Overall, this was a great place to stay. It was very close to Broadway theatres without needing to cross through Times Square crowds. As for the hotel, it was recently redone and the room was great. The biggest issue I had was inconsistent wifi and television. It frequently would go in and out, and since the TV seemed to be using wifi, it would freeze each time. In general, the staff was very nice and helpful, housekeeping did a great job, and the location was wonderful.

The main downside was the room size. We booked a double queen room for a family of four, and it felt quite cramped with our luggage. Also, the mandatory destination fee didn’t provide any value for us, as we didn’t use or benefit from the included perks. It would have been better if it were optional. Despite those drawbacks, the cleanliness and excellent service made for a pleasant stay.

We had an amazing stay at Row NYC. The newly renovated hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was outstanding and so helpful even when we had trouble with our reservation (which was Hotels.com's fault and not Row NYC). Breakfast was quick and tasty and the bar served excellent drinks. Had the FIFA matches playing on the big screen which was a big hit. Would definitely stay there again!

Elevator was always out of service and poor service room.
-
Elevator service is very poor! It took average 7 minutes to hop in every time I needed.

Rooms were small but clean and well maintained. Out of 3 lifts, 2 were really small but not the end of the world. Location is prime and I love my stay. I would recommend this hotel.

The Row was terrific. Great location, room was great, terrific view, staff was pleasant and helpful and the coffee shop near the lobby was nice. My only complaint was that the didn’t offer coffee in the room, but it was fast and easy to go down stairs in the AM to get coffee. I’d stay here again.

The staff was helpful. The room cleaning could use more attention hair in shower and on shower curtain. They had to switch my room 3 times due to the A/c not working, then the noise...the 3rd room was the one that had the hair in shower and shower curtain.

The scent when we walked in was magical and made me feel like I was walking into a spa. Downside was the alarm testing on Sunday morning early after a late night out but it has to be done for safety. Great location and it was incredibly quiet in our room considering how close it was to Times Square. Will definitely stay here again!

The entire hotel was very clean, everyone was super friendly and the room was a good size for a hotel in Midtown. The only thing I would recommend is getting mini-fridges in all rooms. I asked for one in advance via Expedia, and called the Hotel directly to make sure one would be in my room. It wasn't there when I checked in, but they brought it and hooked it up within two hours of me checking in. Overall, I would stay at the Row NYC again!
-
The hotel is easy to find and centrally located to everything. The staff was courteous and professional. The complementary drink in the afternoon was unexpected. All in all, it was a great experience.

I had a cockroach fall on my shoulder in the lobby as I was sitting in one of the couches.... Elevators are a bit slow to catch.
-
Fridge would be nice
-
Other than that, everything else was great & would definitely stay again

This hotel is about location! It’s right where you want to be. Price was right also. Not my fav NYC hotel but great if you are seeing anything on Broadway as it’s right there.
-
Beautiful renovated lobby/hotel and great location. The rooms are a nice size for NYC. You can tell there’s still a tiny bit of work to be done and that they pretty much painted over everything in the rooms, but they aren’t bad at all. Aside from the terribly confusing elevators, I’m incredibly happy with my stay! I’ll be back!
