The staff was amazing, the room was clean, safe, quiet, and comfortable. I'm excited to stay here again next time I travel for work. It was perfect. The location, for me, was close to the train and my work, so everything I wanted.

This is actually a pretty nice hotel. It's clean, the staff are nice and helpful and it made my trip to NYC pretty nice. Id never been to New York before, I've heard nothing but horrible things and I still chose to go and the hotel is the first place I went to right of the train and thankfully they turned my sour expectations on its head.

Loved the location!

The shower drain did not work which caused the water to build up. Called front desk for maintenance.

Location of the hotel was great - very close to Penn Station which was super convenient for my plans in the city. The staff was also very friendly and attentive. I injured my knee right after arriving in NYC and even though I didn't say anything the staff noticed me limping and assigned me to an accessible room that was right by the ice machine which ended up being a great bonus for me.

The staff was helpful and accommodating. We had a great stay.

Carpet could instead be hardwood floor. Comfortable bed. Slept very well. Would be nice to have a handheld shower head. Pleasant and helpful staff. Vagrant on street further up spoilt the experience slightly.
-
Awesome staff. Was able to do earlier check in since my flight got in early. Super appreciated front desk asistent manager with her support.

We had a request for bathroom but was told a few times over the phone it wasn’t available. When we got there the person says it was available. We then went up to check out our room to only find out there was a bathtub. When back to front desk to check again and she said she’s checking with the manager and to come back. When we went back we were told again that the room with bathtub was not available. A lot of miscommunication. Asked for towels at night and never received them to only go back in the morning at front desk to remind them of the towels. The parking was terrible - don’t think I received the discount that was agreed upon with them. They also caused damaged to our. There’s was a hit to our bumper and no one is taking accountability. We only parked at ipark cause the hotel recommended it. I’m a frequent visitor to NY and this has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with both hotel and parking. I will not be recommending this to anyone. Extremely disappointed.
