Rooms were small but that NY for you! View was awesome from the 23rd floor. Everything clean and beautiful.

My new favorite Midtown spot and there's not a close second. Location, price, amenities, hotel and room decor, even room size and storage were on point. Great bar and just had the most delicious salmon for lunch in the restaurant! All staff outstanding. Already booked my return.

Breakfast - just fab, couldn’t fault, plenty variety to choose from, healthy choices and very attentive service. Roof terrace - great service. Lovely views of city considering it’s not a high rise building. Can even see empire state. Everyone so helpful and friendly, felt very comfortable there, the only thing I would ask is that the music is slightly lower in reception as it was a bit loud and harder to take on board everything that was said at check in. Maybe I was just tired from travelling but I would have preferred it a bit more chill on arrival. All in all, we would definitely use the hotel again. Thank you to all that work there. Great team.

We stayed in a king room, city view. Not a big room but big enough,we were only in it for sleeping. Bed was really comfy, room cleaned every day. Staff very friendly. Hotel in a perfect position for exploring. Had breakfast in hotel once and it was fine. If I visit New York again I would def return.

I honestly thought our room would’ve been bigger because it was a suite for $1,200 with a city view balcony , the view was ok I had stayed her before and my balcony was so huge it had a hammock and couch this one we was in wasn’t big enough for our photo shoot but we made it work I just wanted my 1 year wedding anniversary to be special !! Staff was amazing and breakfast should come with espresso!!!

Second time staying, and we couldn’t be happier. Rooms are nice, super clean with comfy bedding. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The overall experience with the front and hotel staff was excellent. My room was superbly comfy and the elevators were not long and it ran smooth. The bar next to Cafe was not excellent. They need to work on customer service could have been much better. But overall no complaints

Location was great. Loved that the hotel had everything you needed from coffee bar in the morning, rooftop drinks at night, nice gym, places to fill your water bottles which I appreciated. All over good vibe and staff was very friendly. My experience was very good and I would return. I was a solo traveler and room was definitely small,but had everything I needed and bed was comfortable.

My friend and I had an amazing experience staying at arlo midtown. The staff we were friendly and welcoming as the check-in and check-out process was super quick and easy. I’d say that that location is optimal as everything was very close restaurants, shops and trains!

There were a couple of disappointments. We requested an early check-in and were told they would let us know when the room was ready, but we never heard back. It felt like we may have been forgotten, and we ultimately checked in at the regular 3 PM time. The other issue was housekeeping. Our room wasn’t cleaned during the day, and when we asked about it, we were told it was scheduled to be cleaned after 4 PM. By that point, we were back in the room getting ready for the evening, so it was simply too late. This was especially disappointing because I had left a tip for housekeeping. Despite those issues, the great location, comfortable room, breakfast, friendly staff and complimentary late checkout made this a very good stay overall.

Very amazing property. Highly recommend. Walking distance with two kids. The view was amazing. !!!! Staff was friendly and helpful. Will be coming back

The rooms were very small, the shower leaked and it was very noisy as our room faced the street.
