staff was nice, room was clean..food they serve for breakfast however was bad. needs improvement

The location of this hotel if perfect and close to everything staff very helpful however the lady on shuttle rides was very rude unfortunately

Really nice hotel in a great location with friendly staff, good sized rooms and a decent breakfast.

Centrally located, the hotel is clean and basic. Very small lobby bar area. Rooms are as expected. Breakfast is added bonus.

Breakfast is definitely what is outstanding about this hotel. The food was good plentiful had everything and was served until late. The hotel is very nice, very modern rooms, only negative is the size but I think that is typical of NY. Very busy we couldn’t check in early but the staff was very accommodating

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The facilities were well maintained and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful each morning. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is very good for exploring the city.

Wish they had more elevators since it does take awhile to go up and down due to the amount of people. But besides that it’s a 10/10 hotel and I’d stay again!

Staff was great, easy to check out, and pick up our luggage at 5pm after our show. Free wine and beer at Happy Hour, and a very generous free breakfast. Hotel was full, and so was breakfast, a bit hard to grab a table and navigate the traffic. Room was typical NYC small, but the bed was comfortable, the TV was big, and it was immaculately clean. Don't consider $300 a bargain for a hotel, but in Manhattan for what we got, it was well worth the money. Highly recommend!

Breakfast crowded and not that great. Thought it was expensive for what was received. We later stayed at a Hyatt down the street which was nicer and same price.

05 minutes walking to Subway. There are four elevators. Two elevators to levels 1-14 and two elevators to level 15-30; In a busy hours like breakfast time it is almost impossible to get the elevator if you stay in the middles levels. More than two days we had to downstairs. My father 70 years old had to wait a long time to get the elevators every day.
