The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good, however the tables in the dinning room fill quickly.

El primer impacto es una recepción desordenada, con el mobiliario en malas condiciones, y con un cúmulo de cajas que estuvieron en la recepción durante toda nuestra estancia. Los ascensores de la propiedad son insuficientes para atender todas las habitaciones (Solo 2 ascensores para un edificio de 36 niveles con más de 200 habitaciones). En la mañana los tiempos de espera superaban los 30 minutos. Nos tocó presenciar huéspedes que bajaban más de 30 pisos por no aguantar los tiempos de espera. El desayuno es un chiste. Muy mala calidad en los alimentos y un espacio insuficiente para atender el volumen de huéspedes. Alrededor de 15 mesas en un espacio muy reducido. Los tapetes de los pasillos están descuidados y en muy malas condiciones. Es un hotel de 1 o 2 estrellas

This hotel was extremely disappointing for many reasons. First of all, it advertises a 6 minute walk to Times Square and this is just not the case. It is a minimum 20 minute walk which is far when you are dressed up to see a show etc. It was not conveniently located at all. The hotel is very dirty and run down. Even for a more cost effective hotel option it was just not nice. The breakfast area was crowded and dirty and the food did not look at all appealing. It actually turned my stomach seeing the massive crowd trying to get to the food set up. There are only two elevators and over 35 floors. We waited forever for an elevator and most times ended up taking the stairs. Thank goodness we were only on the 5th floor. In our room the water pressure in the shower was terrible and the water temperature was either freezing or scalding. The TV channels were all pixelated. All in all I was very disappointed with our stay and did not feel it was worth the price at all. Having been to NYC many times there are MANY other hotel options in the same price range that are more well kept, more conveniently located to Times Square, and just better overall. Sleeping was also a nightmare as the AC unit in the room was incredibly loud.

Very delicious breakfast with lots of varieties and 24/7 coffee and tea station The only downside is the long wait for the elevator in the morning during breakfast time but that's nothing compared to all the pros

but the property needs good maintenance, found the common rest room out of service for the whole day. Room windows are dirty and scratchy, could not get a clear city view due to dingy window. I have stayed in multiple holiday Inn properties before, i had a poor staying experience due to the room condition

Had a pleasant 6 day, the staff was gracious and kind my entire visit!!

Breakfast, was good. The cinnamon rolls were excellent. Staff was wonderful, maid service, offered each day. Front desk especially Ricardo were all so accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

Me gustó mucho el hotel, pero la recepcionista no tenía nada de empatía; era mi primera vez quedándome en un hotel y ella como que pensaba que yo sabía todo y no resolvía mis peticiones.

The location is excellent. It is close to city centre. It is in times square. And well connected to the subway The room is small. Not very good value for money.

Sin exagerar, es el peor hotel en el que me he alojado. El lobby, la recepción y las zonas comunes son pequeñas, sucias, descuidadas y con mal olor. La sensación general es de falta de limpieza y mantenimiento. El desayuno es una falta de respeto: malo, insuficiente, mal presentado y servido en un espacio incapaz de atender la cantidad de huéspedes. En horas pico es prácticamente imposible acceder o encontrar dónde sentarse. Pero lo peor son los ascensores: un edificio de aproximadamente 36 pisos, con unas 6 habitaciones por piso, tiene solamente DOS. Están viejos, deteriorados, hacen ruidos preocupantes y en horas pico llegamos a esperar MÁS DE 35 MINUTOS para poder tomar uno. Es incomprensible en un hotel de este tamaño. Las habitaciones tampoco compensan la experiencia. La cama es lo único rescatable. El aire acondicionado es terrible y encontramos moho y suciedad en el piso y las juntas del baño. Incluso afuera acumulaban enormes cantidades de bolsas de basura alrededor de la entrada. Entiendo que en Manhattan los hoteles pueden ser pequeños. Ese no es el problema: el problema es la suciedad, el mantenimiento deficiente y una infraestructura totalmente insuficiente para el número de huéspedes. No lo recomendaría bajo ninguna circunstancia y jamás volvería.
