Everything was amazing. The front desk girl was super nice with us.

Location was great and so was the hotel. Didn’t see much of a point to the resort fee as the amenities offered through them were for 2 people and we were four.

The dining is quite expensive even though you get 20$ per day for spening (we didn't use it). Gym was good - my daghters used it for a couple of times. Staff was helpful.

Great location. Rooms are large. Staff very friendly. Room service was lacking. Charging for wi-fi seemed excessive.

The resort fee of $40 paid for itself with three vouchers for the Natural History Museum and $20 food/beverage credit at the hotel restaurant. Staff were super helpful and kind and even gave my daughter a Westin Times Square keychain when we checked out. Nice touch! Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good but I think the sheets weren’t clean because after 2 night my body started to be itchy, legs, neck, stomach, arms and armpits and besides that they smelled like men cologne and I was sleeping by myself but by side that the location it’s in time square, you can get in the train like just crossing and they gave me two free tickets for a museum per day

The staff was amazing. When we arrived to New York it was before noon and we thought we’d have to wait until 4pm to check in however we were told to check with the front desk staff to see if our room was ready and low and behold it was. That was a plus for me. Upon entering our room I was shocked trust it wasn’t one of those extremely small rooms. It was actually a standard room size with was perfect. The location was key. Within walking distance from everything. My husband and I were very pleased and will most definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay here with 3 adults. The location is great! The facilities were very clean and well maintained. Rooms were quiet and great size. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

The staff is great, the only issue I had was that the room has a place for a refrigerator, but no fridge, no hairdryer, I found out later you have to call down and request a fridge or hairdryer, maybe I am being picky, but for the money I paid, I think the room should be complete with at least the basics. The room was ok but looked different from the pictures.
