Great location!! Staff was very pleasant and helpful! Room was clean and AC was excellent😃. Would definitely stay again!!

The staff are delightful and the property is modern yet welcoming. Excellent location, close enough to popular spots to walk, but far enough away to relax in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again!

There was a very bright flashing in the room all night almost like a flashbulb. Same with the emergency lights. Very annoying. Room 1703.

ITS OKAY, ROOMS ARE INCREDIBLY SMALL!! STAFF AT THE BREAKFAST RESTAURANT IF AWFUL! THE REST IS DECENT FOR THE PRICE

The hotel is in a very convenient location, smells amazing when you walk in and the staff is incredible. I would stay here again.

Great location and modern style. Staff is very helpful. A little noisy sometime from the lobby for the rooms in lower floors.

Mattress was horrible.

My “go to” hotel when commuting on via NYP and working /meetings in midtown. Good vibe, bar, restaurant with comfortable rooms, bed, and modern HVAC.

The staff!!!! They were completely amazing!! They were extremely polite and accommodating! I feel like they went above and beyond to make our stay so pleasant and comforting! It was my son’s first time to New York for his 30th birthday with his girlfriend and I stressed over which hotel to stay and I’m so glad that we picked the Arlo! It made the experience so memorable. My son even proposed at the hotel! The staff were amazing and celebrated along with us! We will absolutely be staying at the Arlo every time we return to the city!! please thank your staff for being so wonderful!!

Absolutely loved our stay here.

Staff was nice and helpful. Location was great if you’re wanting to be close to Broadway. The coffee shop was great. Only thing was, when I go in rooms I wipe down common areas with Clorox wipes. It was evident that those side tables don’t get cleaned.

Conveniently located and staff were great! Definitely would return.

Very nice

It was inconvenient and very bizarre for the card machine not to be working to allow us to get a key to our room. The room blinds clearly needed to be changed. More attention to detail is recommended.

Clean room, staff was great and super helpful. Great location and delicious drinks at the bar. Bartender was awesome and gave great recommendations for places to eat. Would recommend.

Decent hotel, but certainly not for the price tag. “Urban Fee” was a reach. Charging $37 for 2 cans of water a day, free Wi-Fi (?), and other perks that were not well explained. (15% discount on what exactly) Room service runs till 5:00 pm, when checking in and out with my son and several pieces of luggage we were pretty much on our own. I am not sure if they have staff delegated to the front of the lobby to help with directions, bags, etc, but we never saw anyone except for the desk staff. When I had questions and asked one of the 2 or 3 front desk personnel it felt more of a bother to them. Rooms small but we had a balcony, nice if it didn’t rain 3 of the 4 nights. Obviously not their fault. Hallways were narrow and room doors were heavy So lots of unintentional slamming when they shut. It was close to our event space, which is why we chose it and we did not spend much time in hotel except to sleep so it served its purpose. Not family friendly, but not awful.

Amazing views, cute room, good food. Very convenient

Great place, no elevator waiting and clean

Didn’t clean our room. Didn’t clean it after I made them aware. Didn’t clean it after they were already aware. Blamed me for being upset about their incompetence.
