The lobby and elevators do not seem to match the rest of the hotel. The restaurant is open with limited separation, so it feels like you are walking into a fast food restaurant because of all of the advertising. We usually had to push multiple buttons to get an elevator called, and it was confusing. The luggage area isn’t closed, which seemed less secure, and gave a cluttered appearance. If you need a decent room, this place is ok, but know that many of the pictures don’t match the experience.

Theft from our room We would never again stay at a Windham hotel in our lifetime
-
Middle of construction, manager rude
-
Too hot I wasn’t comfortable I got stuck in the elevator nothing was done about it I asked for bump Bds & I didn’t see anyone for Bkf
-
The room was clean and the amenities were all provided. The staff I interacted with was very knowledgeable. I would book a stay there when in NYC again.
-
The room was decent sofa bed was squeaky n shower was either to hot or to cold very hard for kids to take shower. Location was very convenient so we didn’t care much as it was for one night for us

The hotel is in a great location. It is a little outdated but the location slightly outweighs that. The workout room was too warm and lacked any towels and wipes.
-
The room was clean and comfortable. For most of our stay, the TV didn’t work, which was frustrating during the World Cup. Also, the website listed laundry facilities and a business center, but those were not available. Overall, the location was good and the area was safe.

Family room was perfect for 4 lads in NYC for the World Cup

-
Could have been better They didn't even provide face towels.
-
Reasonable compared to everywhere else in the city
-
The shower entry in room 1407 was truly difficult and borderline dangerous

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant, but what really stood out was the outstanding customer service from the staff. My nephew accidentally dropped his tablet behind the bed’s headboard, and the maintenance team responded immediately. Although it took about 30 minutes to retrieve it and we had already checked out by then, the staff went above and beyond. They contacted me afterward and promptly mailed the tablet back to us. Thank you for making a stressful situation end on such a positive note!

Friendly staff and great location Nothing

It was a nice location for going to Times Square and easy to get on the subway but the room was just alright for what it was. The bathtub wasnt great. The water would stay in the tub during a shower. Also the shower curtain was dirty.

I like the value for what you're getting to be so close to times Square. I did not like the fact that the staff seemed oblivious to my stay. I checked in online, uploaded my ID. Paid for earlier check-in as well as late check out and upon arrival, which I thought would be a faster process since I did all these things online, I still had to wait for a room to become available. After the front desk staff also wanted my ID to make a copy of it. When I saw this, I decided to do my due diligence and ask about my late check out, which he then didn't see in the system, but then I had to wait for a manager to approve. Again, I'm aware that this may be a
