Clean room. Amazing location!

Clean room .. staff was friendly

La habitación estaba muy pequeña. Se solicitó intentar cambiar y el personal ni siquiera quiso intentar revisar. Pero en general es bien. El desayuno es bien. Todos los días igual pero bien.

We checked in very late due to flight delay. But the front desk staff were very helpful and gave us rooms as we booked without issues. Also, kindly remind us World of Hyatt member’s benefits. So, we got 2 bottles of water for free and later check out. The hotel’s location is so convenient that we can walk to our most spots within 15 minutes, such as Broadway show, Time Square, Empire State Building, AMNH, Fifth Avenue and Bryan Park, etc. Last but not least, the hotel offers free breakfast which has a lot of choices. Probably the staff shortages happening during our stay, one of our rooms did not being cleaned up on time.

Breakfast offered a satisfactory variety.

Great place, clean, good location

The air conditioner wasn’t working right. The toilet wasn’t working right, had to jiggle the handle. Definately not worth the money AT ALL!!!!!!

Property is maintained okay. There was no microwave in the room and fridge was hardly functional. We stayed 4 nights with kids, it’s nyc midtown so rooms were very small. The guests next door were very loud and were trying to open middle doors which was scary. Staff was helpful though.

The staff was nice The rooms are to small. To many people that the elevators were always full most of time, even the lobby full of rude loud people. The rooms were not cleaned until late afternoon.

The lobby is a zoo in the morning during breakfast time and checkout. It’s unbelievable busy. Very hard to navigate

This hotel was modern, clean, in a good location, quiet, felt safe, breakfast was plentiful (fruit, hot food, bakery goods, cereals, juices, coffee etc). The staff were polite, helpful and professional. The lifts were a disaster!! As others have said breakfast is crazy between 8-9.30am!

Comfy main bed. Little to no storage in the room. No coat hooks and advertised sofa bed was tiny. It was a smaller room than the premier inn so was very squashed for 3 people. Hidden charges for water provided!
