Highly recommend the Westin Times Square. It’s close to all the things NYC! Plus the subway is around the corner in addition to being within walking distance of Hudson Yards, the Highline, etc. I will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Westin. The room was a good size for our family and it was clean and had a great view of Times Square! The staff were attentive and helpful and we must make special mention of the concierges, Jeric and Allison! They truly helped to make our stay special. Next time we come back, it will definitely be to the Westin Times Square!

The property was clean overall but I would say that the rooms were not up to the mark … I would expect more clean rooms. But overall had a great experience and the hotel is a good choice with amazing location!

Easy check-in and check out. Staff were very helpful. You get a few free activities included with your stay which is great! Also, its super close to Times Square and most tourist places, so its very central and easy to access the subway, taxi's, and walking around the area. Great for first-time stays in the City.

The Foundry was the only negative. Very expensive.

The room was nice and generally comfortable but the bathroom sink had hairs in it. Not nice! Desk chair was old and worn and not too comfortable to sit in for very long. The lobby area was nicely appointed, but again the chairs were old and worn, so for older folks like us, sitting down in them (rather than on them) and then getting out of them was a bit of a challenge. Generally speaking, it is a nice place and very convenient to Times Square, so I would recommend it.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, from breakfast to room service. The room was quite clean and comfortable. The bed is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!
