Location is 10/10 right next to Penn Station and close to important landmarks. Medium size room but clean, older furniture but very well preserved. Personnel indiferrent, some even quite rude. Not up to the Marriott standards. No fridge in the rooms.

Excellent location to MSG/penn station. Rooms were a nice size and clean. Only negative is that the room was not ready at 4pm had to wait another half hour.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone that has a concert or an event. It’s reasonably priced and staff were super helpful. The only thing was in my room the ac didn’t work that great and left the carpet wet in front of it. I did bring it to the staffs attention and they were super accommodating and helpful.

Great place to stay, especially if you are going to Madison Square Garden.... Literally right across the street! Very clean and the free breakfast was great to have! Highly recommend!

Perfect location! Went to see Harry at MSG and this hotel is right across the street. Also right across the street from subway and train-which made it super easy to get to and from the airport. Close to lots of food places. We literally walked or took the subway right outside the hotel. Only down side was our view was a wall but I think we would have had to upgrade our room for a view. But it was fine for us because we were gone all day and only slept when in our room. And there is a rooftop bar if you want to see the view. Would definitely stay here again!

The location to MSG is perfect! If driving in yourself and parking at Dock parking, leaving is a breeze. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean. The beds and pillows weren’t comfortable.
