Clean room, great location, friendly staff and great atmosphere

The breakfast bar was very clean and the variety of good was great!

Food I didn't like the fact that they asked me not to take a small croissant food to my room. Me and my children were stop at exit of the dinningroom. It was very disappointing

Convenient to Times Square and BROADWAY. 1. The fire department had to break us out of an elevator. Literally. The manager of the hotel did not even speak to us. The first day they said there would be compensation for the elevator going up and down floors while we were stuck in it. Next day that was gone and they would only pay the late fee to check out late so we could get to a show that was interrupted the evening before by the FIRE DEPT having to get us out of the elevator (which throughout the day the hotel had complaints about key card issues and people getting stuck upstairs on high floors because the crowding in the elevators not even related to the doors issue we had ) so I’m curious when the last inspection was done) and then after this omg humanitarian effort of the $80 to let us stay, housekeeping proceeded to knock on the door every 30 minutes asking my son if they could clean, which was only my 16 year old waiting for us to finish the show. The front manager said we were to be compensate only slightly for something out of their control. First, I’m not even the one who said compensation -the front manager after the incident did so the fact that the lady acted like I was the shady one is beyond belief. The complaints had gone on about cards having issues in the elevator. The crowd control was lacking and the doors were bent. How is that not controllable? There were 7 FDNY there in the end. Look at the video. So this compensation, that didn’t exist but they said to hush us I assume while the crowd had built up, Like if we didn’t stay late to see a show and didn’t have a 16 year old that didn’t want to sit in the lobby and wait then what? What was the offer going to be? They said cause I paid in advance this was it. So now I’m punished for doing good planning also? I could have gotten him a movie and lunch at the regal. Then oh wait it gets better- and then we went to get our car and the validation code they attached to our ticket wouldn’t work. Literally had to pay full price to get our car out.

Stayed here as a family of five for 6 days. It was a little cramped in the room, but we made it through! We loved the view from the room on the 17th floor. The room was clean, beds were comfy, the shower water was hot, and the AC ran nice and cold. We only ate breakfast one day, but it was decent. The location was perfect for most of the touristy sites (Times Square, Empire State Building, 5th Ave.) and close to subway stations. Would stay here again.

Excellent location and really amazing breakfast buffet (better than expected)
-
the location was excellent. close to broadway theaters, time square and hell's kitchen the elevator keys did not always work and the elevators were crowded
-
The entire room and bathroom is small so it's a good option if you don't expect to stay in the hotel for long. The room has dings on the wall and the bathroom shower floor had stains that don't seem to get out. There were some areas that seem like they normally aren't cleaned. The breakfast was good with a decent variety of food. It does get pretty packed. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the subways and close enough to Times Square/ Broadway shows that there are always people walking around late at night. It's a good location if you want to be near Times Square and the surrounding areas and you won't expect to be in the hotel room for long.

This hotel is perfect. Centrally located, clean, and the staff as very friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent too. Highly recommend.

Great breakfast. Rooms lack amenities... Nothing special about the rooms. No toiletries.. refridgerator not balanced and rocked while trying to use the coffee maker. Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean.
-
The rooms were nice, modern, and clean, but I waited over 20 minutes to check in even though there wasn't a long line. The buffet breakfast was pretty terrible. Low quality, food was overcooked, dry, and flavorless. Dining room was insanely crowded, and they have no way to mark the tables as occupied, so we were seated and went to get our food, and by the time we got back, other people were sitting at our table. Overall very disappointed.

Breakfast was excellent. Very busy but restaurant staff was quick and friendly. Coffee choice was limited. They wouldn’t let me take in a coffee from their own coffee shop. A laundry room would be excellent.

We really enjoyed the hotel it was good quality, nice lobby lots of comfy couches to wait on our uber or decide where to eat, lots of restaurants right outside the hotel went to a different one for dinner every day, lovely and vast breakfast spread also had something different every day, room was nice clean and comfortable, was impressed how so much fit in the space like closets, shelves in bathroom etc , ubers pulled up right outside the hotel and proximity to our main events was just half hour. walking distance to times square no complaints

Great place to stay for a quick vacation. The location was superb. The room was quiet and it has central air so it doesn’t make the annoying noise that wall units make. It is very close to restaurant row so tons of food options. Very close to parking and metro. Few things to note - the parking is offsite with another company and there are extra charges for vans and other oversized vehicles so be prepared to pay more plus the taxes are hefty and not included in the posted price so it was about an extra twelve bucks per day for that for my van. Also the room with the two beds and couch was rather tight which is expected for New York but the room was smaller than expected. The bathroom had a glass frosted wall so don’t expect a lot of privacy. The window opens very unusually where a small kid could fall out possibly not sure didn’t try but it opens sort of like an envelope drawer. Overall very nice place. Amazing breakfast.

Booked a Double Room De-Lux. Arrived and the hotel stated I booked a King. Showed the receptionist the conformation for a Double Room De-Lux. The hotel refused to acknowledge the confirmed reservation. Lobby was dirty too.
-
Perfect Excellent breakfast buffet The elevator system
-
Cleanliness, breakfast, comfort. The shower wall is an opaque glass to the room and there is no locker in bathroom door. So weird for friends sharing a room.
-
Reception unhelpful and rude. Room small, shower leaks into the room, toilet sprays out when flushed.
