Great location. Decent room. But no lobby to speak of. Coffee available. Was good enough for a good four day stay.

The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Ther location is near many of the attractions in NY city. To get to the hotel by subway you have to get the Port Authority 42nd street station. From there you probably have to walk 5 blocks. There are a few places to eat nearby. The breakfast is acceptable, but the room is very small. Try got to breakfast early. They have a coffee machine in the rooms. I wish it is a Kreig maker. I love my early morning good coffee.

Cons: poor door insulation as you can hear people talking in the hallway crystal clear; limited breakfast options, and it’s right next to the linen closet room. I would stay again.

you can't pay so much for a room and stay on the 1st floor next to the reception, it's ridiculous! The breakfast was horrible.

Good location, clean room Quite basic facilities - it felt more like a hostel than a hotel - and though some staff were friendly, we had a really bad experience with one member of reception staff, who was repeatedly rude and unhelpful.
