Fantastic service all around!

I really liked the location of the hotel it was close to everything and easy to get to the subway.

The room was smaller than expected. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bar, very nice; the food (dinner) was good but breakfast not so good..disappointing due to breakfast was not included during our 3 nights so $75 for breakfast that we didn’t enjoy was unsatisfactory. The hotel is in the best location, walking distance to sooo much. Times Square is breathtaking! Overall enjoyed our birthday trip to NY.

I found out there were only 1 ice machine for whole building and it was broken. That was very annoying for me.

The room I got was bigger than others in NY standards (prepared for persons using wheelchair). Liked it a lot. I had an inconvenience with the fridge and couldn't put my water bottle to cool, and when I mentioned it I was immediately handed a fresh bottle. The lobby was small and not attractive -- basically a corridor.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel was built in 2017 and well maintained. The rooms were nicely decorated, clean, and surprisingly quiet. The bathrooms were spacious which we loved! The service and staff were excellent!

Good location but our room had the lift tunnel in the room and no alternatives were available other than a 2nd floor room in NYC which is not a good idea. Staff were generally friendly.

TLDR: would recommend! we appreciated that the hotel is on a quieter street but within walking distance to times square, MSG, penn station and hudson yards. staff were very helpful with luggage storage and arranging a car to LGA. they wished us a great day when we left and greeted us when we returned. ice machine was not working and bathroom showed some wear but the hotel/room was clean and smelled amazing!
