Customers should be warned that it is impossible to sleep or even relax with the loud noise and blocked entrance to hotel. I purchased a different hotel to avoid this bad situation
-
The hot water that came out was very dirty.
-
El hotel estaba decente pero durante mi estadía hubieron muchas protestas del personal en contra de la mala administración. Nos gritaban al entrar y salir del hotel. El ruido por las noches no era agradable.
-
Due to the silly demonstrators outside it was noisier than normal. The working staff were helpful and pleasant. The rooms need more vacuuming or a good deep clean. Otherwise it was a good location with strong water pressure.
-
Great centralized location, especially if going to MSG.
-
The room was clean although compared other NYC hotels, I expected more spacious room for a double bed. The fitness center was good. The breakfast was especially vegetarian sausages. Since we don’t eat meat. The protest outside was a horrible experience. But the staff gave us room on the 23rd floor which made it quiet and cozy.

Me gusto todo.

Awesome
-
The problem is that the hotel is having a conflict with the union and that makes it very unpleasant due to the noise. That should be informed to all customers booking this hotel. Hotel is great and people very helpful.

Room 1612. The AC did not work. We had to adjust several times. when leaving the premises we left ac on but would come back to a very stuffy room.

Nice staff Very noisy

Because of the strike, we had a difficult time entering the place with a wheel chair, my 86 years old husband got hurt and they did not have appropriate bandaging available. The worse part was that they never mentioned on their emails that they would give us a refund. They waited until we got there to offer a full refund but they wouldn't help with finding a hotel! Truly disappointed. I came back more stressed than when the trip started.

We booked the room with the free breakfast. Breakfast was descent, not 5 star quality, obviously. There was unfourtunatly a protest right outside the hotel during our stay. Some of the staff were protesting increased wages. Thankfully our room was on the opposite side of the entrance so we couldnt hear the noise while in the room. The a.c worked well, besides the slight humming from the unit. If you are in NY for a brief stay, I would recommend this hotel.

Perfect place to stay at

Loved our clean room, awesome breakfast and free tickets to the museum! Staff was so kind!
-
The room maintenance and breakfast were excellent. The only downside was the strike, which was a bit disturbing during our stay.
-
Unfortunately stay was during hotel workers picketing and striking outside the hotel screaming, banging drums, using cowbells and making noise. It was a little unsettling and uncomfortable.
-
The picketing staff was very loud and uncomfortable.
-
Staff were picketing in front of the building making it very difficult to access the property and a very high level of noise in the lobby area. Also due to this valet parking was suspended so we got a parking ticket from the city and had to park several blocks away and walk. The room was clean but very small for 3 people.

Clean room, good breakfast, nice staff, excelente ubicacion
