All in all this is a great property

alot of broken things like bathroom sink, kitchen appliances, elevator wasn’t working, it took literally 30-40 min sometimes to get down from 19th floor

The bedding was horrible. I had an infestation of bed bugs. I went to the doctor for confirmation.

Although we requested housekeeping services to clean the room, our room was not cleaned once during our stay. We did appreciate having a fridge and microwave in the room

We had a excellent time staying in this hotel. The hotel provides many amenities, we could not try it all. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Hotel has no parking of its own but there are parking garages nearby in walking distance. Times Square is within 10 mins walking distance. Near to main road, so all types of dining and shopping options are there. Walkable distance to many locations. Absolutely recommend this place !!

Staff wasn’t very helpful. Guests shouldn’t have to ask three times for fresh towels. The room was ok but not a great value.

Clean, quiet, room like a small studio has full kitchen. Full size bathroom staff very help full area ok But easy acess to two subway entrence and most site areas walking distance. Would stay again.

I particularly loved the breakfast, they rotated a few things every day, so it wasn’t boring. We had eggs, sausages, chobani yogurt station, good selection of fruits, tea. The location is nice, minutes away from all sights and subway. I recommend this hotel!

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was convenient and offered more than expected. There wasn't always bottled water available as advertised. Elevators were slow at peak times and not numerous but we were forewarned by staff and were able to accomodate.

The room was clean although there were a few things that needed repair in the bathroom specifically but they were superficial repairs and everything worked. The kitchen was outstanding and an immaculate condition. There was typically a long wait for the elevator around the end of breakfast and the time that Broadway shows began. Some of the furniture in the lobby could use an update, but the morning breakfast area, and the desk were great and well maintained. Sadly, the rooftop was not available and we were looking forward to taking pictures up there. The front desk told us that the building was preparing for some updates and contractors had stored their tools on the rooftop. Overall, a great stay and I would stay again.

An amazing stay was had. Staff was helpful in accommodating when changes were required - housekeeping was attentive and breakfast was delicious. The kitchenette was a huge plus. Would highly recommend - especially when traveling with little ones.

They did something wanky with my deposit and my 1 night stay and I was out of 700 my whole trip waiting for the deposit and the “refund”
