Homewood Suites New York/Midtown Manhattan Times Square

The room was clean. Staff is friendly and kind. Breakfasts rotates so you won’t eat the same thing everyday. The location was decently close to the shows we wanted to see. The best part is the stove, sink and full size refrigerator.

We absolutely loved and appreciated the staff!! I’ve come several times to NY and THIS stay was the best. We had 5 adults and room was perfect clean and cold. We also took advantage of the roof top it was great views and picture moments. Shout out to Treymax and Kacee!! Loves the good vibes I hope you read how special you made us feel and taken care of.

For us its close to Dr. Office. MSG. And Friedmans. Gf restaurant. Easily walk to time Square, cornells hospital not far either. Short cab ride away as well. Great breakfast. Staff is always awesome. Only thing at this visit our Dr appointment was earlier then normal. And Breakfast didnt start to 7. But they did have coffee. But that's minor

I also had issues when checking out. The two front desk ladies were gossiping and making racial comments about other guests. I had to yell to get their attention. The hotel was nice and clean but the customer service, especially the woman at the front desk were horrible!!!

A great place for our group of 8 to stay. Convenient to transit. Nice to have breakfast.

Clean, Spacious & Great Location! We stayed at Homewood Suites Aug 23–25 and honestly, if you’re looking for a clean place to sleep, work and have a great location without needing all the extra frills, this is your spot! Check-in was quick and easy and our room was actually ready early, which was amazing because we didn’t have to leave our luggage downstairs and come back later. They do have luggage storage though, so if you arrive early you can leave your bags until your room is ready. Our room was perfectly clean with two queen beds, a kitchenette and a desk. For a New York hotel, it was actually really spacious! There were 3 of us and we were very comfortable — I think even 4 people would be totally fine. It was also pretty quiet, which is always a bonus in New York. We really had no issues at all during our stay. Nothing overly fancy, just clean, comfortable, spacious and in a great location — exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is central in Manhattan so easy to access other neighborhoods via cab, bus, train or walking as well as easily accessing other boroughs. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Shane and Gigi. A little snack corner off of the registration desk meant i could fill a late night urge for ice cream without having to run out. There is a fitness facility and a rooftop deck where one can sit and watch the sunset which i did. Breakfast was included with many options including hot prepared foods, cereals and fresh fruit and the ability to eat outside in the courtyard as well as indoors. Everything was clean. The room looked out onto the courtyard so it got very little external light and the interior lighting was adequate but minimal so it was slightly dim.
