Super location by Penn Station and Hudson Yards, lovely staff and great layout. Small hotel rooms like all of New York but we managed 3 plus a 7yo thanks to smart layout of room. Pro tourist tip/ walk 20 min west and take the 75min Staten Island ferry ride from Pier 83 past Statue of Liberty to Southport Station (Pier 16) near Brooklyn Bridge.

The outside is deceiving because of the scaffolding around the entrance. Once you enter the hotel, it is a very nice experience white staff and front desk. Staff are helpful and super friendly. Rooms are clean and quiet. Great location to all the highlights of NYC.

We loved our stay! The staff were great from the bartender to the front desk! They were great with accommodating my friends and I. Our room was always freshly cleaned after coming back from a long day out in the city. We are hoping to come back to this location in our future visits!

This is our 4th time staying here, and love the convenient location to MSG, Time square, shopping and attractions. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the staff is always friendly. Will stay there again next time.

We went to NYC for the Harry Styles concert. It was the perfect location for the price. It was a quick 7 minute walk to the entrance of MSG. The room was clean and the food at the restaurant was also good. Would stay there again if attending a future event at MSG.

The property was very clean and the staff was helpful! The rooms are on the smaller side for a family of 4 in one room but the cleanliness definitely helped!

AC unit was noisy

The property was within walking distance of Madison Square Garden, which was the purpose of my trip. I also liked how the hotel had a theme involving fitness. Every member of the staff I encountered were pleasant & helpful. I would have preferred to have more tea available in my room since I am not a coffee drinker. However, upon request, I was easily provided with a supply to last my stay.
