Location The roll in shower had the soap, shampoo and conditioner fastened to wall. I am in a wheelchair, you cannot reach them while sitting on shower bench.

Location was great! Staff very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was ok, but free so can’t beat it. Room was spacious.

The location was amazing. It was across from Madison Square Garden. Easy access to Amtrak and subways. We had an early train in and a late train out. They held our luggage on both arrival, before check in, and departure day, after check out, so we didnt have to lug it around until our check in/train time. Clean place, friendly staff, and really good breakfast that was included with our stay. Beautiful roof top bar/lounge with pub style food. Everything was fantastic!!

The room was clean The public areas smelled, the furniture and overall building appeared a bit run down and not maintained and the breakfast was stale and tasteless

Convenient to Moynihan The check in was slow after a long international flight. But worse, I took a shower in the morning and the steam set off the smoke alarm in the room. I called the front desk several times without answer. When they did answer they said they would send someone. I was getting a headache so dressed quickly and checked out. When I did the front desk seemed very unconcerned that I had to put up with the noise for 45 minutes without resolution - “I called engineering”

This is the 3rd time we stay in this hotel. We like the location which is very convenient for us, the rooms are a decent size, the view is great on the higher floors and the stuff is nice and helpful. They used to have cold water served 24/7 in the lobby and not anymore. But other than that, everything was good.

Enjoyed the gem of a rooftop bar. Liked that they had a daily happy hour. Super convenient to everything, transport, & shopping.

2) Too many towels left in my room despite my requests. 3) Guest Laundry facility useful but expensive.

the location I didn't like the breakfast

I was charged the wrong rate even though I was repeatedly told by the frontdesk that my rate will be lower, both during check in and check out. The day after the checkout I was charged the full rate. The people at the front desk were terrible and refused to fix the error even though I informed them that the rate that they changed was not right.

Could have provided larger free water bottles. Breakfast was simple but ok.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well organized and delicious.
