Location Walking distance to Times Square Extremely Slow Check-In: You had to wait in a long line for 2 hours just to get checked in and get your room. Broken Refrigerator: Your room's mini-fridge was not working, which put your food at risk of spoiling. Terrible Maintenance Timing: When you reported the broken fridge , they pushed it off to the next day. Maintenance didn't show up until 11:00 AM—right as you were preparing to check out—by which time your food had already gone bad. Slow Elevators: Long, painful wait times to get up or down.

Location is very convenient to Penn Station & MSG. A few blocks from Macy’s & lots of restaurants nearby on 8th & 9th Ave. Room was small but well equipped with frig & microwave. Elevator were slow.

It was close to metro. Bed sheets were dirty and we asked for new ones. AC does a very bothering noise all the time, at night it was very loud and annoying. Breakfast was sad, everyday the same food and quality is really cheap. Staff wasn’t that nice.

Efficient check in by friendly staff. A good complimentary breakfast to start the day. They also have free beer and wind for Bonvoy members from 4-5pm!

Location was great, staff were good Housekeeping happened late in the evening and forget to refill toiletries. Lifts were hard to ride at times. Quadruple room were a bit too tight.

The property is very accessible to venues, nearer to subways. Nothing much. The breakfast can be improved

Every Staff member was such help and the bartender kevin was definitely a vibe and very sweet to us!!

Lovely and helpful staff at the front desk. -Lazy and rude bell boys. The one who helped me bring my luggage upstairs the first day was great however the ones I dealt with the days after were unprofessional. (Chewing gum loudly and watching their phones across the room from their workplace while I stood there waiting. Most of them were moving like snails.) - the door of the shower didn’t have a handle on the inside, only one on the outside, so it’s impossible to fully close the shower door when you’re in the shower. - the staff at the airport shuttle desk was quite rude as well. I arrived for my 7pm shuttle at 7:02 and they were upset. They called me at 6:45 asking where I was with the attitude of a mother angry at her child for breaking curfew. At a hotel with less stars I would not have cared but at a 4 star hotel the quality of service is not up to par with other 4 star hotels I have stayed at.

Plenty of choices for breakfast, staff were friendly and accommodating and room was clean.

Front desk staff very friendly; easy to check in and out; enjoyed free breakfast. I don't like the fact that you do not pay your employees a living wage and then ask your guests to tip the room staff. While there aren't financial statistics available for Fairfield Inn, your parent company, Marriott, recorded $26.19 billion in total revenue for the full year of 2025, which was an increase from $25.1 billion in 2024. With those earnings, you can afford to pay your employees a living wage. Shameful!

Fantastic location, friendly staff, amenities were great. The room is very small. But that is to be expected in Manhattan.

The alarm going off in the middle of the night. Walking down 15 flights of stairs only to be told that everything is ok to return to my room up 15 flights
