The room was nice and generally comfortable but the bathroom sink had hairs in it. Not nice! Desk chair was old and worn and not too comfortable to sit in for very long. The lobby area was nicely appointed, but again the chairs were old and worn, so for older folks like us, sitting down in them (rather than on them) and then getting out of them was a bit of a challenge. Generally speaking, it is a nice place and very convenient to Times Square, so I would recommend it.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, from breakfast to room service. The room was quite clean and comfortable. The bed is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!

The staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was very clean. It was an excellent stay. Highly recommended. There is a lot of street noise - honking and sirens in the area.

Great location next to Times Square. Easy access to many restaurants and shows. My only complaint is the air conditioner in the room was so incredibly loud. If you don’t mind a noisy room this is a great hotel.

I arrived around 1:00. I was allowed to check in and go to my room immediately. I also received several complimentary items. The staff were extremely friendly and the property was very nice and well maintained. I’m definitely staying there again.
