Towels had to be requested everyday and then the Towels were not clean (had hair in it) Room service was bad - they didn’t clean anything at all Horrible stay - I should be getting a refund of some sort here

The check-in desk staff was helpful, but the house keeping and concierge were not: no one answers our calls. No slippers, no soap bars, no glasses, not meeting 4 star standard

The hotel is in the center of the city, where accessible to all my needs. The room was nice to stay in, and I was able to complete my work.

The standard room is pretty big as compared to other hotel rooms near the TImes Square area, which allows a big family to better organize the stays. Love it!

It was a great experience first time to New York, all staff members from the concierge, belle boy, hotel check in, to servers at restaurants everyone was very friendly and informative. Even though we only stayed one day it was a great experience. Over all recommend this hotel for location to all historic places around the city.

The toilet paper holder is in such a strange place and the sink is hard to wash your hands leading to water spilling onto the sink and surrounding areas.
