Very nice, new, clean hotel. Free breakfast was spectacular and very efficient. It even included smoked salmon. Room was very quiet. Staff was friendly. Room had refrigerator but no microwave. One major design flaw, however, is the sliding bathroom door. It’s not a pocket door but an external sliding door. This leaves a gap of about one inch around the entire door, allowing smells and sounds to easily permeate the entire room. We also brought a newspaper to tape over the glass wall on the shower so we wouldn’t see everyone’s outline in the bathroom. Overall, though, the hotel is very good. Would definitely return.

Breakfast was.excellent. A lot of people but it was handled very effcient. Plus, volume can't be controlled by the Hotel, but service and quality of the food was great!

We spent one night. Great customer service. The hotel is close to Times Square. Beds were very comfortable, desk was a little small to work from, bathroom with Smokey glass wasn’t the right fit for our family because there wasn’t enough privacy. If we were just a couple it would have been ok. Staff was super friendly which was nice!!
