Right in the heart of times square, close to the subway. Room was clean and we had 3 free drinks included in the stay (coffee/ beer/ wine). Hotel was quiet and they gave us the possibility to do early check in, as the room was ready in the morning We didn't have a window in the room, it was facing a wall. Nor in the bathroom. The AC was very noisy and too close to the bed, facing the pillows. Times square may be too chaotic if you plan to stay for long.

The only downside was that I was not informed at check-in that housekeeping services are only provided every other day. It would have been helpful if the hotel had communicated this policy in advance so guests could plan accordingly or request additional service if needed. Other than that, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York.

Fantastic location. Staff looked after our luggage when we arrived despite being hours early for check in which meant we could explore the city. Nice clean room. Not noisy at night despite being right next to Times Square. The air conditioning unit was very noisy and we couldn’t switch it off.

The staff. We did not have a city view window we had a window that starting at brick wall. The bed was really lumpy. The vent in the bathroom did not work so when you took a shower once you waited 25 minutes for the water to warm up, it would set off the fire alarm.

Location to Times Square is great and the room was surprisingly quite. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. The air conditioner worked well, but it was a window unit that was not air tight so insects (mosquitoes, gnats, etc.) got into the room. Also, the pictures and description of the attached restaurant are extremely outdated and slightly misleading. The new restaurant is an Irish pub. Overall, would stay again give the price and proximity to TS and the theater district!

I loved my penthouse. It was clean and big. The evening guy at reception. He was rude and unconcerned.
