Great location in midtown. A block from the train. Staff was great and the place was clean.

The hotel was ok for the price and location. The fact that there were no mini fridge or any arena to put your clothes , is disappointing. The elevators were also a nightmare .

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful from the housekeeping department to the front desk. Room was clean, the AC worked in the new room they put me in after having to complain about the room temps in the first room I had. I wish the shower had a little more water pressure but otherwise a very nice stay. I slept very well each evening too.

Requested a fridge for room weeks in advance of arrival but never received it. Upon arrival the safe was inoperable. Had to request that it be fixed. We were told by the housekeeper that attended us that he could not fix or replace safe. He told us we would have to store our valuables at front desk. I then went down to the front desk who arranged for a new working safe to be delivered to our room. Staff were mostly courteous and responsive. The check out man was rather curt. The fellow who arranged our cab was very helpful and pleasant.

Our room smelled like a wet locker room - the air conditioning sounded like an airplane engine - and you’d a long wait nearly every time for the lifts. Long waits to check in - long waits to store luggage. We made a mistake booking there.

Since my arrival, I have been trying to have an extra blanket and two additional pillows delivered to my room. Last night, I called Guest Services at approximately 9:00 p.m. to request these items. After waiting an hour without receiving them, I followed up and was told around 10:20 p.m. that the runner had left at 10:00 p.m. and that the next runner would not be available until 11:00 p.m. I was surprised and disappointed that my request had gone unfulfilled for an entire hour before the runner left for the evening. I had hoped to be asleep well before 11:00 p.m., but unfortunately I was uncomfortable enough that I was still awake. At 11:00 p.m., I attempted to call Guest Services again and received no answer. I tried again around 11:20 p.m., also with no answer, and then attempted to contact the front desk, again without a response. I ultimately submitted a complaint through your web portal and once again requested the blanket and pillows. Despite all of these attempts, I went to bed for another night without the items I had requested. I understand that delays happen, but I’m extremely frustrated that such a simple request has required this much effort..

Great location and a very cozy hotel. The location was extremely convenient for exploring the city, and the hotel itself felt comfortable and welcoming.

Very central location close to everything. The location is so convenient. However our telephone wasn't working. The lineup to the luggage storage was VERY long with only one staff working. Waited almost one hour just to put our luggage in storage. We had the superior room however it was still small. Not sure if I would come back. If I do it would be for the location.

There were extremely long lines for check-in, luggage drop-off/pickup, and the elevators. At one point, We waited approximately 50 minutes just to get into an elevator due to the extremely high traffic. Getting a car was also a major issue. We had 7 Uber rides cancel on us, making it extremely difficult to get around by car. If you’re planning to use Uber, taxis, or other car services during your stay, I would not recommend this hotel. It seems much better suited for people who are comfortable walking or primarily using the subway. On one of the nights, We were also woken up by a very high-pitched noise that was extremely disturbing and made it difficult to get back to sleep. The staff themselves were helpful, but the long lines, elevator congestion, transportation issues, and noise significantly impacted the stay.Not gonna stay again

Fantastic hotel very centric location

My only concern was with the housekeeping service. During our stay, the housekeeping staff would open the room door without knocking first. Thankfully, we always had the security latch on. On the first day, this happened more than three times within just a few minutes, and on the following days it happened about twice a day. I think the housekeeping team should be better instructed to always knock and wait before entering. On one occasion, cleaning cloths were also left in the bathroom sink. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the hotel’s location is excellent and makes it very easy to get around and reach many places in the area. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.
