Family of 4, two kids between 11-14, first-timers to NYC. Decent experience. We were unable to get our room right at the 3pm check-in, which was delayed by approx 45 mins. Staff were able to hold our luggage in the meantime while we got our first experience of Times Square. Once we were in, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient- no complaints there considering it was free. Of the three elevators, the hotel was usually down to two for the entire weekend. We also experienced the elevator not stopping at our floor on the way down. This could have been for several reasons and wasn't a huge inconvenience since we were only on floor 14, but if my family and I had been unable to use the stairs, this would have been very difficult to plan around. Overall, I felt safe and secure and the location was easy to find.

Overall, it was an okay stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious with a convenient kitchenette but the furniture felt outdated and the shower only had very hot water no warm or cool option, which wasn’t ideal during one of the hottest weekends of the year. Breakfast was good with a decent variety, but the elevators were always crowded, so be prepared to wait.

Overall, good but elevators are usually full. Forced air of bathroom did not work.

The hallways and the lobby were always hot. They need better elevator service. I almost missed my ride to the airport, because the elevator kept stopping at each floor. When the elevator stopped, nobody was waiting to get on. The showers could have been a lot cleaner.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. However, there was no A/C in the lobby, and the breakfast area was overcrowded, hot, and had an unpleasant smell, so we skipped breakfast every day. Also, one of the elevators was out of service, and the remaining two weren’t enough. Between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m., we often waited around 15 minutes just to get downstairs. I wouldn’t recommend here.

The room are good but not great. Bathroom was nice and it looked remodeled. Room size for 2 people max. Not enough room to move around. The bed and linens are soft BUT it SQUEAKS a lot. Mostly by the footboard. I mean, it’s really BAD. Also the furniture looks quite old. The price was ok. So close to subway and most interesting areas.

The elevators often can be a long wait. We often took took the stairs because of the wait times. The social hour was nice though. The ice cold water was refreshing after doing so much walking.

Best location but room space were not enough for family with kids. Overall nice experience as many restaurants and attractions are near by.

The hotel was amazing. Stay breakfast was included. The staff was amazing. The only thing that I didn’t like so much was there was no parking included. The parking across the street was $75 for 24 hours. I know it’s New York City but at the same time it would be nice if they can maybe add parking to a night stay just to accommodate the customer is better. That’ll be great other than that. I had an amazing time.

Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice and different type of foods. Also the location was good. Close to time Square with a lot of restaurants and cafe in the area.

This is much more like an extended stay hotel which suited us perfectly. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Kitchenettes in the rooms, varied breakfast options, happy hour during the weekdays. We were able to get connecting rooms which made the space feel even larger. I would definitely recommend for families that are looking for value and convenience.

Great staff, very helpful. Breakfast was great, a variety of food, fruits and veggies.
