The room was great and I felt like it was worth the price. It had a view of the city. Amenities were cool and they gave us a $25 daily budget to spend at the store downstairs or at the brunch restaurant, which I’ve never seen in other hotels and loved. The only minor inconvenient was the fact that they only have 2 elevators (3 if we count the staff one) and the hotel has hundreds of rooms and many floors, so we had to wait a long time for the elevators sometimes, especially during “rush hours”.

The staff was very friendly and efficient the room was ready even sooner then expected. The hotel room and bathroom were so clean!

It was very close to everything. We had to ask for towels every night and the night we got there, the bathroom had hair for other people in the shower and on the walls in the bathroom.

Everything about my stay was easy, the staff were amazing, made you feel at home. I would have liked a proper chair in my room.

Easy place to stay, easy walking distance to the subway, walkable to Central Park if you enjoy your steps. Staff was nice. Easy to store luggage after checkout until flights. If I need to go to Madison square garden again it’s an easy walk so I’d stay here again

Good location. Good breakfast (not included). Quiet compared to lots of hotels in the region. Room is small. Bathroom shower doesn’t have door.

The customer service was excellent and the room was clean spacious and comfortable. The coffee tasted mostly like water which was dissapointing and it deterred me from trying the food.

The Hotel is not in the best area. Also staff not very friendly. and the rooms not very the best. very average hotel. No more than a 3 star. but when you pay almost $500 per night you expect more. Would not stay there every again.

There were no tissues available in the tissue dispensers, and none of the trash cans had trash bags inside. These conditions indicate a lack of proper maintenance and attention to cleanliness.
