Buen ambiente y céntrico
-
I liked the location and view but no microwave to heat food in the room and no breakfast was included.
-
I really liked how helpful the staff was in helping me find the proper parking garage, Check in was easy and the cookies were delicious

En el baño habia un loqueo horrible que venía del techo

This property has an outside patio at the front entrance.. Watch out if you want to sit there! The sprinklers go off throughout the day wetting you up. The king room is officially the smallest room I have had in NYC and I travel here often. It was clean but the sprinklers and the fire alarm going off in the evening putting us all outside to get wet by the sprinklers is a never return for me !

The location is excellent, less than 10 minutes walk southwest of Times Square, easy to get there but not crowded in the neighborhood and plenty of places for eats. There is a nice rooftop bar and a nice little cafe next to the lobby area. They do not have parking at the site but there are two good garages on 37th Street 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

The place was great

Room is clean, staff is friendly and AC is powerful in this hot summer day. This is in NYC, so it might not be a surprise that the hotel room is very small. It is at an extremely noisy location. It didn't help that my room was at 21st floor. I wish the window is better insulated for sound proof.

Perfect location, clean room, friendly front desk, fast elevators, and they will hold your bags day of check in or check out.

For breakfast, we went to Market Crates on 35th St between 8th Ave and 7th Ave, it has all kinds of bagels, breakfast and sandwiches, is very reasonable priced. The bagel was very good. If you want Chinese breakfast, there is Dim Sum Sam that you can walk to. If you want Chinese lunch or dinner, there is Dongbei Restaurant & Bar that is just down 36st toward 9th Ave. It serves Chinese Northeastern fare and the food is truly superb. The only thing we had trouble with was hanging the towels in the bathroom. The hanging hook really did not work well at all. I would like their manager to see this message and make some changes to the hanging hooks in the bathroom. Because our towel constantly fell to the ground we had to get fresh towels everyday. That was not only a hassle but just a waste. I bet the hotel would need to wash far fewer towels if it just fixes the hanging hooks in the bathroom.

Rooftop bar needs more variety of food options

I would stay here again.

This hotel is great inside. It’s a great location as well. My room with the Empire State view was excellent. Shower was hot and the pressure was excellent! Cookies they give you are delicious. I would give this place five-stars. The only reason i don’t is because of the outside of the hotel. It is absolutely horrendous. As soon as you walk out the doors, there are crackheads, vagrants, sickly people, and unfortunately mentally challenged people. There are several benches right outside the hotel, and these people occupy them and the area right in front. It’s awful to come out to this and to come into the hotel to this. I guess what can they do, but I don’t know. They gotta do something. There was a big security guard out there, and I think there was one guard at all times. But it’s just bad. If you can deal with this, then most definitely stay at this hotel.

Great location, near Penn Station and Time Square. We included breakfast and it was great, it's buffet as Tyler with lots to choose from. Don't miss the roof top bar.
-
We had a lovely view which included the Empire State Building. Staff was kind and responsive. Rooftop restaurant view is amazing!
-
I dint have time to enjoy the rooftop! 😢
-
Rooms tiny, couldn't even open my suitcase on the floor as zero space, also no natural light as the 2 different rooms I had looked on to another building so was generally just dark all the time and hardly any light in the room, aircon didn't work great. Overall wouldn't stay again.

Great location and well maintained with courteous staff.

Clean Ruben staff was nice
