Everything was very updated and new, even if a bit small in the room (not anything out of the ordinary for that area of NYC). The included breakfast was nothing special but still very convenient and great to have as an option! Staff were helpful, and everything worked great. Location was perfect for getting to MSG and for exploring more afar. Tons of restaurants in the area too. I would definitely stay here again!

The general manager went above and beyond normal duties to contact me about an AC outage at the hotel and rebook me at another nearby property for the first of two nights. This was downtown NYC and the hotels were walking distance from each other. The substitute hotel was identical to the original, very nice, and I was able to move into the original hotel the next morning when the AC was fully operational. He earned a customer for life! Great service and the hotels were very clean and comfortable!

Five stars! Was in town for Phish concert at MSG.. hotel within walking distance. Hotel didn’t break the bank, clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff. $55/night parking right across the street.

Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was a little disappointing but it was a fine stay for the price in midtown.

The breakfast was good. The room for breakfast was small but we always found seats. The only issue we had was there is drawers for clothes and very limited closet space.

Great location, walkable to the Hudson river, Times Square, Madison Square Garden, Broadway, and so much more! The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, breakfast was delicious, I had an excellent stay and will definitely stay again in my next NYC visit!

The hotel was great just the lighting in the bathroom was very dim

Mid-70s. We pretty much left the blinds shut the rest of our stay. Front desk staff was not very welcoming but all other employees were wonderful! The breakfast buffet was as good or better than expected and the location can’t be beat! The elevators are good and fast. We’ll consider staying here again.
