Rooms are very noisy from the outdoor elements noise! Rooms are very small and breakfast food was very poorly cooked!

Very small, but modern! It’s a very good location close to Madison Square Garden if you’re coming to town for a concert! I saw Olivia Dean on August 15th and the ride was less than 10 mins away. Very pricey, but the bathrooms and rooms are lovely stylish. The beds are VERY COMFORTABLE TOO! I also had the perfect view of the Empire State Building! I definitely would stay again.

Location was perfect, beds were comfy, and the rooftop had great views! As soon as we arrived there was water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom onto the floor, creating a large puddle. I immediately went and asked for a new room and they said they were booked and would send someone up to fix it. While someone did come up quickly, the attitude at the front desk did not feel very empathetic. It was very matter of fact - ok we’ll send someone up. No apologies or acknowledgment to the fact that we had just arrived after a long day of travel to an issue. An engineer initially fixed it quickly, but it started dripping again a few hours later. I told the desk again and they must have sent someone while we’re were out. It ended up not being a problem the rest of the trip… but again, no apologies? A discount on our first night? A drink at the rooftop bar? I wouldn’t expect much, but something so simple like that would have meant a lot. Especially because we paid a lot to stay there and it was a special trip for us. Multiple trips to the front desk for a water leak was not the best way to start our trip.

Great location close to all attractions and clean and safe love the cookies they give when checking in and the bag storage was also help-full they store the luggage into your ready to leave gave us time to walk around without carrying the luggage’s.

The hotel was very hard to find if you are driving your car. Then when you happen to find the hotel there is no place to unload your car. The parking is not at the hotel but in a garage two streets up and around the corner. The attendants at the garage are very helpful and nice. The garage is called Emerald Green Garage.

Nice welcome with warm cookies and water as it was hot! We arrived early 1:30!! and our room was ready, thank you Double Tree by Hilton!! Location was fab for everything, tube station right by hotel & Maddison square garden. We got the train in from the airport, cheaper than taxi and quick! Staff friendly, especially breakfast. Breakfast was good, choice good, cereals, pastries, toast machine, bagels and cooked portion such as bacon eggs sausage… Lovely roof garden, views of the Hudson& the Edge! you can order drinks & food. Small & friendly hotel. Room has tea & coffee with machine, limited choice but probably service not restocking, we had to ask at the desk and was given 1 tea! Walk in shower, great and hot with plenty of white towels beds comfy slept well. Needed after walking New York! We stayed 4 days, it’s an old hotel. Room was really small. Clean and did the job but small. Carpet was dated… blue blinds? Need a clean really dusty! We had a 6th floor room.. to be fair not sure if they have anything better. Who knows what you are given when booking in? If on a budget, it’s a good option and would use again, but discuss rooms… don’t want to be unfair!

Recently stayed here with a friend to attend a concert at Madison Square Concert which was within walkable distance. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. nearby. Staff were very kind and helpful. My room was all ready hours early than traditional check-in. I’d recommend for a quick stay.

The property was conveniently located close to public transportation and Time Square(literally a few minutes walk). The rooms are small(wasn't in there much anyway). I really wouldn't recommend paying extra for the breakfast, it's not that great and there are pleanty of options a few steps away. Beautiful rooftop with beautiful views of the city(not sure if/why it's a requirement to purchase something for guests of the hotel but the bartender didn't ask either) All in all a good location.

The Lobby was a bit dirty.
