Perfect pick for a trip to NY. Walking distance to all the main attractions! Clean and comfortable.

Clean room, nice breakfast, friendly staff - highly recommend!

Room location was horrible (directly across from elevators) so heard everything (elevator itself and conversations by elevator passengers getting on/off on our floor) and even had random knocks on our room door at all hours of the night on almost every night that we stayed. Asked front desk about moving rooms and was told there was nothing available to move to by the girl at the front desk. Was also told that I couldn't pay for a snack item (candy bars) with cash ("I ain't taking no cash" were her exact words) which is ridiculous. Breakfast buffet was just ok. The scrambled eggs/meat choice was lukewarm at best during the three times we tried it over the course of our stay. Getting change/quarters for the laundry machine was a hassle and somewhat time consuming (changer in laundry room itself was not working). The only thing this location has going for it is the location itself.

Great location. Free breakfast.

Room was clean, the linens were fresh. The staff were friendly and kind enough to let us check in early since we arrived a couple of hours before check-in time. Only wished the room had a mini fridge for storing our water.
-
Perfect location if you come by train. Comfortable bed and roomy bath. Breakfast is good and room to eat there. Rooftop bar was too crowded for us to stay and enjoy our drink. Pretty expensive drink to sip in the room

I never received an invoice after asking since months.

Nice foyer and breakfast. The location to MSG and Penn station Rooftop bar and patio I had lost my Apple Watch and didn’t realize y til I got to the airport. I worked with the hotel and they did locate it and I was able to get them to send it back to me in Canada. Prompt attention to my situation No view from room when same had been requested. Ok room not fabulous but good

I loved the location, the city view from our room, and the front desk staff was amazing! They didn’t clean the room on the 3rd day and the breakfast was just ok. Other than that everything was fine. The room was clean and served its purpose.

As someone that was visiting New York, since being there 14 years ago, staying at Fairfield Midtown was the best decision. The location is perfect. The staff especially Carter was so great. Very easy going and accommodating. If I’m ever in NYC, I’ll definitely be staying there again.

Very nice place to stay with an awesome rooftop bar! Only a block away from Madison Square Garden perfect if you have tickets to an event. You can see the Empire State building from the sidewalk. If you want a room with a view, make sure you select City-view otherwise you might be looking at empty walls outside. Also, you have to ask for a refrigerator, but the staff brought it right up to us. The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially Daniel at the bag check-in!!
