I had a wonderful stay here. Staff were really friendly upon our arrival and throughout our stay. I was impressed with our room and the cleanliness and space for a family of five. I would absolutely return here for my future stays in New York.

I found it very comfortable, and the staff was super attentive and polite. There were plenty of options at breakfast, and the ability to store luggage both before check-in and after check-out was a huge help; I recommend it and plan to return.

Our room was nicely equipped with a kitchenette. Pullout sofa bed was convenient but room lacked a dining table and chairs. Gym was also well equipped. Breakfast buffet was crowded but having outdoor seating in the courtyard helped. Check-in and checkout process was smooth. Staff overall friendly. Would consider staying here again. Bryant park, public library and MSG all within walking distance.

While convenient, the hotel is located in an area where there are a lot of people loitering outside at night and it made my kids feel insafe. The walls were paper thin, and you could hear actual conversations of people next door. Finally, the hotel does not have enough elevators to service all of the floors and it was difficult to get up and down from our room. The rooms were spacious and had good AC and the staff was helpful.
