Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Breakfast staff worked hard to keep all food topped up. Very helpful Reception and hotel staff. Room was small. Difficult to open suitcases as there was no where to place them apart from the beds.

Staff were amazing and all went the extra mile to help. Amazing location Nothing.

I had a very pleasant stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott New York Manhattan/Times Square South. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and offered all the facilities I needed for a comfortable visit to New York. The staff were especially friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. I also appreciated the breakfast selection. It could get a little crowded during peak hours, but it was still a convenient and enjoyable way to start the day. The location is excellent: Penn Station is nearby, and it is easy to walk to Times Square, Edge, and many other Manhattan attractions. This made getting around the city very convenient. The only downside was the room size, which felt a bit limited. However, that is quite typical for New York City hotels and did not take away from the overall positive experience. I would happily stay here again.

Location is very good and the staff were very helpful. The room smelt of damp when we first entered and remained pretty much the same for our 6 night stay. Shower pressure on the 7th floor was very weak and poor - this was disappointing. Air Con did not work properly and the room was very warm at night.
