Pestana CR7 Times Square

This is a 2 star no frills hotel with micro rooms and very very dim hallways sondim that anyone with visual impairments/ limitations would have trouble navigating in. The comfort room had virtually no storage only some draws under the bed which to be honest who really want to store their garments that close to the ground in a hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone staying longer than 1-2 nights.

One of the best hotels in manhattan

Very friendly staff. Room was clean. However the downside is the tiny shower stall.

Perfect space and amenities for a solo traveler or couple. Stayed here overnight for a concert and it was spacious, clean and not the size of a closet. We’ll definitely stay together my trip to New York.

There were a few issues

This is an amazing hotel!! Everything is very clean, new, and beautiful. It wasn’t noisy at all, and the location is amazing! You can easily walk to Times Square. I highly recommend it! We had our anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with rose petals, chocolate, and strawberries. 10/10 Nothing

Black stuff growing in the shower. Toilet set was broken. Extremely load AC unit directly next to the bed making it near impossible to sleep. Stay elsewhere.

The room was refined, spotless, and well-equipped with great amenities, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable and extremely convenient for public transit, attractions, and train stations. It would be great if complimentary bottled water could be replenished daily in the room. Having a wider variety of dining and breakfast options would also be appreciated.

Exceptional

First, there is an additional $30/day fee that wasn’t clearly mentioned before we arrived. For our 4-day stay, that ended up being an unexpected extra $120, which was frustrating. Also, keep in mind that the rooms do not have a small refrigerator or microwave, which was pretty inconvenient for a multi-day stay. The microwave situation was especially strange. When I asked the staff if there was a microwave available, I was told that the hotel has only ONE microwave and that it’s only available starting in the afternoon. Wait, what?! 😅

El hotel es limpio y bonito, sin embargo, creo q el mantenimiento del edificio no es muy bueno, ya que los accesorios del baño no estaban funcionando adecuadamente y la coladera de la ducha se tapaba a cada rato. El shampoo y jabón que colocan en el baño, tiene una rara apariencia y es muy fácil que huésped anterior lo haya manipulado, por eso no lo usamos. El baño es muy estrecho y la puerta abre hacia adentro, lo cual no permite que uno se desplace dentro del baño. Tiene que pegarse a la pared para poder ingresar al baño. Al utilizar el sanitario hay que dejar presionada la palanca, porque si no no corre el agua.

Hotel amazing location and staff was very accommodating and helpful 24/7. Rooms clean as I booked 2 rooms.

I like that the check in and check out was easy, and the property was very clean and it looks well maintained, which is hard to say for nyc properties.

Friendly staff! Awesome stay! The coffee machine and bagels in the morning were a nice surprise!

The room was nice and clean. The location was great. The staff were okay. Don't try to check in even one minute early (2:59) because your "room will not be ready and needs to pass inspection." But, at 3:00 right on the dot, it's miraculously ready.

Superb

This was a great stay. The location is excellent. I loved the vibe. It’s a great use of space, ie: the fridge as a night stand. Detailed features like, hooks, shelves, lamps also really add to the comfort of the room. Zero wait time for elevators. A solid gym, small but mighty with all the equipment you need including: kettlebells and TRX. The greatest feature of all bar none is the staff. My first room had an electrical issue. Everyone got involved. We did end up changing rooms and couldn’t have been happier with how it was handled. Thank you Colin et all.
