No real issues apart from the elevators taking forever. Would stay again.

Close to tube Maddison square garden and time square. Room small but clean and functional with free safe. Breakfast was made fresh but took a while to come. The street was a bit run down but looks like it’s being improved with nice bar across the road.

Our stay was pleasant and staff very nice, but the obligatory amenity fee of $25 per day was unexpected and frustrating.

Excellent lobby and dining areas. Great staff, bar, fitness room. The room was much smaller than expected. There are only two very small elevators for 26 floors which led to delays and cramped rides.

The hotel has a modern look. Location was good. It seemed safe. The rooms are not just tiny - so are the beds. They're comically small - they didn't even feel like full sized beds. And they're about 12 inches off the ground. One of our rooms had a luggage rack and a stool, the other didn't. Window washers were banging on our 16th story window at 7:55 AM. We were always waiting for elevators to arrive, and so were the staff, with big laundry baskets. All minor issues, but in general, just didn't feel very premium.
