Great location and friendly staff
-
Enjoyed staying here as we had a show at the Javits center and enjoyed the rooftop!!
-
We had a room with a walk out balcony/sitting area. All it had for furnishings was one small table and two chairs with no arm rests. The ground was a mix of gravel and weeds with a few spaced square stones/pavers. These were not flush with the ground and were not level. My wife tripped on them and wrenched her hip and knee in doing so. Clearly lacking for a room with a premium price, based mostly on said outdoor area. The room itself was fine, bed nice, and breakfast ok but nothing special.

Great stay

The hotel was clean was very friendly staff. The breakfast was just okay, though. The food was not hot.
-
Really nice rooms and staff was incredibly attentive. Breakfast was tasty as well!

The staff was the best part of this stay. We needed room for 5 and the only room available was a handicapped accessible shower room which was completely inconvenient for 5 people for 3 days. Just be aware, the entire bathroom will be soaked from the water since it isn’t a normal shower. It also was pretty noisy at night in the hallway and guest rooms, we were awakened at all hours of the night. Lastly, the bedding were like old scraps. Do better, Hilton. Not a bad price overall though.

JL and his staff were excellent. We received extraordinary service from Jorge at breakfast and Francisco from maintenance was very helpful as well. We will stay here again and enjoyed the view from the roof when we went up on Friday night.

Traveling with my wife and seven-year old grandson, we appreciated the option of having a sleeper loveseat to accommodate him. Breakfast was great, offering variety each day and a commendable selection of items, even for vegetarians. Our room was not available immediately at the appointed check-in time, but it was ready 15 minutes later. The hotel offered nice late afternoon/early evening social amenities, like a Wednesday ice cream social, but these events were not sufficiently advertised. We only saw the ice cream social because we were departing the hotel for dinner and thus missed out on the opportunity. Had we known, we might have built our plans around it! The hotel staff arranged for convenient limo service to and from La Guardia Airport (~$100, including tip), which helped while traveling in a group with a youngster. The location was almost equidistant from Times Square and Penn Station/Madison Square Garden, close enough to the action, but exceptionally quiet.

clean rooms and friendly staff
-
Nice clean room, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, in room kitchen is good (without dish washing liquid). Good experience in several days staying. Close to subway station, easy accessible.
-
It was a wonderful place to stay. I would stay here again for sure.
-
Our room was plenty spacious for a NYC hotel room! The high ceilings helped a lot! The bathroom was small, but had plenty of hooks to hang things, which helped a lot! Everything was clean and sanitary in the room as well as in the public spaces. I will definitely be returning!
-
Room was great! Staff were super helpful. The hotel was able to hold on to our luggage even after check out, which made traveling around NYC easier.
-
Breakfast was great, it was all good at this hotel, we will stay there again.

We were greeted by Kasee who was so welcoming and answered all our questions. She gave us great tips for the city! The beds were so comfortable. We slept amazingly. The sheets were super soft and the pillows were amazing. There was so much variety for breakfast - eggs, waffles, potatoes wedges, fruit, yogurt, bagels and so much more. The coffee was also very good! We definetly will be back. We felt at home and very comforted by our stay here. The rooms are very spacious for NYC. The hot showers were absolutely fabulous after a long day in NYC. We came for a broadway show matinee and Bon Jovi at MSG. This was very short distance to MSG. Overall I definetly would return here and recommend this place to everyone!

Breakfast was excellent! Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean.

My 13 year old slept on the pull out and was very comfortable. The blanket and sheets were comfortable but only had 1 pillow in the bedding kit (hence the extra). The elevators were quick and key card secure. We will definitely go back as it is 3 streets up from the Amtrak and Penn train station and Madison Square Garden. There is even a designated Uber drop/pick up across the street at the Marriott. The roof terrace was pleasant and made for a nice spot to sit in the evening air after we attended a concert.

Great experience! Rooms are huge with many amenities and breakfast was great!
