfast period.

Really good niceand clean

Elevator – Very slow, causing delays. Staff use the same elevator as guests, which adds wait time and takes away from the guest experience. A dedicated staff elevator (or better management of elevator use) would help. Lighting – Needs more light throughout, especially in common areas. Bathrooms – Need upgrading (fixtures, space, or overall quality).

Location is great, very close from Times Square. Staff is awesome, trying to do their best under the circumstances. Breakfast area too small for a such big hotel (around 30 floors), so always crowded and dirty. Very hard to find a spot to sit. Breakfast variety very poor. Elevators are a big issue in this hotel. Only two for the whole building, including the staff (clean ladies struggling to do their job). Sometimes 15 minutes waiting to get in. Rooms are pretty small. Very disappointed for a Hilton Hotel brand.

Location is excellent, staff were helpful, the breakfast was amazing to give you a good start for the day. Subway stations are close by. The rooms were serviced every day. The bed en linen was very comfortable and we were able to get a good nights rest. Will definitely stay there again

Good but I have a lot problem with the card keys
-
Bathroom could use a little update

The hotel is also in the best possible area closer to Penn and 42nd and Javitz. The rooms are incredibly quite for the location! Coming back here for the next business trip.
-
The staff was friendly and welcoming, but the overall stay was just average. The breakfast area could have been much cleaner, and some guests were very loud, making it hard to enjoy the morning. The surrounding neighborhood also felt a bit sketchy, which made us less comfortable. It was okay for a short stay, but there are better options.
-
The breakfast staff was very helpful, and the housekeeping staff was also very helpful. Front desk was efficient but lacked customer service warmth and friendliness. No 'welcome' or 'thank you' for staying with us. This could also be because of the number of people cycling through and they are just exhausted. I have stayed at other Hampton Inn hotels and the cleanliness etc. was better.
