Staff were kind, helpful and accommodating. Hotel was centrally located, in walking distance of good restaurants and theaters. Nice spot to stay in the city.

I have a huge respect for the front desk, restaurant and concierge staff. I was scheduled to move to the W after 2 nights but elected to extend my stay by : days, despite losing my deposit. The Bell staff and Front Desk was awesome and I appreciated housekeeping for our erratic hours of the need for service. I appreciated the General Manager for his ongoing check in with guest, and completely enjoyed the commitment to guests overall satisfaction. I’ll stay again next year!

We stayed at the hotel for five nights, expecting the standard and service associated with a five-star hotel, particularly given that we had paid extra for a premium room on a higher floor. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of those expectations. The hotel itself felt extremely tired, dated and poorly maintained. Most disappointing of all was the cleanliness. The condition of the room and surrounding areas was simply not what we would expect from a five-star property. In our view, the hotel was operating at a standard closer to a two- or three-star property. We raised our concerns with the staff, who showed us alternative rooms on lower floors. While some of these rooms appeared to be in slightly better condition, this did not address the fundamental issue: we had specifically paid a premium for a higher-floor room. When we asked whether the difference between the premium higher-floor room we had paid for and a lower-floor room could be refunded if we accepted the alternative, we were told this was not possible. We were instead advised that we could cancel our existing booking and rebook another room at a lower floor at a higher cost. This was particularly frustrating and, in our view, showed very little willingness to resolve the problem fairly. We ultimately stayed for all five nights, but only because changing hotels at that stage would have been extremely inconvenient. Would never return and do not recommend!!

Clean room, friendly staff but they will look for any and every reason to charge u. U get breakfast included? Plus 40 bucks after paying for it, full stocked mini bar, broke wallet. We were scared to even ask for a garbage bag and extra towels out of fear of them charging us

This time was dissatisfied as one of the reels was tattered and had a hole in it. The coffee machine and cups were full of dust. The coffee cup and glass were not cleaned the next day after use. The bar / coffee shop did not serve coffee at 4:15
