Everything was great. I just didn’t like the construction beeping outside all night
-
Very nice place but so many unexpected fees added after I thought I had paid for the hotel upon booking, I was charged an additional $750 which I do not understand
-
Good location by penn station. Several good restaurants nearby. Never made it to the hotel's restaurants

Excellent
-
Very small room. Other than that a pretty nice spot, very close to Penn station and msg which was very convenient for me in my stay. Will definitely look into it next time I’m in town.
-
Great place to stay very close to everything and affordable..

Stay was amazing. We were upgraded to suite free of charge. Amazing view of the city. Excellent excellent stay!

Hotel is a 3 star property overall- cleanliness is so-so . Elevators are fast. Rooms are OK but don’t seem updated- We got an upgraded bigger room and that really helped. It’s an older New York hotel that has character and staff is trying very hard to make it better.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The property was very nice and the perfect location for the concert at Madison Square Garden. Breakfast was very limited with the options that's included with your stay. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.

The room was clean and well-supplied. The staff was overwhelmingly friendly and accommodating. I had left my phone in a cab, and the doorman was my point guy for contacting the driver and ensuring he brought my phone back quickly. I was terrified at first, but he was so instrumental in resolving the issue. We also really loved the Tick Tock Diner and ate there three times. I will be sure to return for my next trip to NYC.

If you are going to a show at MSG you can’t beat this location. The only complaint I have is that the thermostat is locked and don’t cool room as much as I like
-
Great location. Took the Acela train there from Boston. Watched the Rush concert at Madison Square Garden.. nice rooms. Had a great experience
-
Bed too soft, very noisy
-
The staff was extremely friendly and polite. I arrived early, and Muhammad was beyond amazing in getting me checked in and gave me a room upgrade. The property is beautiful, and I highly recommend staying here.
-
Beautiful hotel! This was our 3rd stay and it's always wonderful! The staff is always very helpful. The rooms are clean. Madison Square Garden is just diagonally across the street, with plenty of wonderful restaurants to eat at before and after any show at the garden!
-
Lugar conveniente si vas a un concierto en el Madison Square Garden.
-
Great location across from MSG. Very friendly staff. The rooms on the higher floors are a little older, but the whole place has a very 1920s vibe, which is great.
-
The location was the best for our situation, but if you had more budget, I would not recommend here. The room was small, the bathroom was tiny, and old overall.
-
Perfect place to stay if you arrive at Penn station. Tick tok is a great place for breakfast food
-
great service. When we arrive the staff may have been a little overwhelmed so late at night but they handles it with grace.
