Elevator really sucked. Half of them were broken and it took an average of 10 minutes to go up or down
-
Downside: In 2026, all rooms should have at least a fridge, bottles of water and coffee at very least. No breakfast included and no concierge available. With the additional tax per night and overly priced hotel fees, a minimum little amenities would be appreciated.

Can't beat the location and super helpful and friendly staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping to the baggage check, each department was outgoing and friendly and helpful. We stayed with out family from TX and friends from France that were visiting the US for the first time. They were very pleased as well.

Thanks we’ll be back :)

The rooms were extremely small and the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

I honestly had a great stay. With the heatwave, the AC in the room was perfect and kept the room cool. I only had one issue and it was the shower. The faucet was not good at all and the water didn’t have good flow and the tub was either stained or just dirty. (Pack shower slippers). However I stayed there SOLO and had a great stay. The drinks at the hotel bar was also amazing so yes, get one. The blackout curtains was also amazing HUGE plus.

Lovely hotel with great staff. Negatives are the front desks. We arrived at 9pm, it was 20 people waiting to check in, 1 person working. When we left there was a queue across the hotel of probably 100 people. So they need to be more efficient with their front desks. The lifts are also a nightmare, especially for the higher floors. Only two out of four on each side work, so you're often waiting a good amount of time or even have to walk down the stairs.

This hotel was affordable, clean and in a great location in Times Square....with basic amenities and very small rooms.

Best location, very friendly staff, the room is newly renovated, cozy and comfortable, highly recommended!
-
The room was clean and spacious and beautiful! Charming and comfortable. Fantastic location. Only complaint was the broken elevators, which was frustrating & cost us time. Hopefully they fix them soon for other guests!
-
We were able to check in early for free. After we checked out, we could store our bags for free.
-
The hotel was nice but the rooms very small for the price and there was no ice machine working the Tim of my sty and no towels had to call for faces towels
-
I loved the location and aesthetic of this hotel I was able to check in early and the room was decent size as I was solo traveling. I would salary here again! The only thing I could note is the building is older and the elevators are very slow.

It's a great hotel in a fantastic location, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The rooms were clean, the lobby was nice, and people were very friendly. But the elevators...dang. They are just terrible. There's confusion with how they work, as there are two different systems in place, and they just take FOREVER to get to the top floors. There can be very long lines to wait when you're heading up, and then once you're on them you're stuck with a LOT of people with no air circulation, and they stop at almost every floor, even when the buttons haven't been engaged. I hope this is something they can correct soon, because otherwise this is a fantastic hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room with nice cold air, and a quiet restful sleep. Being able to check out but store out bags while we explored more of the city was also a big bonus!

The hotel housekeeper was fabulous. Very bubbly and helpful every day. The hotel is in a great location. The room was super clean and seemed well soundproofed. The lobby is loud and BUSY so not really a place to hang out. I felt safe coming and going at different hours of the day/night. No issues or concerns. I will definitely stay again solo, but if traveling with my wife I'll ask for a larger room only because the bathroom was a tad small for two. Again, maybe it was just my room.

Location was great! Easy walk to time square and a bunch of other nearby sites and subways. However, The elevators were not working properly on the night before check out and the morning of check out. We ended up walking from the 15 to the 28th floor to avoid a huge line up and then walking the entire 28 floors down in the morning. No communication was sent out, lots of questions but none of the staff seemed to be prepared to handle the situation. Understand that sometimes things are unavoidable but multiple elevators were down and there was no coordination.

Great location if you are going to theaters. Great ac. Great water pressure. Misses: be patient with the elevators. They are small and hot. No ac in the hall on our floor, 28. The biggest issue we had is we paid and booked a deluxe two bed room. At check I , they said they over booked those type of rooms and not available. The nice front desk offered two rooms and I understood why when we went upstairs. So tiny. She said she would notate our account to move rooms the next day. I also messaged the hotel when we got into our rooms. I never heard back. I called the front desk the following morning and the one that answered the phone acted like she had no idea what I was asking. She said no one had checked out yet that day. Which is hard to believe when we went downstairs to find the lobby full of people that had checked out. I would love a refund for the room that we paid for but did not get. Having separate rooms, not adjoining, was not the vibe we paid for. Would not stay here again.

Easy to drop off and pick up my family as long as you can find a nearby parking garage. Room is clean and house cleaning is always done by mid-day. only complain I have is the noise from the AC.

La relación precio ubicación calidad es consistente. Un caos los ascensores. Deberían actualizar el sistema. Habitaciones limpias y ordenadas pero pequeñas. Está bien para dormir pero no para una luna de miel.
