I like the staff in the breakfast area, they are nice and they seem to work hard and tries very hard to get the place clean and organize. Love the coffee, egg, and food selection. The room can be clean up a little bit more. There were stains in the lamp and some bubble gum on the floor. Also there was only one small soap, no lotion and some hotels offer a small shampoo and conditioner that's not used by anyone. Though the air condition seems to blow up some good air but it seems like an old look so maybe the aesthetic can be updated a bit for the price that we paid. The bedding doesn't smell bad and are comfortable so I would rate it as fair. The worst part is the surrounding outside where it's so dirty and lots of unwanted views so it's ruining your referral rate. My daughter said it smells like someone poof just 5 steps outside of the front door. Sorry and I was giving you a good idea how we feel when we visited it. I know some of this is out of your control but just thought to let you know and thanks.

Staff was so friendly, helping us check in early and check out a little later than originally planned. We were so grateful for their flexibility. Fantastic amenities as well - breakfast! Clean rooms with AC that works like a charm. Close to everything including the subway

I like the free crib for my baby and very accessible to the time square. Also there is a pay parking available, convenient It was a good stay but we try to have a colder room for our baby and it didn’t make it.

Nice breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was very convenient. The main thing for me was they apparently charged a nights stay on my card several days before our trip with absolutely no notification ahead of time.

Room was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Hotel close to all stores etc. Breakfast was good but need to add bacon to menu.

Room was clean and bright. Nice views. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Amenities such as free American Museum of Natural History Museum was a nice touch. Convenient to multiple subways, grocery stores, and restaurants as well as Times Square. Free breakfast is also very welcomed. Would definitely stay here again.
