We had a spacious king room that was comfortable and clean. It is a busy hotel and you can encounter the usual elevators’ traffic but we have had this issue in every hotel in Manhattan, so no big deal. The front desk staff, guest services and breakfast staff was very nice. Speaking of breakfast, it has a great variety and we were very pleased even if it is a busy area we never had to wait for a table even in rush hour morning. The location is perfect to be close to Times Square but not right on it which is very chaotic. Penn station is around the corner which connects you everywhere. It is also relatively close by taxi or uber if you are taking a cruise from Pier 88. It is on a busy street with traffic but you can’t hear anything from the room. Not really an issue.

Location, breakfast, and staff were great Elevators were sometimes backed up alot. Also, there was a weird "mechanical" noise coming from just outside our room on and off throughout the day and night. Fortunately, it wasn't too loud/disruptive. (Otherwise, the room was very quiet)

Room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was pretty close to a lot of attractions. It was also close to good bagel places and the pizza place on the corner was good and had amazing Italian Ice. The hotel needs more than two elevators for how many people are staying there.

Great location, breakfast in the morning (and could refill water bottles), friendly at check in and check out, happy hour with some entertainment on some nights, didn’t hear any city noise (floor 15) The elevator took forever

Love the location and places around it. The room was clean and breakfast has great options. We were by an electrical room there was a consistent banging our whole trip. Pillows were uncomfortable. Staff were okay - the lady who checked us in was wonderful but everyone else we encountered were okay.

It was very central for us. Room quite small for the price. Hardly space for a second suitcase! Breakfast was very busy and would have enjoyed more fresh fruit.
