Most of all this location is very good. It is close to the mayority of the the attractions. The front desk associates are wonderful and the breakfast is very good. All in all this property is good.

Due to big sounds at entry by union members make some disappointing whenever staying in room

It was really annoying. I needed to stay working at the lobby after the check out but it was totally impossible to work with such a loud noise. It was a very bad experience overall that nobody could manage. They were there at least 4 days out of the 5 from my stay. I left and they were still on the strike.

I am writing to request compensation or a partial refund for my recent stay, as the experience was far below what was advertised or reasonably expected. Throughout our stay, there was an ongoing protest directly at the hotel entrance related to what appeared to be a wage dispute. The protesters continuously shouted things like, “Shame on you,” “Check out and get a refund,” and encouraged guests to stay elsewhere. This created a very stressful, uncomfortable, and unwelcoming environment every time we entered or left the hotel. What is most disappointing is that this protest had already been ongoing before our arrival, yet neither the hotel nor Expedia informed us in advance. Had we been made aware of the situation, we would have chosen a different hotel. When we raised our concerns with the front desk, we were simply told that the hotel had contacted the police. However, the situation remained unresolved throughout our stay and only became more disruptive each day. We continued to experience the noise, inconvenience, and negative atmosphere for the duration of our visit. I booked this hotel through Expedia expecting a comfortable and enjoyable stay, but this ongoing disruption significantly affected our overall experience. I believe it is reasonable to request compensation or a partial refund, as we did not receive the quality of stay we paid for. I kindly ask Expedia to review this matter and provide an appropriate resolution. Thank you.

The hotel staff seemed to have a good time within themselves- laughing and interacting but it almost seemed like I was a bother... Generally not what I expected

Close proximity to Port Authority; Friendly staff Elevator lines were long, no ice machine on floors, room was ok

Ability to drop off bags at door and keep bags past check out time. Breakfast was very good. Water in lobby was not available late at night.
