Staff was nice and good location Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The property feels old and is in serious need of updates. Our room had several maintenance issues — the bathroom door was broken, the toilet paper holder was broken, and the blackout shades didn’t work. Blackout shades are especially important in Times Square with all the light outside at night. The room was also very noisy. We could clearly hear the toilet flushing and shower running in the room next door, which made it difficult to relax and sleep. Overall, the hotel just feels tired and poorly maintained. For a DoubleTree by Hilton in this location, I expected a much better experience. It definitely needs some attention and renovations

Helpful and friendly personnel. The rooftop bar is located on the last floor and gives a great chance to enjoy a breathtaking view directly from the hotel. It would be great to improve the soundproofing of the window in the room. Breakfast is very basic, without any vegetables.
