But the thing that made our stay FANTASTIC the staff Visiting from the UK they recommended areas restaurants and bars which suited our needs and maximised our stay in New York In reception they changed our room on request and gave us lots of helpful tips about transport and areas Great service in the bar every night had a great breakfast on our last day and enjoyed the burgers and cocktails in the evening when we would nip in for a nightcap

Great stay! Location was excellent. Staff was professional. Two complaints: 1) A front desk associate gave us directions to a liquor store that was about a 15 minute walk yet we later saw there were other liquor stores much closer. 2) Sliding door to bathroom did not close all the way so there was street lights shining through the gap at night.

I have to say the friendliness and willingness to address your needs were second to none. From the doormen/concierge (special shout outs to Kenny and Jose) to the entire staff at the front desk, as well as the maintenance staff this hotel is definitely one of the best. We had 3 adults with a lot of luggage and needed to go to JFK after checkout. They handled everything seamlessly providing private transport directly to our terminal. I highly recommend it. The room was spotless and the beds very comfortable. My only problem was an intermittent buzzing sound coming from some panel in the wall that the maintenance man said was part of the ac system. It wasn't really loud but it was enough to keep me awake several times. I don't know if this is a problem in all the rooms or was just an issue with mine. It is something I would definitely inquire about before checking in again.

This is my first time staying at this location. I usually prefer another hotel chain. No complaints, solid choice. Customer service is the main reason why I’ll be returning in a couple of weeks.

We celebrated our 24th anniversary and Jessica was wonderful providing us with a bottle of champagne and a room upgrade! It was a very nice gesture that made our experience even better! We loved our stay and a friendly staff and close proximity to everything! Would definitely stay again!

The room was nicely updated and well maintained and clean. The breakfast at Burgerology was very good. And the staff was extremely courteous, helpful and went out of their way to make sure all was good.

The restaurant is excellent. Excellent staff , clean and great food. It's worth the price of the meal. It was expensive . Wish it offered a free breakfast for the price.

Had a great stay in NYC

For being in mid-town Manhattan it is surprisingly quiet.

Clean room, staff not so friendly. Easy walk to the Hyrox event we were in town for.

Loved our stay here! Great location and decent walking distance to see NYC.
