Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel

The room was a match box, had to flush the toilet 3 times, no refrigerator or microwave, shower doesn't really get hot ( just warm), no iron, maybe be ause I booked thru expedia......other than that good location, room was clean,

I really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect! The staff was really nice and helpful. Our room was pretty small but it worked for us since we were out exploring most of the time anyways. I would definitely stay here again

The elevator was super small to fit in lot of people. The room was cold but good..the shower was already cold not even a single drop of a warm water. The window blade was broken..they wouldn’t refund my money for day that our flight was delayed..terrible hotel but everything else was good and near by adventures

Excellent deal through Expedia

I booked this hotel on Expedia, and everything was confirmed to pay at property at check in. I had the confirmed booking info and showed up to check in. Turns out paramount cancelled my room on me and never told Expedia or myself. I booked this room 7 months in advance, and have several communications with staff confirming payment in person. They staff basically said tough luck on your even, and I was free to use their bathrooms while I find a new hotel. I was a Canadian travelling all alone in the city, and they did not care about me at all. I have never been tried like this before and have the staff basically not have any sympathy for my situation they caused. I then had to fight with Expedia for 4 hours on the phone to eventually get put into a room close by. I’ll never use Expedia or stay at this hotel ever, and I really hope you also reconsider.

Barely a trickle of water pressure in shower. In fact it turned off itself for over a minute before it came back on. Hot or cold, it didn’t work.

This is an older hotel.

This property was centrally located to everything we wanted to visit when we were in New York. I would definitely stay there again. It was safe and walkable to all the subway stations as well as Times Square.

Clean room but too small.!

Lobby très beau et plaisant d’y passer un moment. Chambre petite mais on est bien. La seule chose qui nous manquait était un petit frigo.

The location was perfect, and the staff was amazing. Unfortunately, the hotel itself needs better maintenance and cleaning. The bathroom vent was dirty, and the bathtub had peeling paint, which made me feel uncomfortable using it. The elevators also need maintenance, as they make loud noises that make you feel like they could break down at any moment. I would recommend this hotel because of its excellent location, but other than that, it would not be my first choice.

The staff were amazing! Very kind and helpful. The room the clean and the perfect size, everything we needed. Would definitely come back.
