The kind staff, the generous breakfast, the overall comfort, the location. The crowded breakfast and the crowded elevator. I often used the stairs on the way down for breakfast.

Great stay close to Penn...

Nice, clean hotel in a very good location: Pennstation, Macys, nice grocery local delicatessen nearby(10mins walking) with excellent food choice :-) Good breakfast food variety as for american standards. Afternoon snacks, drinks are a nice complementary addition if you are around hotel at this hour. Bathroom will need some renovation shortly - at least in my room ;-)

location is good, close to Penn station. breakfast is relatively good, lots of options, but the same every day. staff was nice, took our luggage and called me around 2:30pm to tell me the room is ready (we got there at 9). gym was ok, weights, treadmills, not stinky, A/C works well. just a bummer it's stuck in -2 floor. but good gym. Overall good stay, not much better than a basic motel in a different state. expensive, but I guess NY everything is expensive. linens are soft. Room is very small. The sliding door to the bathroom was impossible to open/close. lots of outlets to charge your devices. Very dark any time of the day, the lights do nothing basically. the light next to my bed partially worked. elevators during AM rush hour are very full and slow (we were in 6th floor and kid didn't want to go down the stairs). not enough hooks in the bathroom to let towels dry. very inconvenient closet to put the cloths etc.

Lovely stay! The bed is really comfy and the space is not that small (expected size for a NYC hotel) The location is great, near our favorite dinner Tik Tok

Very helpful and nice staff. Worked well around our schedule and let us leave our bags at the building an hour extra while we got coffee. Pretty clean place, cheap soap and nothing too special in the room. The location is fantastic for the price. Easy walk to the train station and a decent breakfast that’s included in the stay. We were always grabbing some yogurt or bananas to go!!

The full breakfast is a great way to start the day. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The location was very good for subway transportation. No car - no problem! Didn’t get the room I booked. And they charge you the deposit and don’t give it back. Been hung up twice and Ignored in messages. Just unreal.

Really loved the place. 10 min walk to time square. Coffee cooler micro in roo.
