Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel

Well located. Outdated room, and bathroom, malfunctioning blackout curtains, very noisy A/C. Courteous staff.

Also a note to anyone staying here, it is LOUD all the time - even on the 12th floor, the street noise is definitely not filtered out by the paper thin windows

The room was clean and good but a bit on the smaller side.

My room was clean and comfortable for 1 night.

Once all of that was taken care of, the next room was small but cold. We stayed here for a total of 4 nights. Great housekeeping staff. Things I noticed: No washcloths No coffeemaker No TV in the type of room we had No breakfast offered Clean and comfortable beds and bedding Good water pressure Small room The last night, the AC went out at 3am. I went down to the lobby again to ask for someone to fix it three times. I finally gave up and packed our bags and left to the airport early. Would not stay here.

Once we arrived the desk clerk was super friendly and helpful, we were able to do early check in. Check out was simple and they held our bags for a few hours. Bring cash for that! The rooms were perfect, small room, clean bed, bathroom and a closet with a steamer. At about 4 mins from time square. 10/10

The room was small for two adults but it was clean, cleaned everyday. Never really sat in the bar area or had any food there so overall lovely hotel 👍

No voucher for breakfast.

I would not stay here again. The room and bathroom were not very clean when I arrived. Missing face and hand towels. No Kleenex or extra roll of toilet paper; had to find someone form house keeping and ask for those items. The AC did not work and although I spoke to the front desk several times they did address it and it was never fixed. The front desk staff were completely disinterested in anyone approaching them and acted as if they were being bothered when someone did. They had no sense of customer service or any sense of urgency in helping anyone. Sure, the hotel is conveniently close to Times Square, but is not worth the money. There are much better place in the price point.

Not great

I've been a loyal Paramount customer since it opened but this visit was the worst incarnation of this hotel ever. Poor staff, dirty room, loud and weird lobby .. great location, poor service and only a shadow of his great unused to be. Goodbye Paramount

The staff was very kind and helpful! The location was perfect. The pizza next door was the best I've ever had in the city. Everything was clean and comfortable.

LOCATION was amazing!! Hotel was great. Only con was the all night construction outside the hotel but that’s not the hotel’s fault

The space was close to so the attractions of NYC

NO WATER IN THE SHOWER. NO HOT WATER IN THE SINK. I REPORTED IN PERSON TO THE FRONT DESK BECAUSE THE PHONE IN THE ROOM DID NOT WORK. NO ONE CAME TO THE ROOM TO REPAIR THE SHOWER AND SINK.!!

The hotel is location is perfect. Walking distance to every show. The rooms are a bit small though. But hey, we were not there to stay in our rooms during the day and at night, we were at the shows. So, it was perfect.

I stayed for 3 nights for work, but I would only come back for one night for tourism, not for working. However, the rooms are extremely small, as is the bathroom. There is no proper desk to work at, just a very narrow shelf that barely fits a laptop, and without a nearby outlet, which makes it impractical for business travelers. An important tip: avoid the interior rooms. There is a very noisy industrial air conditioning unit from the neighboring building, and the noise makes it difficult to get a good night’s rest.
