The location was great and within walking distance to the train station and a lot of sight seeing. The rooftop bar was a nice perk with beautifully views.

Great location, rooms a little on the small size but works.If your driving there no where to stop in front of hotel so drive past take next left and there is a parking lot half way down on the right. Hotel has discount with the parking lot. Hotel is 5min walk from MSG and 10 min walk to Time Square. Also great rooftop bar.

The rooftop was beautiful at night. Cookies upon check in were said to not contain top 7 allergens, but had nuts and gluten…idk. We had a great day stay for concert at Madison Square Garden.

My cousin & I stayed at Double Tree as it was close to the train station and MSG. We got a good price. The window had a frosted, peel and stick cover. It was already peeling so we noticed the window view was a wall. We had to ask for a sheet change due to finding a hair. Initially, housekeeping was going to just use a lint roller!! But I requested a sheet change. They were pleasant about the request. Rachid who I was communicating with was very helpful & the rest of the stay was uneventful. No “WOW” factor but it was clean, comfortable and suited our budget & needs. I can’t complain too much. Oh, the cookies were the worst kind of fake out…they had chocolate chips & nuts but they were oatmeal! Good for breakfast bad for a treat. LOL

The location of the property is ideal for those who want to be close to Time Square. It’s about a 10 minute walk. That being said it’s loud… a lot of sirens all the time. So take that into consideration. The hotel itself is clean and serves its purpose.

Nice hotel in a great location, the only issue we had is the rooms are very small, other than that everything was nice and The staff were very helpful.
