Very clean hotel. Enjoyed my stay.

cost effect and good location. Booked a room with kingsize bed and pullout couch but the room i actually got assigned was two twins

Just the location. The rooms were so small and claustrophobic and even after multiple requests to staff for upgrading with additional $, they refused to entertain and did not even give us rooms on the same floor, although I had already requested earlier. Also, the breakfast is complimentary for everyone so it's heavily overcrowded + found a hair floating inside the scrambled eggs.

Location and cleanliness Room is very small, we could hardly find a space for our luggage.

Great location Room is small, we ordered the room for 2 adults and 3 kids, but the room was so little that when we opened the sofa bed there was no place even to stand in the room.. so we ended up in our beds before we could open it.

Coffee was great! Breakfast was available. The location was ideal for us. Staff was polite and helpful. The air conditioner in the room was VERY LOUD. We needed to sleep with ear plugs due to the loudness of the air conditioner. The pancakes were cold on the breakfast buffet and the fruit was not appealing.

Location. The lobby stuff was very rude,when I've found that they have charged me twice,showing them 2 different transactions. The supervisor was unbelievably rude,and asked me to call my bank. I'm going to issue a letter to Booking support,with all the information and exact evidences. The supervisor name is Mustafa. I have to say that the response, was humiliation that I've had been seeing for all hotel that I've been. The hotel marked as 4 star!! It's even not close to 2 stars. In addition the breakfast is terrible, they are giving plastic spoon, knife are plastic! Unbelievable!!

Me gustaría que el Bar tuviera más hora de operación. Pero en términos generales, estoy muy satisfecho y contento con mi estancia.

The staff members are very friendly and helpful! The service is good and fast. However the room is very small and barely have enough space. The insulation is also not good so if you live near the elevator you need earmuffs and headphones to help with the noise. The breakfast is actually better than imagined.

Well spotted , very close to time square , staff very friendly , the train station y very close to the hotel , and the train E that takes out from jfk stops in that station

Yes, it’s amazing for very comfortable and many places around as well as restaurants and tourist places That when I arrived to check in they made me spread too much because they didn’t have rooms available and that I already left the hotel and that the money from the reservation insurance is not returned instantly
