Hilton New York Times Square

I liked the location, however the hotel itself is in need of further upgrade and a deep clean.

Clean, good location

Room and facilities were great, would stay there again.

The refund of my deposit with the hotel while checking in, is yet to reflect in my account. The hotel is fantastic

the faucet on a side of the sink was strange

The hotel was nice. My experience was not. We were only there for 2 days so we wanted to get the maximum out of the time we had! We got there early and asked if we could check in. It was quite early. 11:00 am. She said the room wasn't ready yet but if we paid an extra 50.00 we could get in at 3:00 pm instead of 4:00 pm. OR we could pay 100.00 and get in at noon. Well, the room was already well over 300.00 so we opted to stick with our original check in time. The bell hop said we could leave the luggage with him (in a locked room) until check in. I thought that was nice! We went and did a city tour and came back around 6:30 pm. Our room was ready and acceptable. We had a room with a king and a pull out sofa bed. There were 3 of us so we definitely needed the sofa bed. We checked around the room and there wasn't any sheets or blankets for the sofa bed. The bell hop brought up our luggage around 7:00 pm and he asked if there was anything he could do for us. We asked him about the bedding for the sofa bed. He said no problem and text the head of housekeeping and said they would bring it up to us! That was great service! He said if we don't have it in about half an hour to call the front desk. We didn't have it by 7:30pm so we called the front desk. They said they would send it right up! 2 calls later plus my husband going to the front desk an we had our extra bedding at 10:30 pm. Not a good look, Hilton.

Booked an accesible room (two bed) and received a normal room (one bed) and only got a rollaway.

Dining was great; I had the flatbread pizza, and it was perfect! The server was very kind and gracious. Front desk: these guys are amazing! We enjoyed our stay, and YES, we would come back again.

The garbage collection near the ground floor along the road smelled terrible

Great location and clean

The property is extremely clean and room is super comfortable and spacious. The security deposit is higher then other hotels it’s $100 and not $50

Great property. Easy to get to from Penn Station. Right in the heart of the theater district.
