It was a cute boutique close to the train station and MSG, very convenient for the purpose of our trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even offered to let us borrow one of their Staypineapple umbrellas for the downpour. The room was a bit tight but still great amenities were provided. I’d definitely consider staying here again!

We have stayed at Staypineapple for multiple times already and this week it was a great stay as well. The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy and the beds sleep amazingly well! Quiet rooms too!! The location is easy to reach. Only 2 blocks from Penn station and close to the iconic Madison Square Garden. Times Square is easy to reach on foot, but the hotel still is in a bit more quiet part of the street. With the subway nearby you can easily reach all the tourist attractions. Good food is also in the neighborhood. We usual travel with other friends and book the fashionista connecting rooms. The rooms themselves aren’t the biggest in the hotel, but the best price for 2 separate rooms in the city. Our favorite place to stay in NYC!!!

The rooms are tiny. A king bed fills the room up. There is no desk and the bathroom has nowhere to unpack your stuff.

Room was clean and the location is convenient but we had a terrible experience staying here. - Our room was not ready on time - Key card didn’t work the first time using it - If your room is on the low floor and facing the street, you will hear everything at night. All types of trucks will constantly come at 11pm through 2am. Good luck sleeping at night - The cleaning staff would have loud conversation in the hall in the morning to make sure you are awake early. The staff storage rooms are next to our room so you can basically hear the sound of door opening and closing constantly
-
The rooms were very tiny, you couldn’t even walk around the side of the bed however, the hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and if we were just staying for one night again, we would consider staying there.
-
The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Those are the two main positives. The rooms are tiny and dark. Overall, it felt pretty unpleasant to stay there. The area around the hotel is chaotic, noisy, and dirty. Even within midtown, there are quieter and more pleasant neighborhoods. Also, we were not able to check in until 15 mins past the check-in time (which was 4pm!),

Staff was so friendly and accommodating! Nice hotel!

It’s always a pleasure to stay here. The rooms are small (normal for NYC), but the beds are always so comfortable and clean. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. The location is super convenient with many restaurants and activities close by.

We loved our stay! The staff was so nice and accommodating. Our bed was comfy and we loved the coffee maker. My only complaint was the size of the room, but that's to be expected in NYC. We would definitely stay there again. Easy access to everything. Safe, quiet. Lovely view from our room. It was adorable.

Our day was incredible. The location was terrific and the people who worked there are so nice. The room was clean and also very cute. Loved all of the pineapple themed items. The hotel is small, only four rooms per floor, which makes it feel like such an intimate day I really enjoyed the stay while we were seeing Harry Styles and Wicked!
-
Great location but there were basically no extra amenities. I know NYC hotels are small but there was basically no lobby or place to hang other than your room which is a bed with 12 inches on each side and a bathroom. Again, it's NYC so I get it, but for the price we paid there were other hotels similarly priced with much better amenities.

Great value, super central, right next to Times Square, yet so quiet! Everything was cleaned daily and the bed and sheets were super comfortable. The room is spacious.

Rooms are small but beds are the comfiest in the world. Floor was also a tad sticky from the mop cleaning fluid but nothing I couldn’t get over.
