Hilton Garden Inn New York Times Square South

I liked the location. Everything was clean. They let us check in early with no additional fee.

Location was great . Close to all activities that we wanted to do and see. Highly recommend

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The location was great (it was my first time in nyc so I felt it was centrally located to a lot of things I wanted to see). I’d gladly stay here again.

Very good staff in the front desk

Very friendly and helpful staff, which made for a great stay. The bed was pretty uncomfortable, but other than that, it was lovely.

A special thank you to *Maria at the front desk*, who went above and beyond to make our arrival and stay comfortable. We arrived quite early, well before check-in time, and Maria kindly allowed us to use an area where we could freshen up while the hotel held our luggage for us. As we were heading out to start our day, she actually flagged us down to give us our room key and let us know that we could go directly to our room when we returned. She also assured us that our luggage would be brought up to the room. That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail really stood out. The next day, Maria recommended a wonderful local diner just a 5–7 minute walk from the hotel. We took her recommendation, and it was a great choice—the food and service were both excellent! Throughout our entire stay, everyone we encountered was polite, friendly, and accommodating. Maria arranged a car service for us to go to the airport a couple of days in advance. The car was very clean, and the driver was courteous and careful. He got us to the airport with plenty of time, making our departure stress-free. Thank you to Maria and the entire hotel staff for making our NYC visit so pleasant. It’s the little things and the staff's genuine kindness that make a stay memorable. We truly appreciated everything and would be happy to stay here again.

Clean room, early check in, staff was fabulous, breakfast was delicious, air conditioning was loud.

Fourth time staying here. Always a good experience. Super convenient to Penn Station and MSG. Rooms are always clean. Highly recommend for any stay in Midtown Manhattan.

Really nice and clean

The staff was helpful! I just wish maybe identifying the HILTON Garden Inn little more differently or clearer as there were several Hilton Hotels within a few miles from each one. I walk to the other Hilton after the address showed up on my phone then another address popped still not Garden Inn! It was late at night and I was exhausted….i called and thankfully the staff helped me and told me there are several Hiltons within a few miles of each other.

There was an event in the bar downstairs 2 nights during our stay. One night It was blasting throughout the hotel till 3am. We could not sleep. I brought it to the staff and they said they were aware. Didn’t get the manager like I requested. Just seems that they didn’t really care.

All areas were clean and in good shape

Friendly staff, room was clean, check in and out was super easy and they were able to hold our bags after checkout until our train home
