Excellent location. Front desk very helpfull and friendly. Would defninetly stay there again. Bed and pillows were excellent. Very clean rooms. The only downside was the wait for the elevators. We were on the 22 floor and sometimes we waited for almost for 10 minutes. But it was minor issue.

Position and polite service Cleaning can be better

Close to Penn Station Madison Square Gardens and Empire state The room my husband hooked was so small, definitely not two normal sized doubles so we had to book a second room for our adult so . There is no closet space at all or place for you to put luggage or clothes. Very cramped. Second bed right up against the air conditioning unit which blew cold air onto the person in that bed. Bed up against window which meant you had to climb onto it to open window or close curtains. Nowhere to hang anything at all. Shower door opens directly inder the shower head so you can’t turn on shower and then get in. Terrible design. Plastic toilet unacceptable when paying $500 a night for a room. The two lifts are in use constantly by staff with cleaning trolleys so guests have to wait ages for a lift. The foyer is dirty and crowded with luggage and people. We arrived at 3.50pm and told our room was not ready. We were called at 4.05pm and given our room key. Oh and each day the tv screen turned on and welcomed a completely different named guest which is a concern. We had to use tv for hanging!

Location excellent. A lovely, modern, clean hotel. Staff throughout from reception to bar to morning breakfast team were all super friends and helpful. At busy times the breakfast wait was long but we adjusted our timings on other days to avoid

Good location I’m giving a 1-star review because the hotel allows SCAMMERS to work inside. On our last stay, a concierge lady arranged airport transfer, telling us it would be a big private car going straight to JFK and to be at the hotel by 5pm. We received x5 calls pressuring us to return earlier or they would leave without us. We arrived in time, but the car had left, and she made us wait 20 minutes for another. She then revealed it was a shared shuttle, NOT the private car she had sold us. After I expressed my frustration, she assured me the shuttle would take us straight to JFK and fake-called someone to confirm this. I’m writing this at LaGuardia Airport. She lied AGAIN, and we are now running late for our flight at JFK. Deeply ashamed and astonished that a hotel like VOCO would allow this. I will not recommend this hotel until they learn to protect their customers from scammers.

The room had great views, although we where on the 22nd floor the lifts were fast and we did not have to wait long for them. It was cosy and had most things you needed. We did not have any noise issues at all. The bed was to small given this is the USA, we had just stayed in a Hilton hotel in Connecticut which seemed have a bed twice the width. The room was on the small size and if we had full size cases with us we would have struggled to get around them. The only thing missing was a kettle for making tea, however reception did have these on request and was delivered to the room.

Front Desk Service was absolutely flawless - Our bed was broken on the first night, and they promptly moved us to a new room. In the middle of the night there was a lot of noise coming from the street and we called to ask for ear plugs which got to our room in less than 5 minutes. This type of service is very well appreciated and we thank you for it - management can be happy to know its employees are doing a great job - all 4 or 5 we dealt with. Free water fountain was precious for us! Location is perfect if you like to hang around Times Square (which we don't really recommend these days due to dirty streets, smells and some people), also right next to Hudson Heights. It is not entirely the hotel's fault but there are always very loud street noises coming in - sirens, horns, people, etc. Windows are not really soundproof and that is why we wrote "not entirely". Rooms are tiny just like any hotel in NY at this price range.

Great location to walk to the Javits Center and Times Square. Great food options around and the staff was extremely helpful. We had an issue with the shower door but they helped us out and took care of it. I would stay again.

Great place to hang out with our big group of family. Love the area and place.
