Breakfast was excellent! The staff were very friendly and helpful! Great location!

The place was amazing, great location, the room very comfortable and the breakfast delicious. I will highly recommend. The only thing that I will add is the elevators for so many people is very complicated. We wait a lot for going to our room but after that everything was great!

C'est bien et bien situé.

The best experience in New York and Hampton Inn

Room was clean for what it is. One of the sliding door at the bathroom was not sliding so I need to lift it up to close it. The staff was friendly and was eager to help. The location was good and near a big train station so if you’re going to utilize the public transportation it’s a good location to stay. I never felt unsafe especially at night. Breakfast place was kinda crowded and congested but given the space they have I think that’s the best they can do.

It was close to grand central, Madison square garden and most places! N/A

We checked into our room early which was great. We left our luggage and hit the ground running. When we got back to our room and wanted to shower, we started the shower and the shower filled up with water so we quickly turned it off and called front desk. They came fairly quickly but did not clean up their mess and left the shower full of hair that had come out of the drain. I had to clean the shower after in order to use it. Very disappointing

Great location, close to 7 train, shops nearby

The location is very good, very close to Times Square; the facilities were clean, the staff was very friendly—a very good option. crowded elevator in the mornings
-
Definitely best bath Towels.
-
Great location, good aircon and clean reasonable sized rooms given the location. Good range of breakfast options but not enough seating at peak times. Lifts also an issue at peak times - 2 small lifts for 32 floors meant long queues and wait times. Staff on reception and at breakfast were friendly and helpful
-
Easy to navigate, free breakfast, morning Chef was friendly and went above and beyond Elevator issues. Only two elevators that are also used by staff and cleaning which caused even more delays. On our last day the elevator went on private operation and staff was transporting people up and down while elevator was in service. We were not aware that we had to request a pickup from the 19th floor. Better communication was needed. Ended up taking the stairs after waiting for the elevator to take us down for several minutes.

It’s close to major sites and subway is relatively close. 7/11 is nearby to buy drinks and helpful. Staffs were nice.

The room was decent, the breakfast was ok, but not enough room to sit. We ate in our rooms one of the days since we could not find a place to sit. The elevator took very long to come especially during breakfast hours (20+minutes). Our room was not well cleaned. There was hair on the bathroom floor the entire time we were there. We left one day early because our backs hurt from the very uncomfortable beds. Be prepared to pay a fortune in parking. The location was great! Was a short walk to Times Square, many great restaurants and shops.
