Room so not clean there was so many food flies air condition, not working

The stay was for one day but it was nice. The room was clean the beds were clean. And the front counter girl was very friendly . I thank her because she was the first person in the entire day that has smile and be friendly to us in New York. So thank you she made us feel comfortable like home. We will be staying there again and again every time we visit New York. 😊

This hotel actually exceeded my expectations in every way! Besides being under construction the room was very spacious and clean!

I probably wouldn’t stay here again. It wasn’t terrible but for the price there are other better options

In a rather sus area but in daytime no problem. Outside doesn't look the greatest but inside was better..very local feel. Prime location to many of the places we wanted to walk to. We got a free upgrade to family room which was nice. The beds were comfortable but the room overall had this somewhay grubby and worn out feel. The rooms were spacious but the fridge was not really functional as the door would not close all the way. The shower water temperature was spotty..at one point it felt like burning hot and another time it was fine. The shower toiletries whike a good brand (Beekman)..were tiny for a family of 5 and the conditioner didn't come out at all from the tiny bottle. We went downstaris to ask for more and told someone would do it bit it never happened so when we came back from our outing had to ask again for it. We did not get the breakfast for $20 per person cuz $$$. Would we rebook if visiting there? Maybe not but still it wasn't horrible or bad for what we had paid for.

But, nice place to stay... Not too far from MSG and Time Square. A bit pricy, but can't complain. There is no parking. But, we can park in a parking lot across the hotel. They asked for $65US per day for my SUV.

Front of building smelled like urine and homeless people were hanging out Front.

Great location and value for the quality. The room was clean in general but needs some improvement in the bathroom specially on shower cleaning.

Truly an amazing experience. Staff was extremely accommodating and made our stay worthwhile. Definitely will be staying again in the future

While the room and beds were acceptable, the cleanliness of the floor was disappointing and the air conditioning unit was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep. Additionally, the mini-refrigerator was unusable due to severe ice buildup that prevented the door from closing. The hotel's atmosphere also fell short of expectations; the lobby was extremely cluttered with vending machines, an Uber kiosk, and piles of packages, making it look nothing like the photos. Most concerning was the unsecured luggage area, where guests are expected to store their own bags; I even witnessed a person mistakenly walk away with another guest's belongings.

The king sized bed had a queen duvet on it. So my husband and I had no more space than in our queen bed at home. The room was very quiet on the 5th floor.
