nice hotel perfect fit for what I needed

Very helpful staff. Booked us a cab for our return to airport and helped us navigate the city. Breakfast was tasty as well!

We had a good two-night stay at this hotel. The room was well-kept, and the bathroom, which we believe was recently renovated, was cleaned. Considering the price and its convenient location, we had a great experience. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful.

Room was very clean, staff friendly, buffet breakfast very tasty.

Staff is very courtesy.

Good place to stay in mid town!

Front counter staff upon checking in forgot to give me my Breakfast voucher following day after eating my cold break Breakfast I'll address this afterwards) restaurant staff handing me a bill i said breakfast was part of my stay, she then proceeded to tell me go over to the front desk and ask for your voucher they were supposed to give it to you at check in. upon asking the front desk staff (I did not get her name) she pretty much called me a liar saying that you received it at checking I replied i did not receive any vouchers. Instead of confirming if my statement was true, she basically called me a liar saying yes i did. After asking her if she was calling me a liar she walked over to the other side of the checking counter and opened a drawer then asked me my room number i gave her my room number low en behold she was holding my vouchers with my name printed on them in her hand do you think she would apologize no she doubled down saying i should of asked for them before eating my Breakfast. Breakfast was a completely different Cluster F No food in the Buffet staff was pushing menu ordering that was not included in the Hotel stay. After waiting a half hour or so they finally started putting food in the buffet line only problem with that a lot of people were still waiting. staff although friendly was Totally unprepared and lacked experience. The cleaning staff was amazing, friendly helpful rooms were spotless.

Great staff, location is perfect!

Due to our flight we had a late check-in after midnight but the staff made it a smooth process. It was quick and our room was very clean and welcoming. We loved the our stay and will definitely stay again.

Andres and Rosann was Great they went out of their way to make our stay so much better. The housekeeper Joshua was fantastic. These three individual made a rotten stay so much better. They was very helpful. They show compassion and they helped us in every way that they was able to do so. When you’re experiencing something bad and you have someone that shows compassion show that they care it really helps and make things better it made the situation so much better than what it started out to be. I appreciate these three individual and if you stay at this hotel, I hope you’ll be lucky enough to get to know these individuals because they really do care about us as customers.

Overall not bad

Parking next to them high $50 24 hours but the catch there no in out so if u leave u have to pay anther $50
