Delta Hotels by Marriott New York Times Square

The location was perfect, 2 min walk from subway station, 10 min walk from Times Square. Every day they gave a 25$ voucher in the hotel caffe.

Hotel was at good location. We got to stay at one of the higher floors. We also received a voucher to spend in the hotel (for food). Staff at the lobby bar was super nice. The breakfast was paid additionally and it was by the items you ordered. There were not many options foor food. We could not sleep well during the night because the employees at the nearby hotel were protesting 24/7 about low wages. It was really noisy.

Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. Especially Tiengbo the young man who brought us a luggage cart and helped us get our things downstairs and out to the car. No Ice machine but hey.

Such a busy area the hotel itself is in the middle of tons of people walking by, very crowded area. The hotel was crowded as well long wait for elevators. Small lobby, wasn’t impressed by the stuff who didn’t seem to care when asked questions. Our room had direct view to the other building and someone’s windows I could literally talk to people in the windows of another property. Personally wouldn’t stay there again. Small lobby, view from the room was absolutely terrible to another building and windows. Hotel stuff wasn’t pleasant.

prices. I don’t know who baked there, the baked goods are delicious and always fresh. Staff were nice, kind, approachable and friendly. We didn’t use room service to cleaning services except one time. It was all done right. We felt safe and comfortable.

Helpful reception staff. Good location about 10 minutes from Times Square and 8-10 minutes away from the theatre the district. 15 minutes from the high line walk and close to river cruises. The rooms are fairly basic but the beds are very comfortable, clean rooms. No wait most of the time for elevators. Unfortunately there was protesting going on at hotel next door which was noisy and disturbing with cars horns tooting early in the morning.

Room size was good, 3rd stay in New York for me. Compared to other hotels room was a decent size. Fridge and safe provided. Location wise around from time square. Subway entrance along on same street. No door in shower. Had to request room to be cleaned every day. (We’re paying by night, so rooms should be cleaned daily) $25 a day hotel voucher, gets you 4 cans of Diet Pepsi. Once you factor in tax’s, can’t get much else. Can’t really blame Delta, but protest at hotel next door. Meant vehicle horns going off at all hours. But wouldn’t have booked if known beforehand.

The hotel's location was great, and the size of the room and bathroom was excellent for NY standards.

location was good breakfast to expensive we was charge for room service we did not order someone else used our room number in order two orange juices at 6 am in the morning we ask the manager on duty Aijilee Pena to see the receipt she showed us the receipt and it was not our signature the amount was 19.62 got added to our final bill they not as of yet to reach back out about this fraudulent issue. we was not told about the Dominican Republican parade that was occurring on the 9th of august our checkout date we had valet parking in the garage was closed till 5 o'clock pm i didn't get my vehicle back till 7:45pm that night which made me getting home around 4that mourning in i had to be at work by 6 we had to sit in the lobby the whole entire time we checked out at 9 am thinking we was getting my vehicle in going back home instead we sat in the lobby almost 11 hours they never offer us nothing to eat nor drink nothing to snack on or nothing so un professional they will never get my service again

The hotel is nice the location as well The staff is so disorganised. They don’t know what they’re talking about there is a huge communication issue between them. Someone can tell you something, the day after the staff changes and they don’t know what you’re talking about. Plus i waited so long for my deposit to be issued 3 weeks later i called they apologised for forgetting to issue it!
