I went with my kids and it was great for the price and the location. The room was always clean when we got back, and there is police station close, so we felt safe even though there are some inconveniences on the street. We liked it.

The room was a pleasant surprise. We had 6 people to me and my husband escorting my 18 year old daughter and her 3 friends. I thought the room was going to have two double beds and a sofa bed but when we arrived it had two king beds and bunk beds. The room was so spacious to include the bathroom. I will definitely be making that the hotel of choice for my future bookings. The location was also perfect. Across from Penn station and Madison square garden. Walking distance to Times Square. I give it a 5 star rating.

this hotel had a very good area super close to time Square everything to touristy but just some clean issues that i noticed around the room like the beds are poorly made felt rushed the cleaning staff carts were just in the hallways constantly and i felt like overall this hotel could've done better.

Really great location, clean room, the air conditioning unit was right by the bed so a little loud during the night, turned it off and it wasnt that hot without it so worked out ok. We had a great stay, thank you!

The hotel was great, only complaint i have is I had to go all the way down stairs for a microwave.

All was good. The area is centrally located but busy. If you are okay with that then you will be fine here. I prefer somewhere more quiet. The rooms were small as all New York Rooms are. We had AC and hot water. The small refrigerator was helpful.
