Cons: one of their bartenders was rude, as well as the lady at the front desk that I talked to on the phone before staying here. Other than that, everyone else was nice.

Great hotel! Everyone was truly welcoming and everything was easy. The check in was quick, room was clean and well stocked(wish there was a fridge). Bartender was personable and made a good drink, the entire property was clean, there is a lounge area that is great to talk out of the main public area. Thanx

The location is great, staff is nice. We booked one room for 6 days for the four of us. I don’t know how can they sell this room for four persons, there were two double beds, but that s it. There was no drawer or wardrobe for any of our clothes, so we needed to keep our luggages open and jump over them in the room. i would definitely not recommend this size of rooms to offer for families. Other points: there was no cleaning done other than the bedsheets daily, except when they forgot about us. Wifi did not work in our room. There are two elevators in the whole building, so it takes 30 mins to get up or down.

Great hotel in a fantastic location! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and Times Square was just a short walk away. Perfect location for exploring New York City. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

King Room perfect for a couple, bathroom is a separate room with door= privacy, great location to MSG, near the ACE/Penn Station, resort fee included $10 off drink at the bar, luggage storage was great and easy to access

Me encanto este hotel, queda muy cerca de Time Square. El personal fue muy atento, los cuartos estaban muy limpios y cómodos. La mayoría habla español por si el ingles es algo que te preocupa.
