I went to this hotel as a solo traveller and i felt so safe and relaxed here. Great location very close to Times Square and penn station if you want to take the subway. Very safe, clean, and beautiful. I stayed on the 23rd floor and it was really nice it has a big window and great views, and a 7/11 as well near by for any snacks you need. I loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again one day :) made my New York experience so much better.

Property on the newer side, elevators were fast! Clean, spacious bedroom & bath. Warm, helpful staff. Had a refill water station in bodega section of the lobby. We’ll be back for the cocktail lounge too!

The room was great. They didn’t have the specific upgrade I requested available, so they made the proper refund. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Great proximity to MSG!

Room was a little small but not too cramped. It took about 25 minutes for my friend's room to be prepared, apparently their was a problem with the one she booked and she had to wait for another one to be made ready. Not the hotel's fault, but the combined bar / restaurant had some sort of mixer event going on while we were eating dinner and the loud racket from so many conversations was nearly deafening. The meal itself was excellent, and the staff were all very helpful. Location is a plus.

It's a great location. Clean and convenient. Everything wonderful except that our air conditioning unit was very loud. Luckily they send maintenance to fix it. It was quite after but still loud enough to be annoying. Other than that, great bang for your buck. Nice size room by New York standards.
