The location was great The elevators were out of service and it was absolute chaos. I tried reaching out for a refund but was completely ignored

This property is very rundown and dirty. Our walls and carpet were all ripped. The very tiny elevator barely worked. The free breakfast is not true because the eating area is no where large enough to accommodate the number of guests. The lobby is backed and dirty. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Very disappointing for a one night stay in NYC.

Overall okay, but the bathroom shower rod was broken and the elevators need attention. Keycard reader on the door was difficult to use sometimes. Bed was nice and breakfast was good though.

Exceptional

Confined room, even with a king bed. But remember, you're in Manhattan. Also, the hot water and toilet was a challenge. You have to flush the toilet twice and you turn the dial to the cold side for hot water and vice versa for cold water. Overall, I would stay here again. Just update the plumbing.

Our stay was fantastic, for the price we paid: the location, service and cleanliness was honestly great. Super accommodating staff, they even upgraded our room when we expressed our concern with our original room. The lady at the front desk (Touria) was very kind and helpful. Promote her!! She is the best.

It’s an old building with mold mildew smell 35 floors and only two small elevators. Choose something else.

Good location but it was a typical NYC hotel, narrow access and rooms with little frills.

The hotel is very well located and room wasn’t too small so was comfortable- but the lift wasn’t working which caused huge inconvenience with luggage and day to day activities because we were on the 8th floor - the staff in the restaurant were very helpful - bfast was basic but ok and there was also coffee and tea all day and water bottles and crisps provided everyday to everyone. It the rooms and all the building needs a revamp - old carpets, old decor - so for what we paid, it wasn’t to the right standards!

Superb

The location was excellent. I liked the breakfast selection, the welcome bag, the refreshments in the lobby and it was clean. The cleaning staff even came back to clean because we were still in the room. Looks kinda run down but it was maintained.

Everything was good. All the staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast was fair, the cinnamon rolls were great! The staff in the breakfast cafe did a nice job keeping it clean and supplied with items very nicely. Our air conditioner was noisy.

The staff was very accommodating and kind. The facility is old and gross. Location is not convenient to Times Square. Ladies don’t walk to this place at night by yourselves

The elevator was broken for weeks. There was little attempt to fix it properly. A real issue if you were staying on a top floor..

Great location, close to both NY Penn Station and Port Authority Bus Terminal and 2.5 blocks away from the Javits Center. The staff is very attentive and helpful. I was here for New York Comic Con and the staff was so helpful and kind. The breakfast area is good with a decent selection and seating space. The rooms themselves was spacious compared to other hotel rooms I've stayed in. There is even hot water!!! I will definitely be booking here again for next year!! A good location if visiting NYC and want to be close to public transportation and food.
