The room and the area.

They charged me extra fees at check in that were not stated on the booking app. The bathroom was terrible, the shower door has no stopper so when I took a shower the floor outside was soaked, and the faucet knob on the sink was falling out. No complimentary coffee or coffee maker in our room.

I love staying here. I wish the lobby was bigger, but the coffee bar in the front is exceptional, the restaurant is lovely and the staff is EXCELLENT. They always hold things for me, receive packages and they have enough staff. It gets busy down there and it's not just one person running things up front which for me is HUGE! I like it so much I have the Arlo scent at home because it is a good memory! I love walking in there and feeling like I'm home.

The woman at the front desk (she's Albanian, I don't recall her name), was very helpful, efficient, friendly.

Centrally located and friendly staff.

Nice hotel but there is not one microwave in the entire building.

Rooms are small, basic amenities are available, room service and front desk are good. City view isn’t worth it, not much of a view.

It was truly amazing. We liked everything. Big Bonus: They have a really good coffeeshop integrated in the ground floor. I can't really say anything negative about this place

Clean modern tasteful rooms staff were very helpful. Bartender was fantastic. Amazing drinks in the bar.

The room was smaller than I anticipated but we made it work. Everything was clean and cozy!

Location is great room is clean and well planned for amount of space air conditioner is a little noisy and cuts in and out every half hour but other than that very nice
