It’s an older property but great price and clean. The staff was great.

The bedroom was great for two people, very clean and comfortable. Staff super friendly, William and Marques were very helpful. The breakfast and the eating area wasn't my favorite, too crowded and okay food.

The property was great walking distance to Times Square. Lift was hard to get in the morning and breakfast was good just not many places to sit. Great having water, chips, cookies on hand. Great place

There were hotels in our rooms never will I ever stay here anymore with the size of two hands put together like been there for years

This hotel is the elevator situation. At times you wait up to 20 mins just to get to the lobby or to your room. The breakfast is pretty good however it ends at 10am. Overall it’s a pretty good hotel with clean rooms king size beds and cold AC.

Helpful staff. Only negitive is checking out, theres 2 elevators and checking out can be difficult if you dont plan ahead. It cant be helped, its just one of things. Apart from that the hotel and staff are awesome.

Overall everything was just ok. The rooms need a mini fridge and microwave. The lobby area needs to be bigger and better organized. Breakfast wasn’t that great. :(

La zona está excelente cerca de todo , el desayuno muy bueno hay variedad , lo único fue el ascensor tuve que usar escaleras de suerte me tocó piso 4 pero de allí todo bien fue lo unico

near by major attractions Only two lifts and customers from morning 7-11 should have to wait minimum 7/8 mins to 15 mins for going down to main lobby area.

very basic hotel for the price point. and the check in time was updated without prior notice. had to wait a lot before we could check in. not recommended unless no other option
