Great location

Solid stay. Small but comfortable room. The robe was lovely and toiletries smelled nice! The lobby is pretty but very small. That wasn’t a problem for us, but I was surprised.

The staff (especially Necey) was kind, helpful, and eager to assist us whenever we needed. The room was always well kept and everything was just so nice. The refillable water bottles were a big plus especially after nights of being out on the town. I'd definlitely stay again.

Welcoming hotel, clean room and great location, very sweet receptionist.

The room was very clean and modern, but very small. I knew that, however when I booked the room. For a stay of one or two nights it’s fine but for a longer stay it can be challenging for 2 people. I was disappointed that we couldn’t check in earlier being that we had plans during the day which ended around 2:30 and check-in was 4 PM. Plus it was about 100° the day of our check-in so we got to the hotel early but their lobby is tiny so it was pretty uncomfortable with almost nowhere to sit until check-in. I realize check-in was at 4 but most places I’ve traveled to typically allow early check-in even if it’s a half hour early. Not the case here. They don’t have any amenities. They do have a water and seltzer machine in the lobby, which is nice though. The location was great. About a 10 minute walk to Times Square in a 10 minute walk to Hudson yards the other direction. So for a short stay if you want to be close to Times Square, Hudson yards, Madison Square Garden, etc. I highly recommend. However, don’t plan on checking in early!

Smallest room I have ever stayed in! Bed was fine but the room was claustrophobic. Could hardly get around to bed.
-
Unique place to stay in New York, very close to most of the things you like to go as a tourist it’s very clean and staff are very professional

Staypineapple was a wonderful surprise! The staff was very helpful. The duel colored husky was an amazing coincidence. We have a black/gray husky with duel eye colors. Dash went home with us - thanks.

I loved the location - close to subway station, Theater district and other major attractions. Close to hundreds of low-to-high end eating places. Plus, the hotel's sugar cookies in the shape of a pineapple, a souvenir water bottle and evening cold soft drinks hit the spot during a hot NYC summer day of touring. The beds are amazing! Big, comfy and huge comforters. Great for lounging when you want to relax. Also, Stay Pineapple is a small hotel, and easy to navigate. My room was located in a corner hallway, and took two locked doors to enter. I felt very safe. Definitely returning!

Rooms are very compact but the bed was comfy and we slept great! Friendly staff!

Have stays in a sister hotel in Boston several times. The rooms were postage stamp size. Difficulty moving around the room. The lack of a restaurant for a late night option and a morning breakfast is a game changer for us. Cute but just too small and lacking options for food and drink. Got the theme but too many negatives with so many other cute hotels immediately available
-
It was close to everything, but on a quiet street so we weren't kept up by noise and bright lights. Nothing!
-
Clean and well taken care of property. Close walking distance to many sights. Would stay again.

Loved it.

The beds are absolutely amazing !!! The room is little small but hey, its NEW YORK . and the price is great for what it is!

Clean facility, good neighborhood

The room was cramped in size, crowded and dominated by a kingsize bed that was saggy and overly soft, with two folded up comforters on a non fitted bottom sheet. No way to "adjust" the thickness of the sheet/comforter unit so all night you'll be alternatively too hot and sweaty or too cold by kicking the comforter off. The shower stall leaked badly only the floor making it treacherously slippery. Very little shelf room in the tiny bathroom space. This "boutique" hotel was a lot more "ique" than boutique.
