First time ever going to NYC and probably the last. Wish I did some more research before booking. I wasn’t aware that there was no parking, you have to park at the parking garage the next block over. Also was not told I needed to verify the parking ticket after paying when we decided to take the car to our next tour planned instead of taking a cab. When we came back, the lot attendant told me to verify it for next time. The elevator is terrible, there’s only the one set and with 24 floors you are waiting a while to get down to the lobby. After 4 tries we had to take the stairs twice and I just had knee surgery so it wasn’t easy especially with luggage to carry.

Would recommend.

Everything was great! Filtered water right outside my room made it easy for me to refill my water bottle before I go out for the day everyday..

Great location! You get both of best worlds. You’re near Time Square without the craziness of it. Penn station and 42nd street station are within walking distance. If you are needing handicap access for subways plan to go to 42nd street station. Would definitely stay here again

The elevator is the worst part. Leave 5-15min early, no exaggeration, you will get stuck waiting. Bartender was fantastic. Room was great. AC and water heat/pressure were great.

The place is convenient. I would book it again in the future👍✅

Overall a good general hotel. I do think the Resort fee is a bit egregious for the lack of amenities at this hotel. Like a discount at a restaurant that cannot be used for breakfast seems to be just silly. Generally though it was a good stay for a quick visit to midtown.

The room was so quiet, we couldn’t believe we were in the middle of NYC! Comfy bed, nice bathroom, and very clean. It’s small, but the layout doesn’t feel cramped. We would definitely stay here again. It’s a little off the beaten path, but we liked that.

Terrible elevators, just not adequate for a building this size with tourist families. Great public space in the back lobby. Good to work or relax!

Voco is in a great location near Penn Station and the 8th Ave subway. The rooms are just big enough and everything worked properly. The only concern is the very small and super slow elevators. I was on the 7th floor and took the stairs daily rather than waiting. Ask for a low floor!!

Excellent option at a great price and great location.
