2. SLOW WiFi & only two could manage to connect & get any signal. Most of us had to use our cellular data the entire trip. 3. “Destination Fee” card was handed to me upon check-in & I was briefly told it was a voucher for my choice of the items listed. ($20 towards one breakfast, for example). The fine print read that it was a $40 charge per day to use it, so, of course we passed. Upon check-out, I was told I “should have used it” and they refused to credit it back despite the lady at check in rushing us through/not explaining that this was included in our stay whether we wanted it or not. She said I “should have read the third party listing” & it was their responsibility (hotels.com) to describe any extra fees. Wish we had known that we were paying for upgraded WiFi or didn’t have to spend $$$ every day for breakfast. 4. Unloading-they won’t let you use carts to bring things to your room, as “it’s a liability” (ie—they want a TIP). So despite having a neuromuscular disorder, we opted to carry and roll our belongings upstairs. And again, were never offered the use of the ada doorway despite 2-6 valet/footmen down there always. 5. The beds & a/c were comfy, the room was spacious, the noise was minimal on the 14th floor (higher floors=less street noise). 6. Bleach from towels=rash/welt

I did not like the way housekeeping cleaned my room every morning. From the very first morning I asked the front desk to get a message to housekeeping not to touch or clean anything in the room, except the bathroom, and to give me fresh clean towels every day. This was not done. I don't believe the towels were changed every day, and they went ahead and cleaned the entire room! I complained to the front desk and they said that they will make housekeeping aware of my instructions. Unfortunately, this continued for my entire stay. Joseph Lang.

Great hotel close to Times Square and the subway. Spacious room with waterfall shower. Only disappointment was no mini fridge in the room.
-
location and the room rate of the room, but this is NYC

We said to clean the room in the morning when we came back it wasn’t clean The bell boys are terrible not helpful at all and only wanting the customer to give each person tip They don’t realise customer has come from far tired , I mean the hotel have them for customer service why are they so aggressive I don’t understand

Staff not helpful. I ordered a pizza for delivery. Not only did they make the delivery person leave the pizza with security, but they didn’t call me to let me know it was there. I called the front desk to look for it since I received a text stating my order was delivered, and they said I had to come down to the lobby to look for it. I looked at the front desk and then the security desk, which was on the floor below the lobby. My pizza was sitting there unattended. Very disappointing service for such a high dollar hotel room. Bar closed super early. If you order room service they have 18% charged on top for service and tip. So we paid around $40 for 1 quesadilla and 2 cranberry juices. They charge $40 a day for their resort fee, and they do not have the amenities to support this fee. If you use the restaurant it is very high and has subpar food. The menu for room service and the restaurant is pretty limited. Room is very noisy. Can hear the outside noises really loud.

Loved the clean, well-maintained rooms.

Stay here.
-
rooms were clean, only one bar area but you are in the middle of times square so no need to be in the hotel. the shower/bathroom could be more modernized but all in all a good solid 4 star hotel

Location is perfect, close to subway, bus station, and away from the noisiest part of Times Sq. ... A/C works great. The bathroom light keeps going off because it's on a timer. The timer needs to be longer than 2 minutes or whatever it is set at. The Wi-Fi did not work. They sent an IT guy to fix it but still wouldn't work. No fridge.
